Soaps.com has learned that the Broadway cast of "Wicked" will host the concert, which also stars actors Kerry Butler, Rue McClanahan, Lynda Carter and Carson Kressley among many others!
The concert is a benefit for equal rights; the benefit will be help February 23, 2009 at 8:00 PM at the Gershwin Theatre in New York City. Call (212) 307-4100 or click click here for ticket information.
All proceeds from the benefit will be donated to the Family Equality Council, Empire State Pride Agenda, Equality California, Garden State Equality, and The Vermont Freedom to Marry Task Force; all five organizations work to promote equality and to protect civil rights for the gay and lesbian community.
