Bianca wants to know what brought Maggie back to town, a mysterious stranger appears at ConFusion and Zarf is exposed!
At the Cortland mansion, Josh drags Zarf from the tunnels. Zach calls and Kendall tells him Zarf has been captured. Zach tells Kendall not to call the police. He, Tad and Ryan head for the Cortlands. Meanwhile, Babe continues defending Zarf to everyone. He gets away from Josh and Bruno but is caught by the other guards before he can leave the mansion. Against Kendall's wishes, JR calls the police. Zarf asks what she sees and she tells him - a murderer! Zarf gets in Kendall's face as Zach walks in the door; he pulls Zarf back! Since Zarf refuses to tell them what was in the vials, Josh examines his arms for track marks but finds none. Tad asks Zarf about Zach's mother's picture but he only says, "That was your mother?" Zach grabs Zarf around the neck!
Zach shakes Zarf, asking about the ribbons and the gardenia but his questioning is interrupted when Colby comes in, excited that Zarf is in the house! JR tells her Zarf killed the Fusion girls and they've called the cops. "It's over!" Zarf says.
At ConFusion, Amanda talks to a mysterious stranger with pictures of the Fusion girls in his wallet. Could this be the Satin Slayer? Amanda tells Dell the pictures are "freaky". She runs the mystery man's credit card as Dell begins to talk to him. The man tells him the women in his wallet are "much more" than sex objects. He believes he understands them - in a way no one else can! He believes dying preserves the girls' perfection and he has a "special" connection to Simone! Dell tells Amanda to call the cops - and the man disappears!
At the boathouse, Lily is frightened by Jonathan's rage. Seeing him angry makes her wonder if he has another tumor. Jonathan explains - he doesn't have a tumor and is only angry at the person who killed his sister. He calms down and promises he will try to handle anger differently. He won't hurt her. She accepts his apology and leaves the boathouse. Jonathan buries his head in his hands and asks Erin for help. Jonathan comes in to the bar and Amanda tells him about the mystery man. Jonathan says they need to let the police do their job, but when a detective questions Amanda, Jonathan slips away with the forgotten credit card and recipt! He gets an address from customer service but before he can leave Amanda tells him - the murderer got to Dani!
At Bianca's, Maggie says she needed to see Bianca face to face because she missed both Bianca and Miranda, but Bianca doesn't believe her. Maggie apologizes - walking out was the biggest mistake of her life and she has broken it off with Cecilia! She misses and loves Bianca and wants their life back. Bianca isn't sure what to think about Maggie's revelations.
At the mansion, the police arrive to arrest Zarf. He tells Derek not to bother testing the vials - it's V-Tach inside, and if the police don't arrest him now, he'll kill again! Babe won't let Zarf martyr himself and tells him to stop. Everone turns on her. When Derek is called away, an officer comes forward to read Zarf his rights. On the phone, Derek learns the drugs in the vials were not V-Tach!
At the hospital, Jeff and Erica share a passionate kiss before he takes her outside - a catered dinner is waiting! He gathers her into his arms and they begin to dance. Jack appears on the terrace and confronts them both - telling Erica she loved it when he got romantic, too! On the terrace Jack holds up divorce papers - he doesn't want a divorce! He is sorry for pretending the gifts were from him and wishes he had sent them because they made her happy. Jack is lonely without her and wants a second chance. Erica is flustered, does he really think it's possible? Jeff returns to the terrace and a saddened Jack says no. He doesn't really believe they can make it back!
At Bianca's, Maggie says she will spend the rest of her life making things right. The more she talks, the angrier Bianca gets. She doesn't want Maggie back - she doesn't have room in her life for anything more! Bianca asks Maggie to leave, but before leaving Magge says she isn't giving up!
Meanwhile, on the terrace Erica shakes off her mood and asks Jeff to dance.
At the mansion, Zarf tells the police the lab tests are wrong and it is V-Tach in the vials before Derek can say a word. But, Derek stuns the crowd when he tells them he knows the results and it wasn't V-Tach in the vials - it was estrogen! Upset that they may suspect the truth, Zarf tells them the tests are wrong. Babe takes Zarf's hands, telling him it's time to come clean. She's with him and he needs to tell them who Zoe is! The crowd is stunned. Who is Zoe!?! Babe begs Zarf to come clean. Crying, Zarf admits he is Zoe!
