Ryan questions Annie about her brother. Aidan has doubts about Annie's innocence. Babe and Wes are robbed at knife-point! Kendall and Greenlee come to a truce. Hannah makes Zach an offer.
Ryan calls the house as Aidan runs out the door, realizing Annie has taken off! He returns, picks up the phone and Ryan fills him in about Annie's brother. Surprised, Aidan begins to put the pieces together and tells Ryan that Annie is gone! Ryan arrives a few minutes later, but Annie is still missing. The kids are okay and upstairs with Rachel. Aidan tries to calm Ryan down, telling him that there is no sign of a struggle and pointing out that Annie's bag and keys are gone, too. He also tells Ryan that the locket was in Annie's bag. Ryan gets angry because he thinks Aidan believes Annie is behind the attack. Ryan tries to explain that Ritchie is dangerous but Aidan isn’t so sure. He turns to go but Annie is already at the door. She says she just needed some air but Aidan doesn't buy it. He leaves. Ryan asks Annie why she had to leave the house without telling anyone. Annie brings up the locket and the person she saw outside and tries to convince him that Ritchie is behind everything. They sit on the sofa and Ryan tells her that Ritchie has been released from prison. Annie can't believe it and freaks out. Ryan says they'll get Derek involved and they'll have full-time security for her and the kids and asks for a picture of her brother. She only has one picture and it's from their childhood. Thinking of the picture brings up memories and she tells Ryan about one night when they caught frogs together. Ritchie killed the frogs in front of her and then threatened her not to tell anyone! Ryan swears that they will catch her brother. She describes him to Ryan and tells him about a spider tattoo that Ritchie got in high school. Annie is staring out the window while Ryan calls the police and gives them a full description of her brother. Annie can't believe how Ritchie fooled the prison warden and psychiatrist, but then isn't surprised either. When her father was injured, her parents blamed her instead of Ritchie! That memory worries Annie even more because she has kids to protect now. Ryan swears that they will catch her brother. He kisses her and goes upstairs to check on the kids. Alone, Annie doesn't think anyone can stop Ritchie except her! She returns to the window to watch.
Meanwhile at The Comeback, a stranger bellies up to the bar and orders a beer from Wes. Babe finishes up a few clean up duties, taking flowers off the tables. She asks Wes who the stranger is but he doesn't know. He changes the subject and asks Babe about her favorite food and they start in about nacho recipes. Wes asks her out on a nacho-making date but Babe hesitates. He paints a picture of their first and second dates, should she agree to go out with him. As they talk, the stranger walks over, grabs Babe and threatens to hurt her if Wes doesn't turn over all the cash. Wes lunges for the guy and Babe gets away. They fight over the knife, Babe runs to the phone to call for help and the stranger gets away. Babe rushes to Wes, who has a cut on his arm. She doctors him up and suggests he go to the hospital but Wes declines. Instead he starts talking about dating again. Derek arrives to take their statements. Babe and Wes give Derek their descriptions of the robber - complete with a tattoo of a spider on his neck. That tattoo is the same tattoo that Annie's brother has. Krystal calls and Babe fills her in, swearing that both she and Wes are fine. Babe hangs up, telling Wes that Krystal is going to get a raise. Derek asks them both to come by the police station in the morning and then leaves. Babe thanks Wes for saving her life and then surprises him by asking him out on a casual date. Wes agrees!
Kendall arrives on Greenlee's doorstep, surprising her. Kendall barges right in, asking if Greenlee can give her any space at all. Greenlee tells Kendall that she wasn't trying to intrude, that she was at the hospital because of Aidan. Since Aidan isn't a neo-nate, though, Kendall wonders why Greenlee had to go to the NICU. Upset, Greenlee sits and asks what Kendall wants from her. Surprising her, Kendall says, "I want to know if someday I'll be able to forgive you." Excited, Greenlee can't believe her ears. She tries to hug Kendall but Kendall backs off. She might be willing to try to forgive Greenlee but she isn't willing to re-start their friendship! "I have to let this go," she says and tells Greenlee that she needs space. Certain that this means they can be friends, Greenlee tries to hug her again and Kendall backs away. She lays out a few groundrules - that Greenlee keep her distance and that no one else know about their truce. And that Greenlee stay far, far away from Kendall's family! Crying, Greenlee agrees to Kendall's terms and then asks if someday Kendall might allow her a little contact with the boys. Kendall doesn't make any promises. She leaves. Greenlee shuts the door and smiles. Outside, Kendall is talking to herself. "Round one, she bought it," she says!
Zach stares at Hannah for a long moment as she talks to him. Finally he asks what she wants from his this time around. Hannah brings up their last night together, asking if Zach ever thinks about that time. He says he doesn't. Hannah goes on talking about that night, obviously uncomfortable with what she asked of him. She thanks him for the night, saying she is back to her old self now. Zach wonders why she decided to show up instead of simply calling. Hannah asks what Kendall knows about that last night. Zach explains that he hasn't said a word to Kendall. Hannah apologizes for their troubles but Zach believes she is only fronting and asks what is really going on. Talking about her hopes of pregnancy, finally Hannah stands up and he sees she is wearing her own clothes - not maternity clothes. Hannah isn't pregnant! Zach asks what she wants from him now since she isn't pregnant. Hannah says she is just there to help him out - she wants her old job back! She also apologizes to Zach for the things she asked of him that night. He accepts her apology but isn't sure that working in Pine Valley is the right move for her. Hannah says it is just what she needs. Zach brings up Josh but Hannah isn't worried. Zach says she can have her old job back on a trial basis. Excited, Hannah hugs him.
