Adam makes a decision about Jenny; the hospital nurses go on strike. Derek warns against vigilante justice; Lily brings Ava home!
At the Montgomery home, Erica asks Jack why the judge let Alexander off. Jack doesn't know. On his cell phone, Aidan talks to a friend about finding Ava. Together, the three go inside where Lily introduces them to Ava! Lily is quite proud of herself for solving the Ava mystery. Erica questions Ava, wondering why she impersonated Lily at the Valley Inn. "I don't belong here," Ava says, ready to leave. Lily asks her to stay but Jack and Erica don't back her up. "She's my half-sister," Lily says, begging her family to accept Ava. When she tells them that she will leave with Ava, Jack steps in, asking Ava to lunch. Lily leaves to make them sandwiches. As soon as she goes, Aidan, Erica and Jack begin questioning Ava's motives for coming to the Montgomery home. Ava apologizes for impersonating Lily and she promises to never hurt Lily. "What did you say to them?" Ava asks Aidan when Jack and Erica still have questions. Ava comes clean about stealing wallets but denies ever working as a prostitute. "This is exactly the lifestyle we don't want Lily exposed to," Erica says, telling Ava that Lily looks up to her. This makes Ava laugh. She doesn't understand how or why Lily would look up to her. Sean arrives, stunned at the resemblance. Ava assures him that her resemblance to Lily is only skin deep. Sean heads to the kitchen to see Lily. Jack invites Ava to stay, but it will be short term. "You make one problem and you're out the door," he says as Sean and Lily return with lunch. Jack sends Sean and Lily to prepare a room for Ava. She follows, realizing that Jack and Erica want some privacy. "I hope this doesn't blow up in my face," Jack says. They talk for a moment and Erica offers her support to Jack, reminding him that she things of Lily as her own daughter. Aidan pulls Ava outside teh home, with his own threats for her - if she causes any trouble for Lily, he will make her pay! He tells her to repay Jonathan and she refuses. "Nobody here owes you anything," he says when she suggests that Jonathan repay her for his poor treatment of her! "Cha-ching," she says as Aidan angrily leaves.
In the hospital nursery, Jamie introduces himself to Jenny. At the front desk, Julia and Jeff discuss the possible strike. JR stops by, telling her to talk to the head-bean-counter - him! JR tries to explain the hospital board's position on the nurses salary issue. Julia could care less about what the board wants. Jamie comes over, agreeing with Julia! He and JR step away. Still angry because JR sided with Krystal over Jenny, Jamie tells him that as long as he stays at the mansion he is leaving himself open to working with Adam! JR asks Jamie how Tad has turned into a saint for sleeping with a married woman. "I'm ready to move on. So come on or get out of my way," he warns, leaving. Jamie returns to Julia, asking if there is anything he can do. Julia sends him home and waits for word from Jeff alone. He leaves the elevator, shakes his head and the nurses go on strike! "This is where we walk," Julia says and she and the other nurses leave the hospital. Joe meets Jeff in the lobby, both annoyed with the strike and the hospital board. Joe asks him if anything else is bothering him and Jeff talks about Erica and Josh.
In her hospital room, Krystal sends Babe and Colby off for more food. Josh arrives to check on her. He encourages her, telling her that she deserves better than Adam could ever give. Krystal wonders what is behind his words, but he assures her that he is there for her, not to get at Babe. From outside, Babe eavesdrops on their conversation, hearing Josh tell Krystal that he is ready to move on with his life! Josh kisses Krystal and leaves. In the hall, Babe thanks him for coming to see her mother. "You're still the most beautiful woman I've ever met," he says and walks away. Babe and Colby return with ice cream, quickly followed by JR, who tells them that he has rented Ryan's condo for them! Babe worries about the payments, but JR tells them not to worry, that he will take care of everything. He leaves and Babe follows, to discuss little Adam's schedule and pre-school options. JR suggests swimming lessons, too. "This is weird," Babe says, surprised that things are moving so smoothly for them now. JR leaves and Babe returns to her mother's side. In the nursery, Tad rocks Jenny, telling her what she has to look forward to as a Martin. He talks about his sister Jenny, and his grandmother Kate, who his other daughter was named for. A nurse brings Tad a bottle and he feeds the baby. He leaves the nursery and heads for Krystal's room. "Do you have any idea how wonderful our daughter is?" he asks.
In Adam's office in the Chandler mansion, he threatens Amanda. "It would be wise to think of this "accident" as a warning," he says, implying that he could do much worse to her, to Jamie or to her mother the next time around! Amanda tells him that she has been trying to keep Jamie away from him and even tells him that the information in the box was important, but Adam doesn't buy her story. He threatens that unless she gets him something good on Tad or Jamie, Janet will be the next "accident" victim! She leaves. Later, Stuart arrives to see Colby. Adam tells him that Colby has left to live with Krystal and tries to push Stuart away too. Stuart won't let him, though. He refuses to leave until Adam agrees to stop acting in anger, making him even more angry. Stuart hands over papers from a messenger. The papers are legal documents, stating that Tad is the legal and biological father of Jenny. Stuart tells Adam to call Krystal, to invite her and the baby to come home! Adam refuses. Stuart tells him about the nurses strike, saying he is going to volunteer at the hospital and see Jenny himself! He leaves and Adam picks up a pen to sign the papers. Before he can, another idea comes to him! He heads to the hospital nursery, acting like Stuart! The interim nurse leaves him alone in the room with her.
In the alley behind ConFusion, Del takes aim with the rifle but doesn't shoot. Inside, Hannah drinks alone but watches Di, Annie and Ryan across the room. Del arrives, angry with the others because they are talking and laughing - and Alexander has gotten off! He crosses to the bar with Di hot on his heels. She warns him to calm down and stop acting crazy! Across the bar, Derek sees them and joins the crowd with a warning. "I don't want to see anyone taking matters into their own hands," he warns them. Di assures him that they want Alexander punished - not dead. Jonathan stays quiet, then realizes that Derek is talking mostly to him. "You think I'm going to go after Alexander, don't you?" Jonathan asks. When Derek doesn't answer, Jonathan heads to the bar to order a fresh drink. Ryan follows, angering Jonathan even more. "I'd love to wrap my hands around the old man's throat," he says, but then tells Ryan he isn't that guy any longer! Jonathan returns to the table with Annie. Ryan sits for a while with Hannah at the bar. They talk about revenge with Ryan suggesting just moving on. Hannah, though, doesn't seem ready to just move on. Ryan returns to the table with the others and they begin making wedding plans. Jamie arrives, asking Derek if he has proven that Adam caused the crash. When Derek says no and leaves, Amanda comes over, asking him why he can't just drop the vendetta against Adam! Julia arrives, interrupting them. She is scared for her patients now that the nurses are on strike.
Meanwhile, somewhere around Pine Valley, a woman is researching the Satin Slayer murders! She clicks onto an Internet story with Ryan as subject and then enlarges the photo of him!
