Adam plans to bring JR home, but will JR fall in line? Colby and Babe bond. Annie helps Kendall through some tense moments. Tad and Krystal comes to terms. Del plots revenge!
At the Chandler mansion, Adam calls JR for a meeting. He offers his condolences for what happened in court. When JR tries to leave, Adam stops him by telling him that he understands how he feels - about Alexander, about Babe and about little A! "How did we ever come to this?" Adam asks, wondering if he can turn his life around! JR doesn't believe Adam, especially when he denies being involved in Jamie's car accident, but he doesn't leave the mansion. "I drove you out of the company, I can drive you out of here, too," he says. Adam continues to try to turn JR against Tad and Jamie. "You're alone," Adam says, "but you don't have to be." JR realizes he is alone, but he still has more questions, like what he has to do to get back on Adam's good side. Adam suggests giving the company back to him! He wants one more thing: for JR to convince Colby to move back into the mansion! "So I get you your company back and I talk to Colby. What will you do?" JR asks. Adam tells him that he will trust JR again, if he will follow through. "Great pitch. Did you really think I'd fall for it?" JR asks, angering Adam. Before leaving, JR asks one more question: does Adam want the company or Colby? Adam tells him he wants Colby - and that JR doesn't fit in anywhere! JR leaves the parlor. Adam returns to the box to find information on Jamie, but can't find a thing! He tosses a few papers from the box, not realizing that the adoption papers are there. Amanda arrives, angry that Adam has summoned her.
At the jail, Zach confronts Alexander. "You killed those women and you don't have to pay," he says. Alexander sits quietly in his wheelchair, pretending to ignore Zach, who keeps baiting him. Telling him what life will be like in the hospital, Zach tries to get Alexander to react. "What are you going to do?" Zach asks, telling Alexander that as soon as he begins acting normal he will go to jail. Zach paints a picture for Alexander - alone, with no interaction with anyone for the rest of his life. "Every time you want to get up, you can't. Every time you want to say something, you can't. This is your prison," Zach says. Alexander still doesn't respond, so Zach gives him one more thing to think about - the possibility that he really could be Raymond Jenkins son! Zach places his childhood teddy bear into the bars, leaving it there for Alexander!
At Fusion, Babe, Kendall, Annie and Ryan react to the judge's decision about Alexander. Ryan suggests they go home, not work. They decide to stay but Kendall runs from the room! Annie follows, offering her support for the morning sickness and anything else that is bothering Kendall. "No one believed me about Terry," she says, telling Kendall that she understands what she is going through. She tells Kendall that she prayed for Terry to die and now she thanks God for answering her prayers. "So I should pray?" Kendall asks. Annie tells her to pray and fight for Zach and her family. Zach arrives, wondering what is going on. Annie leaves Zach and Kendall alone and she wonders where he has been. He tells her about the visit with Alexander and realizes that Alexander has nothing over him any longer! "Finally, I'm in complete control," he says. Back in the office, Babe and Ryan bond. She begins talking about her friendship with Erin, wondering why she survived Alexander's attack when Erin couldn't. Ryan tells Babe about her good points, encouraging her to go home to her son. Finally agreeing, Babe leaves. Zach and Kendall return to the outer office where Kendall gives Annie her first national campaign! Annie and Kendall each make the other promise to take a rain check for a dinner together because this night, they want to be alone with family. Ryan and Zach are amazed at the changes between the women. When they leave, Annie asks Ryan if he is okay. He isn't; Ryan is worried about how Jonathan reacted in court.
At the hospital, Tad bonds with Jenny, talking to her about his day. Krystal watches, thinking that Tad is just trying to win her over to his idea of living together. "If I wasn't here with her," he says telling her about the court hearing, "I'd be out there with a gun." Krystal can't believe what happened. Tad asks if they can focus on Jenny, rather than their problems and Krystal agrees. "You were right all along," she says, finally revealing that she is through with Adam. Tad commiserates with her, telling her that she is in good company because Adam has hoodwinked the best women in Pine Valley. "I'm sorry I kept this from you," she tells him, promising to make things right between him and Jenny as soon as she is released from the hospital! Tad leaves and Krystal talks to Jenny about the future. Colby arrives with lunch - burgers, fries and onion rings! Babe comes in, obviously still upset over the hearing. Colby talks about moving in with Krystal and Babe, surprising Babe. Krystal fills her in on the happenings between Colby and Adam. Babe accepts Colby into the family easily. Colby begins planning daytrips with Jenny and suggests a movie for their first outing. Krystal and Babe offer their advice for being a Carey woman. They pinkie swear to always work for the best in their lives!
At Cambias, Josh is waiting for Hannah in her office. He suggests leaving work for the day to decompress. Hannah isn't interested in anything but work, or so she tells him. After a while, Josh revisits the subject of Alexander, telling Hannah that he understands how she feels! He goes on to suggest that they leave the office to decompress. "You couldn’t possibly know how I feel," she says and storms out of the office.
At ConFusion, Tad meets Derek to celebrate that at least Alexander is off the streets. Derek toasts Jenny and the future. Hannah comes to the bar, remembering Alexander's threats against her. Hannah orders a double scotch, trying to calm her nerves.
In an alley, Del is dressed in black, putting a high-powered rifle together!
