At the police station, Ryan interrupts a conversation between Kendall & Zach and demands to know what Zack might be hiding.

Over at Fusion, Bianca asks Di and Aiden how it went at the police station with Zarf. Aiden tells her that Derek let him go. "I just want to know the truth about him," sighs Bianca. A concerned Di asks, "Did Zarf do something to you, Bianca?"

Meanwhile, Zarf stands forlornly in his hotel room replaying in his mind the scene of revealing Zoey to Bianca and her reaction. Dejectedly, but determinedly, he dons his coat and hat and leaves the hotel...

Outside of Derek's house, Babe accuses Josh of following her. "I came to see Dani," he retorts. "Please go - don't start stalking me!" she answers. "I have officers protecting me, I'm safe and it's been weeks since the last attack." she continues. Meanwhile, Dani lies inside the house, unconcious on the floor.

Back at Fusion, Bianca assures Di and Aiden that Zarf did nothing to her. Aiden tells Bianca that nothing incriminating was uncovered about Zarf at the police station so he 'walked'. At this point, Zarf walks in and says. "If there's something you want to know, you should ask me, Bianca."

Ryan badgers Kendall at the police station over what she and Zach are hiding. "Are you protecting your husband?" he asks her. "No, she says, I was just afraid Zach would tell you about the decision I have made.."

At the Fusion offices, Zarf has launched into a monologue about his 'performance' at the police station, when suddenly the police come out of the elevator and ask him to come down to the station for questioning. He refuses their 'invitation' and tells them to contact his lawyer - that's right, the best attorney on the East Coast!

Babe tries to get the officers accompanying her to get rid of Josh, but they refuse as he isn't breaking any laws. Defiantly, Josh begins knocking on Dani's door, but there is no response. Babe says it's strange because she called and spoke to her right before she left to come over and Dani said she'd be at home.

At the courthouse, Sean and Colby are miserable, but relieved to see Jack, Adam and Krystal arrive. Colby asks what her father has been able to do about the charges. "Nothing,' he tells her, "the D.A. won't drop the charges and this judge can't be influenced." Jack advises the pair to plead guilty and apologize.

Kendall tells Ryan that the "decision" she has made is to let him keep Spike for the boys safety. But she wants to see him - with security accompanying her. Ryan refuses - they must stay apart, he claims, he doesn't want to lose her or his son. After Ryan walks away, Zach is angry that Kendall covered up the truth - that she knows Emma is Ryan's daughter.

Reluctantly, Aiden and Di leave Bianca with Zarf (and one guard) at Fusion. Josh told her about the transgender hotline, Bianca informs him. She begins to apologize for the terrible things she said to him, but he rudely interrupts and says, "oh now you want redemption?" "Was I wrong," she asks, "are you transgender? Is Zoey real?"

Derek takes a call at the station to tell him that Zarf is at Fusion. "I can't touch him," he tells Ryan, "he's lawyered up." At the same time, officers are breaking down the door at Dereks house and Josh and Babe discover her lying on the floor. "Get help!" screams Babe.

The charges are read to Colby and Sean in court. It was a busy night, the judge says, these are serious charges. Sean tells the judge it was a big mistake, because he wouldn't have taken the supervisors limo if he had known who it belonged to. Colby says the mistake was giving the officers the fake ID, and that they didn't drink ThAT much champgne. The judge tells the spoiled duo that prison time is a reality, then calls for a recess to give them time to think!

Aiden and Di break into Zarf's hotel room. You can go if you like, Aiden tells a skeptical Di. That's OK, she says, I want a chance to play detective. They don the gloves Di brought along and start to search the room.

Zarf tells Bianca, at Fusion, that his trangender act was research for a song. "I was a part of your research?" an outraged Bianca asks him. Yes, he claims, I needed to see how a lesbian would react. Still disbelieving, Bianca pleads, "Tell me the truth! Are you Zarf or Zoey?"

At the police station, Kendall assures a ticked off Slater that she is not jealous of Annie. Kendall further says that she is not trying to hold onto Ryan, and that she loves Zach. Suddenly, Derek gets a call for back up - at his own address!

At Derek's house, Babe and Josh perform CPR on Danielle. Josh says she seems to have been poisoned and has gone into arrythmia. Josh gives the cops the water bottle that Dani was drinking from as evidence. At the station, Ryan tells Kendall and Zach that the call was about Dani. Back at Derek's house Josh holds a very upset Babe...

Zarf continues his diatribe at Fusion. Zoey is gone, I killed her. That's not funny right now, Bianca snaps. Zoey was a character, he continues, that Was created for a song. "How would this 'character' have felt if I'd reacted differently than I did?" Bianca asks softly. "We'll never know," answers Zarf. He apologizes for his deception, but tells her it wasn't all an act - he really did fall for her.

At the hospital, Joe works on Danielle as Babe and Josh look on fearfully. Derek arrives and enters the room with dread. Ryan, Kendall and Zach also arrive. "He can get to any of us, anytime he wants," declares a very disturbed Babe. Suddenly, a doctor rushes past them into Danielle's room - it doesn't look good.

Back at Fusion, a fed up Bianca throws Zarf out and tells him he is no longer on the campaign. "I don't like being manipulated!" she informs him.

Meanwhile, in Zarf's hotel room, Di tells Aiden, "I think I've got something!"

In the courtroom, Sean assures Jack he'll be sticking by Colby since the joyride was his idea. Colby spends the recess begging 'Daddy' to do something, until Krystal paints her a scary picture of life behind bars with no Daddy to help her.

Joe tells everyone at the hospital that Danielle is having serious cardiac complications and that they are trying to keep her stable while the drug wears off. Babe asks if Dani will make it. Joe says he hopes so... Ryan then turns on Zach and challenges him to do something before his wife is the next victim. Kendall defends Zach, but he runs out, telling her to stay put. "Why won't it stop?!" a distraught Kendall cries. Babe says to Josh that nothing matters anymore. He tells her not to give up and let the bastard win. "Fight back!" he urges.

As the judge calls the court back into session, Colby announces that she knew what they were doing was illegal but she didn't care, didn't think about other people or what could happen. She asks for a second chance and please no prison time! Sean gets up and says he was trying to be cool - it was a big mistake and he too knew it was wrong, but didn't care. He says he was an idiot and that he is sorry. It's not enough to be sorry, the judge declares, it's your actions and what you do with your second chance should you be granted one that matters. The judge is ready to pass sentencing...

In Zarf's hotel room, Di has handed Aiden a make-up bag she found. He looks inside and says "bingo!". He holds up a clear liquid drug and a syringe.

Dani's beeper goes off in her hospital room. "She's in trouble," Babe says to Josh as the doctors rush in.

As Zarf prepares to leave Fusion, he tells Bianca he won't bother her again. Stay away from Babe too, Bianca warns him. Zarf says he's sorry he's hurt her and as he turns to leave the police burst in and hold him against the wall at gunpoint!
