Tad and Aidan enjoy a night out. With a small taste of fame, Ava wants even more. Kendall reacts to being without Spike; Ryan warns Greenlee to stay away.
Tad meets Aidan at The Comeback, ready to take on the night and have a little fun. Aidan asks Krystal when the dancing starts. Tad brings up Di and Aidan tries to shrug off her leaving. Tad pulls Krystal into a quick dance step, kissing her neck in teasing. She tells Aidan that he needs to take a little time before he gets back in a relationship. Aidan tells them women are already knocking on his door; Tad wants details. Aidan gives her an 11 on the 10-scale and Tad tries to guess who the mystery woman is. Krystal is intrigued but Aidan won't tell her either. Instead he insists that he turned down her offer because he wasn't interested in her. Krystal drags Aidan off to the dance floor; Tad laughs at their line dancing attempt. Aidan gets into the steps after a while but steps on Krystal's feet and they fall onto a bench. Tad laughs even harder. Aidan decides to take a break. Krystal tells Tad that Aidan needs to have a little fun with a new girl! Both notice Ava outside with Amanda and try to ignore the girl. Krystal decides not to bug Ava because she might bring in some more business!
On the terrace at The Comeback, Ava tells Amanda she isn't doing a good enough job of "handling" Ava - because she isn't being mentioned in any of the tabloids. Amanda could care less about Ava making it into a magazine and tries to concentrate on the next Fusion shoot but Ava goes right back to talking about how she can get into a tabloid. A waitress arrives with drinks, Ava wants alcohol but Amanda won't let her have any because she's underage. She gets angry when Ava keeps going on about her own "problems" instead of concentrating on Fusion and the campaign. Ava grabs a shot of tequila off a passing waiter's tray and downs it! Ava heads inside to dance. She grabs a guy she remembers from the photo shoot; he could care less. Ava pushes it and he walks away, telling her he won't be wasting any more film on her unless she's dancing naked on the tables! She takes him literally and begins to undress. Just as she is stepping on to a table, Krystal pulls her down and tells her to keep her clothes on. She goes back to dancing with the rest of the crowd. At the bar, Tad gives Aidan a new P.I. project to keep him busy. Ava notices the photographer taking quick shots of his friends and becomes annoyed because he won't pay any attention to her. Amanda tries to get Ava to leave but she won't. Instead, she grabs Amanda and kisses her! Cameras begin flashing all over the bar!
A hospital worker comes in and begins taking all of Spike's things from their hospital room. Kendall becomes positive that sending Spike with Ryan was a mistake. Zach tells Kendall they'll see Spike every day and brings up Ian. Angry because she can't hold Ian and she can't see Spike, Kendall walks away from him. Zach follows her, sits down and tells her it's time to go home. She refuses, saying she won't leave Ian ever again. The hospital worker comes back in, giving Kendall Spike's blanket. She begins to panic because Spike doesn't have his blanket. Kendall curls up on the hospital bed; Zach joins her, holding her and telling her that going home is the right thing to do. Kendall doesn't want to go home without Spike and asks him when they'll be normal again. She calls Ryan's to check on Spike.
Ryan can't believe Greenlee is in his home, even when Annie explains about the asthma attack he doesn't want Greens there and tells her to go. Quickly distracted by Emma, who is really happy to see Spike, he doesn't notice that Greenlee sticks around. Greenlee can't believe how good Spike looks; Ryan tells her Spike is great - unless you count the fact that he can't hear anything! Ryan hands Spike off to Annie and escorts Greenlee outside. In the hall he asks if she is using Annie to get close to Spike! Greenlee denies it and brings up alternatives for Spike's care. Ryan can't believe it and tells her to back off - or he'll get a restraining order to keep her away from his family! She just keeps talking about looking for alternatives and Ryan gets more angry. He doesn't want her involved in Spike's life at all! "If you ever come near him again. . ." Ryan trails off, leaving the threat unsaid. Greenlee walks away. Ryan returns to Annie and she defends Greenlee, saying she wasn't responsible for the asthma attack and she didn't know Spike would be at their home. Ryan asks her to be honest with him. Instead Annie asks why he brought Spike to their home! Ryan explains about the problems with Ian and his worries about Kendall's thought processes. He believes Spike wil be safer with them than with Kendall! Annie still isn't sure that Spike staying with them is the right thing; Ryan can't believe her. Annie tries to explain her fears without giving him her reasons or telling him her fears about the weird phone calls. The phone rings and she practically jumps out of his skin. It's Kendall, calling about Spike. She tells him about the blanket and Ryan offers to drop by and get it, sure that Spike won't miss it. Kendall asks to talk to Spike and reluctantly Ryan puts the phone against his ear so he can feel Kendall talking to him. Ryan takes the phone back, Kendall reminds him of the blanket and then they hang up. Seeing her chance to keep Spike out of their house, Annie tells Ryan that Spike needs to be with his mother!
Feeling better after talking to Ryan, Kendall thanks Zach for sticking by her and not giving up on her. Zach leaves to check them out of the hospital so they can go home. He returns a few minutes later but Kendall is nowhere to be found. Down the hall, Kendall is watching a new mom and newborn. She can't take her eyes off the baby, reaches out to the mother and asks her if she can hold the baby!
Greenlee goes to see Dr. Hilliard, demanding answers about Spike's treatment. He tells her that he can't help Spike hear again - because of Ryan! He explains about Ryan interrupting the meeting, unsure that Ryan will ever be on board with the treatment. "So you're just going to give up?" Greenlee asks and Dr. Hilliard tells her that Kendall and Ryan both have to agree. She reminds him of the large check she wrote and he offers to return it! Then, he tells her to work with Kendall to get Spike in for the treatment. Greenlee insists that he help Spike and asks him to see Kendall whenever she shows up. A call interrupts them and Dr. Hilliard asks Greenlee to leave. The nurse shows in his new "client" - it is Aidan!
