JR confronts David and tells him he's useless. David slams back asking him ...what if he knows where his little sister Kate is? JR glares at him telling him to take a hike because he doesn't know anything. But David insists, and assures JR that he has knowledge of Kate's location. JR again tells him he's full of crap and to take it somewhere else because no one wants him around here anymore. He storms out.

Listening in on their confrontation, Krystal tells JR his ...self restraint... is admirable. They turn the subject to Babe and JR's concern about Josh getting closer to Babe. Krystal tells him that Babe loves him and not to concern himself. She asks him to ask himself ...what is Josh doing for Babe that he isn't?.... JR brainstorms but cannot really put his finger on it. Krystal tells him that if JR pushes Babe too far, she'll back away from him. So just love her and be supportive and you'll keep Babe at your side.

IN a flash back, David goes to Dixie and tells her he found Kate but he wants to keep her from Dixie. He thinks Kate would be worse off with Dixie as her mother. Dixie pleads with him that she loves him and please help her. David tells her Kate is his daughter and he's going to take her far away from Dixie and no one will find her. (flashback over).

Emma (Annie's daughter) throws a ball and accidentally knocks coffee all over David. stunned looks on. Annie comes to get her daughter while David scolds the child for throwing her ball at him and the little girl tells him she's sorry. Annie shakes her head and tells the ...stranger... that' ..." that's enough, she's just a little girl. A bodyguard rushes in to make sure everything's ok.

After the park incident, Annie returns to Ryan's office and tells him about the ...jerk... in the park with Emma. But she thanks him for the bodyguard.

Meanwhile, David breaks into Dixie's hotel room to search for photos of Kate. Finding what he needs and sees Emma in one of the pictures!

Dixie wonders to Zach if Derek will drop the charges now? He replies that he hopes eventually Derek will come around to believe they're having an affair. They discuss finding Kate, he promises they will locate her. Zach reaches out to comfort Dixie.

Kendall looks on watching the two of them share some ...intimate... touches but not hearing the conversation to know what's going on. She musters up the courage to ask Zach, as he leaves the room to ask him why he was in Dixie's bed earlier. He explains what happened and why. That they knew Derek was on his way to talk with them and Erica walked in on them first. He holds Kendall and tells her it's all going to work out.

Zach leaves and Kendall storms in to talk with Dixie. She tells Dixie that she's obviously working like hell to make this affair with her husband the ...real thing...! Dixie tells her if she has a problem to talk with Zach. Kendall tells her to play the part in public but not in private. Dixie plays dumb but Kendall tells her there's a camera in here and she's seen her working on Zach. Dixie tells her to just trust her husband. Unless you're threatened because you think Zach is attracted to me, replies Dixie...¦.

Kendall tells her that Zach is way too smart and way too in love with her to ever be swayed by Dixie's games. Kendall threatens her that if anything really goes down between the two of them, she'll go to everyone about this alibi being a lie and Dixie will go down...¦ ...DON...T test me... Kendall says and walks out.

Later, Zach meets up with Livia to discuss the case. Livia asks him straight out if she needs to be aware of ANYTHING else at all. Are there any surprises or concerns ahead? Zach tells her that the police is not going to find anything because there's nothing to find.

Livia tells him the odds are horribly against him. With forensic evidence like blood and fingerprints, it's hard to dismiss that even if Zach was set up.

Jeff talks with Josh, telling him him and Erica knows they've disappointed him. He begs him to come back to the hospital, to medical practice. Josh refuses telling him that's what Jeff wants, not him. Jeff continues, reminding him how talented he is, but Josh puts up a wall and gets cocky with Jeff and walks away.

Babe, listening in tells Jeff ...nice job... if he wants to push him away. Get him talking about his life, take him out for a beer, says Babe. Don't try and mold him or tell him what to do with his life. Jeff continues to ask for Babe's opinion and advice. He tells her he doesn't know how to be a father. She tells him not to come off having an ...MD... after your name. Babe tells Jeff how to work to get Josh to come around. That he is very hurt and confused so to reach him would be impossible right now. It'll take time she says. She tells him Josh knew what Madden wanted in a son and he strived for that to please his dad. Jeff tells her that him and Erica don't have any expectations and just want him as he is.

Jeff asks her if she thought Josh was ever happy around Madden. She tells him she doesn't think so and Josh doesn't trust anyone right now. Jeff tells her that Josh trusts her. Babe tells him that she's not going to be his way into Josh's heart, she's Josh's friend NOT Jeff's. She continues to tell him that it's up to him to figure this out, to reach out to Josh in a way that will be sincere. Jeff thanks her and leaves.

At that moment, Josh walks in asking her what that was all about. Babe reassures him that Jeff was sincere in wanting to know how to reach out to him. But Josh is skeptical.

Erica asks Ryan if he loves Kendall. She tries to convince him to help Kendall. Ryan tells her Erica knows how he feels about Kendall but there's a chance she'll forgive Zach. But Erica tells him to step in because Zach will continue hurting her over and over. Erica suggests he take his son and Kendall to Paris and go visit Bianca. He tells her the baby is far too young for a trip like that. Ryan insists that he would want Kendall to come to him for her reasons, not because he's trying to romance her. Erica persists, but Ryan tells her Kendall is not ready for anything at all. He will just be there for her as a friend.

Ryan continues that he's leaving it all to fate. He's not going to ...convince... Kendall of anything any longer. It's up to her. Erica gets suspicious, asking if he's interested in Annie to try and get over Kendall. He tells her he's just ...helping... Annie, that's it. He tells her to go and knock on Josh's door to help him and leave him and Kendall alone.

Erica, taking a walk in the park meets up with Jeff and she asks if he talked with Josh. HE tells her how it went and that he asked for Babe's advice. Erica can't believe what she just heard.

Krystal tells Babe she's playing with fire having Josh work with her. JR accuses David of being ...the killer... of Madden and setting his mother up.
