Amanda makes a decision about Adam's future; Jenny is rushed to the hospital for treatment. Kendall confronts Greenlee about Ryan's wedding; Annie prepares for her big day. Erica finds out about Sean and Ava's relationship.
Erica stops by the Montgomery home to leave papers for Jack. Sean tries to rush her out but Erica has her own pace and decides to have a step-aunt-to-nephew talk. Saying he has homework, Sean tries to break away but Erica just keeps talking about her New Beginnings/New Divorce show, trying to psychoanalyze him. Sean sits down with her, saying he is okay with the divorce. They are interrupted by Ava, clad only in Sean's shirt, asking when he is coming back to bed! Ava tries to convince Erica that she spilled a soda on her clothes but Erica doesn't buy the explanation. She also calls Ava out about stealing from New Beginnings. Ava leaves. Erica asks what is going on between Sean and Colby and Sean skirts the issue. "It's hard to find real friends," Erica tells him, encouraging him to hold on to Colby and leave Ava alone! Sean tells Erica that he knows what he is doing with Ava. Erica hugs him and leaves the house. Ava immediately returns, excited that Erica didn't do anything crazy. "We are so busted," Sean says.
Krystal and Tad hold Jenny at the doll warehouse as Janet asks if "Moira" is okay. Derek arrives with the police; he and Aidan look at Amanda's head wound. Janet tries to explain to Amanda and the others why she took Jenny and apologizes for her actions. Babe takes Jamie aside, thanking him for saving Jenny's life. She offers to go to the ER with the emergency workers, Krystal and Jenny. Left with only the Martins, Janet apologizes again. Angry, Tad steps toward her but Derek and Aidan step in, telling him to go to the hospital. With a lot of effort, Tad thanks Janet for keeping Jenny with her and for getting them to the warehouse in time. "You are a good man, Tad," Janet says, telling him that he will be a great father. Tad and Aidan leave but Jamie stays behind with Amanda and Janet. When Derek cuffs Janet and tries to take her away, Janet protests, trying to make Amanda understand why she acted the way she did. Telling Janet she loves her, Amanda steps away from her mother as the officers lead her away.
At the hospital, Colby asks Julia for her take on the Chandler family. Julia doesn't have any answers. Inside Adam's room, JR tells him that things don't look good. "If you have anything to say to me, now would be the right time," he says. Adam removes the oxygen mask and reaches out to him. Telling JR that he should have locked him out of the house much earlier, Adam angers JR. He is certain that he isn't on his death bed and refuses to apologize for his actions! "Go be a son to Tad Martin," Adam says! JR can't believe what he is hearing and leaves Adam.
Outside, Colby calls Sean, who doesn't answer. The EMTs bring in the baby and Krystal and Joe begins to check her over. Krystal is surprised to see JR and Colby there so quickly and wonders what is going on. Before they can say anything about Adam, Joe wheels Krystal and the baby away. Colby wonders why Babe didn't tell Krystal about the heart attack; both Babe and JR tell Colby that her knowing about Adam doesn't matter - only Jenny does! Joe and the nurse finish checking Jenny out and everything seems fine. The nurse takes a few blood cultures and leaves them alone.
Outside, Tad runs into Jeff and demands to know where Adam is. Jeff holds Tad back and tells him to go to Jenny. JR follows but Aidan pulls him back, wanting to give Tad some space. Jamie arrives with Amanda and Derek. Derek goes straight to Jeff, asking for access to Adam. Jeff gives him clearance to question Adam. Seeing that no one is around, Amanda asks for a drink and when Jamie leaves heads immediately into Adam's room. "Jenny almost died today because of you," she says! When Adam reaches for the call button, Amanda grabs it and orders him to confess. He won't. Amanda grabs the heart attack paddles and turns them on. "If this can bring back the dead, can it kill the living?" she wonders! Adam dares Amanda to hit him with the volts but she can't do it. She begins screaming at him; Derek hears and pulls her away from Adam. "You did this! You set my mother up!" she yells as Adam tells Derek there is no link between him and Janet.
Jamie returns to the lobby but only finds Julia. Tad is pacing by the windows and Julia sends Jamie over to talk to his father. Tad thanks him for saving Jenny's life. Jamie is still stuck remembering when he took little Adam with Babe; he wonders if he will ever forgive himself for that action. Jamie begins talking about working on Jenny. They head for Krystal's room. Inside, Colby explains about Adam's heart attack. Tad, Jamie, Babe and JR arrive, all excited to see the baby.
At the penthouse, Ryan and Annie talk to Emma about her responsibilities at their wedding. Annie packs up a few things for herself and Emma; they are spending their last night at Wildwind. Ryan tells Annie about his own plans for his last bachelor night. When Ryan asks if she is upset about the "bad news", Annie gets nervous. "Rain," Emma whispers, letting Annie know that rain is in the forecast. Annie could care less. She gathers Emma and they leave the penthouse. "I'll be the one in the gown," she says before closing the door. Alone with Spike, Ryan settles in. Jonathan arrives with a few gifts for the bride and groom - including a coffee pot for the coffee-impaired Annie. Aidan arrives a few minutes later to join in the celebration. Jonathan tells them about Ava's shopping spree, angry that she is still living at the Montgomery home.
At the spa, Greenlee is excited to see Kendall but Kendall isn't sure what to think about this new development. "What is with this sneak attack?" Kendall asks. Greenlee explains that when she saw the news reports about the Satin Slayer she couldn't stay away from her friends. "You left us," Kendall says, unable to understand why she thinks everything should be the way it was before. Greenlee tells her that she just wanted to come home to her friends and asks if they can be friends like they were before. Finally seeing that Greenlee was behind the new ad campaign, Kendall is even more shocked. She also realizes that she wants to stop Ryan's wedding! Kendall asks where Greenlee is staying and tells her that she won't allow Greenlee to ruin Ryan and Annie's wedding. From outside, they hear Annie signing up for her own spa day! Kendall immediately heads out to keep Annie and Greenlee from running into one another. She asks the attendant to take Annie to the wet bath before her manicure. Kendall returns to Greenlee, who can't believe that Ryan is marrying Annie. "We've all moved on," Kendall tells her and demands that Greenlee promise not to interfere with the wedding! "Can you just forget you saw me?" she asks instead of answering Kendall's demand and leaves. As soon as she is gone, Kendall tries to call Ryan. Annie arrives, telling Kendall that Ryan is out with the boys, so her call will have to wait until tomorrow.
