The garage band moves in. Greenlee and Aidan make love. Ryan and Annie meet with Walter. Kendall keeps Dr. Hilliard's vitamins a secret.
Aidan delivers Greenlee back home but can't find his keys. She offers to make coffee to help him sober up. Grinning and more than a little drunk, Aidan tells Greenlee that she was really cute in the hospital. "How come you never show anyone the cute Greenlee?" he asks. They chat a bit more and Aidan gets up to leave. She tells him to sleep off the drunk on her sofa. He spies the stuffed tiger and teases her about it, accidentally knocking against her ribs in the process. Gently, he touches her body, then kisses her ribs. He takes off her shirt, then her bandages and they make love. The next morning Greenlee wakes, happy to be with Aidan. She slowly begins to move and wakes Aidan in the process. Seeing that she is in pain, Aidan reaches for her bandage, trying to help her out. She hesitates but he insists and begins to doctor her up. Greenlee is touched by his efforts. She orders him not to apologize for making love with her. Over coffee, though, they talk about making love, neither sure what to think of the night before. Aidan says they can only be friends from here on out, though, shocking Greens. She offers him a shower and he goes to the bath. Later, Greenlee shows Aidan out and both swear never to speak about the night before.
Krystal and Tad arrive home after the party to find Colby and Sean asleep on the couch. Tad yells, "Hands off the hottie", to get their attention and then makes Sean leave. Colby goes upstairs to sleep. Krystal asks Tad why he kissed her. He tries to shrug off the question but Krystal isn't interested in skirting the issue. She lets him know she liked the kiss, but she isn't over Adam, so they shouldn't take things any further. Jenny starts to cry and they go upstairs to check on her. They return downstairs a while later, Jenny in tow and loud rock music blasting all around them. Colby hurries downstairs wondering what's going on. They all realize there is a garage band practicing next door. Sean arrives with doughnuts and a few birthday party pictures. He asks about Colby and learns about the band. Tad asks if Sean can fix the television as Colby returns with the members of the band. She introduces Ren, Dre and Corrina and asks if they can stick around for a while. They all chow down on doughnuts and get acquainted as they talk about music. Tad isn't thrilled and asks them to keep the noise down until after sunrise in the future. Corrina notices his television and offers to fix the system for him. Tad is impressed with her work. The kids begin talking about an upcoming show and they all take off, leaving Tad and Krystal alone. In a false British accent, Tad talks in hip-hop slang, ready to tag along with the kids! He returns downstairs and he and Krystal talk about their lost youths.
Zach takes Spike off to bed without waking Kendall, who is still sleeping on the sofa. Kendall wakes, wondering where Spike is. Zach returns and she calms down. He picks her up to carry her off to bed. In the morning, Kendall hurries from bed to grab Spike's sippy cup and the vitamin drops from Dr. Hilliard. She puts the drops in her pocket as Zach follows her into the room. He shows off a new toy - a video monitoring system so they can watch over Spike from anywhere. Kendall asks Zach why he has been standing by her when she has been acting to crazily. It's simple for Zach - he says it's because he loves her. She keeps beating herself up over the mistakes she has made over the past few weeks. They watch Spike a while longer and then decide it's time for a hospital visit. Zach distracts Kendall with a few kisses. She asks him to teach her about kangarooing as Spike wakes. Kendall goes to the nursery. When she leaves, Zach finds the bottle of vitamins that fell from her pocket!
In Chicago, Annie asks her father if he'll make the phone calls stop or not. Meanwhile, Ryan is getting dressed very quickly, hoping to track her down. Back at the cemetery, Annie turns to go but Walter stops her. Annie tells him exactly what she wants him to do. Annie returns but Ryan isn't there. He comes back in, wondering where she went and she makes up a story about going for a walk. She gives him a peck on the cheek, undresses and jumps in to bed. When Ryan wakes up in the morning, Annie is on the couch staring out the window. He joins her on the sofa and Annie tells him that she went to the cemetery the night before. Walter arrives. Speaking in a combination of sign and talk, they introduce themselves. Obviously uncomfortable, Walter begins talking a little about the past, but assures Ryan that he is happy for Annie. Ryan brings out pictures of Emma. They talk for a while and he leaves for another appointment. Walter hugs Annie but before he can leave Ryan thanks him for the gift. Annie "reminds" him of the pocket watch. "It's just a reminder," Walter says. Ryan leaves to pack and Walter tells Annie that her mom would be ashamed of her! She shows him the door and locks it behind him! Annie is packing up and distracted with Ryan returns. He asks her once again to come clean with him about her past but she hesitates. Instead of telling him her secrets, Annie thanks Ryan for standing by her and giving her strength.
