Aiden and Di have a plan to draw the Satin Slayer out. Zack awakes from a dream of his mother, and Ryan has new plans for Fusion!
In Dani's hospital room, Derek and Livia gather, talking to her as she sleeps. Di and Aidan enter as Dani wakes. She is sluggish but does remember seeing a man and a bird. Confused, Derek asks about the bird. Dani remebers it coming toward her face but passes out before she can say more. Dr. Dr. Joe Martin clears the room. Outside, Di wonders if the bird has anything to do with the gardenias. Livia checks her messages and reports that her trip to Chicago is cancelled. An upset Derek tells her not to cancel. He wants Livia to take Dani with her to Chicago. With lawyers on the way, there is no way he can keep Zarf/Zoe in jail.
Bianca arrives at the empty Fusion offices wondering where everyone is. She goes through some memos on her desk and is disappointed. She wonders what the company will do next.
Zack wakes from a dream of his mother and Kendall asks him to explain it to her. She believes his mother's life is the key to the connection between the Satin Slayer and him. Zach says he doesn't remember enough and Kendall brings up therapy. Maybe Joe Martin can get them in touch with someone who could help. Zach refuses, but an undeterred, Kendall tells him she knows he is strong - and stubborn! - but still believes therapy may be the answer.
A phone call from Bianca interrupts them. Kendall is needed at Fusion. There are big problems! When Kendall leaves the room, Zach makes a call. He needs to see Ryan Lavery, now!
Jonathan and Amanda go to the police to tell detectives about Kenny's disappearing act. In their eyes he is more guilty than ever, but the detective won't listen. He tells Jonathan and Amanda the police have their suspect and he is right downstairs! Ryan arrives. He agrees with Jonathan, the police need to track down Kenny. Finally the detective agrees to look into Kenny's past. Before they can provide a description, Kenny arrives at the station. Rather than questioning him, the detective welcomes Kenny!
Meanwhile at Zarf/Zoe's jail cell, he angrily tells Josh not to talk about Babe. Zarf wants to know what Josh sees when he looks into Zarf's eyes. "Pain," Josh replies. Slowly, Zarf walks to the cell doors, amazed he realizes Josh just called him Zoe.
At the Chandler mansion, Babe continues to fight for Zarf/Zoe but JR refuses to listen to her. As far as he is concerned Zarf/Zoe is just a nut. Jamie enters with a satin ribbon he found tied around the gate! Babe is frightened but refuses to stay locked up. She is going to work. As soon as she leaves the room JR calls his lawyer to see what he can do about Babe's parental ights. "What about Babe?" Jamie asks. Doesn't JR care about her safety? JR and Jamie begin to argue over Babe. Jamie tells JR to think - Zarf/Zoe could be innocent. Angry that JR would try to use Zarf's sexuality against Babe, Jamie tells JR about a woman he knows from college, but JR doesn't care. The woman Jamie knew in school doesn't matter. He insists he only wants to protect little Adam.
At the jail, Josh's anger toward Zarf/Zoe gets the most of him and he grabs Zarf through the cell bars. Babe arrives and interrupts before Josh can throw a punch! Josh says he just wants the truth, and Babe tells him to butt out. She just got off the phone with Zarf's lawyer and he'll be free again soon. She can't stay - there is an emergency at Fusion. When she leaves, Zarf pleads with Josh to believe him - the Satin Slayer is still out there. Josh must protect all of the girls!
Meanwhile in the squad room, Ryan, Jonathan and Amanda continue asking the detective to investigate Kenny. The detective refuses because he remembers Kenny from the old days. Ryan has a vague memory of Kendall mentioning someone named Kenny, but can't remember anything more. Kenny says he is only here now to help. The detective takes Kenny from the squad room telling them Zarf is the guilty party. Jonathan wants to know what Ryan thinks. Ryan assures his brother that he will keep investigating everyone connected to the case.
Kendall arrives at Fusion and Bianca drops a bombshell - their entire staff has quit and no one wants to carry their products! Babe arrives and the news sparks another fight between she and Kendall. When Kendall blames the loss on Zarf/Zoe, Babe tries to distract her by asking why she was at the mansion. Bianca interrupts the women - she agrees with Babe! Kendall can't believe what she is hearing - the next thing she knows Bianca will be forgiving Maggie! "I hope she does," says Maggie, who just arrived at Fusion! Seeing they are short staffed, Maggie volunteers to help out, but Bianca asks her to leave. Josh arrives, offering his help.
Meanwhile it is family time at the Chandler mansion. As JR turns the ribbon over to one of the guards, Dixie enters with a platter of cookies. Travelling down memory lane, Dixie realizes something is bothering JR. An emotional JR talks about having cookies with Jamie and Dixie - it's something he has dreamed of! He asks Dixie if she is going to leave again. Dixie says no, she's never leaving them again. She's even talked to Joe about getting her job back. Is that all that is bothering JR? "It has to be," he says.
Zach walks in to the station house and asks Ryan for help. He needs information on his mother. Ryan tells he doesn't know anything but he has gathered many Cambius things at a warehouse. He's free to investigate it. Ryan tells Zach to keep looking for the link between himself and the killer. Back in the squad Jonathan asks Ryan if he believes Zarf is the killer. No, he doesn't. Josh enters and agrees - he doesn't think Zarf is the killer either.
The group watch Kenny gather his things and leave. When Jonathan makes a move to follow Amanda stops him. He should let the police do their job. Reaching for Amanda, Jonathan looks very sad. What if they can't protect the other girls? What if Amanda is the next to be hurt?
Back at the hospital, Derek refuses to let Danie be used as bait. Before he can get going, Aidan annouces Dani doesn't have to be the bait. It could be someone else! Di volunteers but Livia says it won't work. It has to be a black woman. She looks at Derek. "Get Dani out of town." Livia will be the bait for the killer!
At Fusion, the girls have one more blow. Ryan arrives and they ask him for a loan to float the company until they weather this latest storm. Ryan refuses. He is shutting down Fusion! Bianca and Kendall beg Ryan not to shut them down but he won't listen. One of the guards enters with a corsage box he found outside - it's a gardenia with a note attached for Kendall!
At the warehouse, Zach begins searching for his mother's portrait. He slowly walks the room until a large figure catches his eye - he removes the dust cover to find the portrait of his mother - she looks very much like Kendall! And is holding a gardenia!

Maggie again insists to Bianca that she is not leaves. Meanwhile, Zach is locked inside the warehouse, and someone attacks Kendall!
