Soaps.com has learned that All My Children's Aidan Turner, who plays the popular character Aidan Devane, will be let go in time for the show's move to Los Angeles!
Aidan will work until his current contract has been fulfilled.
In a statement, ABC had this to say, "Mr. Turner’s departure is storyline dictated. Given AMC's upcoming move to Los Angeles, we wanted to give Mr. Turner advance notice so he could plan accordingly. Mr. Turner is a talented actor and we wish him well."
Soaps.com is disheartened to hear of this development, but certainly we wish Aidan all of the best in his future endeavors, and thank him for all of the pleasure he's given us during his tenure on AMC.
