The Martin clan gathers for Jenny's christening. Adam can't bring himself to join the family but watches from a distance. Amanda gets a job offer. Jonathan and Aidan nearly come to blows over Ava. Barbara has a plan to out Jack and Erica.

Barbara sneaks in to Jack and Erica's yacht club hideaway and hides a camera in a potted plant! She is going to catch them in the act. She positions the pot just so and leaves the room. Outside she steals one of the maid entry cards and hides. Erica arrives and goes inside, dismissing the maid. When she is sure she is alone she lets Jack into the room. They lay on the bed, kissing and talking about ending the luv-orce. It can't come soon enough for either of them Jack grabs a folder off the table, messing up the angle of Barbara's camera! It's a script for the end of the luv-orce; Erica doesn’t like it at all and tells him so. They begin arguing and the camera keeps rolling. Erica rips up the script but tells him that she will still tell everyone that she is the one that backed down. "Crow will be served. Bon appetite," Jack says. Annoyed, Erica tells him that Pam is coming up with a script that they'll both like. She offers to go over that script with him and they'll make changes together. Jack kisses her, saying fighting is even fun with her. They both get ready to leave but share one more passionate kiss before going their separate ways.

Colby runs into Sean, dressed for another day of cleanup, at the yacht club for breakfast. She asks him to the christening but he turns her down. Instead he asks her out on a real date the next day. Colby realizes she is really late. Before leaving she gives Sean her iPod with a personal song selection just for him. She leaves. She sees Barbara and hides in a corner. She doesn't notice him because she is too busy calling in her tip to a reporter. "I've got irrefutable proof - audio and video," she tells him, promising to get the scoop on Jack and Erica! After the lunch crowd has left the club, Barbara goes back upstairs. She goes inside the room, checks the camera and then takes it with her! She calls the reporter, telling him the tape is perfect. Sean grabs the phone and pretends to be a psychiatrist and tells the reporter Barbara is unbalanced! He tosses the phone into the water and then sees the camera. Sean takes the tape from the camera as Barbara tries to convince him that Erica is using Jack. Sean tells her to leave Pine Valley!

Aidan and Del are playing basketball and talking about the Wildwind gang when Del lets it slip that Jonathan and Ava hooked up. Aidan can't believe it. Jonathan joins them. Aidan goes off on Jonathan, telling him that sleeping with Ava is a huge mistake. Jonathan gets angry and tells Aidan he doesn't know the real Ava. He wonders why Aidan can't let go of Ava's past. Soon they begin arguing about Lily and nearly come to blows. Di interrupts the argument. Di realizes she has stepped into a sticky situation. She tells Jonathan to watch Ava, not to make excuses for her and not going everything for her. "She needs to learn how to pull her own weight," Di says. Aidan tells them all that Julia will toss Ava out anyway once she returns. They begin playing ball. The game ends and Jonathan corners Di. She tells him about Ava's new job and once more warns him not to do everything for the girl. He asks Di to get Aidan off his back! They rest for a while and begin playing again. After the second game, Di asks Aidan for a date. They leave. Del pushes Jonathan's buttons, comparing Lily and Ava.

Kendall encourages Amanda not to quit conFusion, telling her that she is a huge asset to the company. Amanda is ready to move on, though, and keeps setting up the bar for the day. Kendall wonders if she has come into a little money thanks to JR and wants to know just how involved Amanda was in the kidnapping plot. When Amanda won't open up, Kendall warns her to stay far away from JR because he'll turn on her eventually. Amanda thanks her but says she can handle this on her own. "I am controlling this situation, not JR," Amanda says. Kendall reminds her that she, Kendall and Babe have one thing in common: sleeping with JR and nearly being killed by him! Amanda shrugs off the warning and tells Kendall she needs more than a bar manager position. Kendall takes her at her word and offers her a job upstairs at Fusion! Amanda accepts!

JR tells Babe not to worry because his game will be finished just as soon as he gets the ransom money back. Babe isn't so sure. Jamie asks Tad and Krystal why they chose the beach and she tells them about a beach trip she made with a friend when Babe was a baby. Joe tells the crowd that they chose July 12th for the christening because it is the same day that Tad was adopted. JR listens to the parents dote on Tad and Jenny. "I've never been prouder of anything than being your father," Joe says. The ceremony gets started. Krystal and Tad ask Jamie to be Jenny's godfather and ask Colby to be the godmother. Colby is shocked but excited to be included in the family. Tad begins talking about his sister Jenny and how grateful he is that Krystal took that name for their child. "You are gonna do just fine," he tells the baby and kisses her. The minister approaches and baptizes the baby. No one notices that Adam is watching from another area on the beach. Ceremony over, the crowd disperses. Babe asks JR why he didn't invite Amanda and he makes it clear there is nothing personal going on between the two of them. Babe tells him she knows because Amanda told her and JR tells her that things aren't serious. He asks her about Jamie, telling Babe he is a nice guy. Babe assures him they are just friends. JR gets a call and leaves the party.

Krystal sees Adam on the terrace at the yacht club and confronts him, asking why he is there. He tries to cover by telling her he noticed the crowd and thought someone was in trouble. Krystal doesn't believe him. She tells him that they asked Colby to be the godmother and asks him again why he came down. Adam is reluctant to talk at all, but eventually tells her that he just wanted to talk to her for a moment without a crowd of people around. Jamie and Tad find a quiet area and talk. Jamie realizes Tad is preoccupied with Kate and tells him that things will work out. Across the way, Colby promised Krystal to do her best at godmothering. Krystal looks up and sees Adam still on the terrace. She watches him leave, saddened. Joe proposes a toast to the family.

JR meets Amanda at conFusion. She immediately asks for her money, telling him that she only wants the $500,000 now. He kisses her, asking how she wants the money. Amanda tries to resist him but can't. She tells him to just transfer the money and kisses him back. JR tells her it will take a few days because they need to take it slow. They make love.
