Terry hurts Lily. Jack and Jonathan separately discover where Terry has Lily. Colby takes off to party on a yacht to her dad's horror. Annie shoots Ryan.
A terrified Lily repeats over and over "don't touch, don't touch" as Terry tries to assure her she's safe with him. She starts to remove all the furniture blocking the door way and gets to the final piece – the large chest she help put there. Terry tells her he'll help her move that out of the way and she can leave just as soon as he gets finished with her. Lily frantically tries to keep moving it as she screams begging him to let her go and how he lied to her. She keeps telling him he's the bad man, the bad man but Terry tells her she promised to be his girlfriend and teach him how to kiss. She stops talking and turns her back on him.
Terry tries to approach Lily telling her he has to touch her. Lily starts talking about tulips and colors trying to ignore Terry but he tells her that she has to turn around and talk to him then or he'll touch her. He shows her pictures of "his girls" explaining how he's helped them all come out of their shells and feel good about themselves. He asks if she'd like to be his friend like those girls and she throws the pictures to the floor yelling NO! Terry replies "wrong answer"! She screams to let her go as Terry forces her to kiss him. Lily desperately tries to fight him off, throwing a chair at him but Terry over powers her and slaps her face. A stunned Lily stops moving and stares at Terry in shock.
Terry apologizes for hurting her and explains he didn't mean to but Lily just sits on the floor in a catatonic state. Terry starts to caress and undress Lily who doesn't even seem to be aware of anything that's going on.
Jack slams Ryan and his lousy guards but Ryan tries to explain that Lily is the one that gave them the slip. Jack asks how Terry could have entered the country so fast and Ryan explains about Terry's brother. Erica enters the room asking how long Lily's been missing as Jack and Ryan run out.
Jonathan arrives at Jack's house yelling for Lily but Erica tries to explain she isn't at home and that Jack left with Ryan to look around the dock and club. Jonathan explains that he was just there and she wasn't, replying that "he already has her". He grabs Lily's laptop attempting to figure out the password. Erica is confused and didn't have a clue that Lily was going to try and take off on Sean at the party. Jonathan finally breaks into Lily's computer, discovers where Lily was headed tonight and runs out the door.
Adam calls Colby's name out on the dock looking frantically for her. Krystal, Babe & JR also join in the search. Adam confronts the management and reports that Colby is wearing more than a ½ million dollars in jewels. Management tells Adam that Colby has been seen boarding a yacht and sailing off. JR starts laughing telling Adam this is pretty funny but then at that moment, Josh enters the party. JR approaches him snapping that it's a private party. Josh tries to explain that he's just come to wind down and have a drink.
Sidney crawls out from under a table on the yacht and joins the party. Outside on the deck, Colby and Sean are making out talking about it being the greatest party ever! Sidney interrupts them as Colby asks what she's doing there? Sean tries to calm them both down but Colby remains as witchy as ever. Meanwhile Adam is leaving Colby a message telling her that her cell phone better be at the bottom of the ocean unless Sean has kidnapped her, in that case, daddy will save her!
Jack and Ryan approach Adam asking if Lily could be on the yacht but no one thinks she would have gone on there. Adam talks with JR about Colby but JR thinks she just took off and isn't in any trouble. Adam demands to have Jack's nephew arrested immediately. Jack tells him that Colby happily got on that boat herself and goes off to continue his search for Lily. He demands that management search every room, occupied or not.
Later on, Babe talks with Josh and asks if it was a bunch of bull running into her an JR? He admits he came to see her but she states it was a mistake. Josh replies that he doesn't want to get over her, she's a big part of his life. Babe tells him flat out that he has too and Josh walks away from her. Adam approaches Babe asking if she can call Babe with her cell phone and reach out to her.
Back on the yacht, the teens are playing strip poker and Colby's phone rings again but Sidney grabs the phone and answers it. Babe asks where they are and Sidney tells them they're all fine. Babe asks if Lily's on board and Sidney checks telling her she isn't. She then puts Colby on the phone and Adam talks to her and demands that she turn the boat around now, telling her she's grounded for life, the jewelry goes to charity and her new convertible is gone. Colby hangs up on him.
Babe enjoys a glass of wine and thanks JR for buying Josh a drink and not acting out. JR replies that he's really trying and believes that she's his and his only so has no reason for being jealous. Babe tells JR she's thinking of letting Josh go because it doesn't think it's his thing but she'll remain friends with him. JR seems to be ok with that.
Steps away from Babe and JR, Adam demands that the coast guard take hold of the yacht and deliver his daughter back to him.
On the yacht as the strip poker continues, Sidney bets Colby that by the nights end, Sean will be hers. Colby agrees to the bet.
Jack arrives back home going over Lily's computer realizing where she decided to meet up with Terry and runs out.
Jonathan arrives at the forest hysterically calling out Lily's name.
Annie loads the gun and is interrupted by Emma asking to see her daddy as Jamal watches over the both of them. Getting her back to bed, Jamal tells her that it's time that Annie tells Emma that she won't be seeing her daddy again. Annie has no idea how to ever tell her that and is worried about Terry actually getting Emma. She talks about how dangerous and brilliant he is and Emma interrupts them again calling for Jamal to read her a story. Annie picks up the gun as Jamal heads up to read to Emma. Annie has flashbacks of Terry treating her horrible and threatening Emma. She starts to cry as she walks around with the gun in her apartment, hearing the door open she fires and shoots Ryan.

Adam confides to Krystal that Colby was very drunk. Krystal reminds him that's how they "met'. Colby seduces Sean. Jack enters the cottage to find Jonathan standing there in silence as Jack looks down on the floor in shock.
