Do You Think I Have a Shot?

At Randi and Frankie's apartment, someone dressed in black rushes to hide when Natalia and Brot come in to decorate for their welcome home party. They unpack the food, and Natalia quizzes Brot about joining the force - she heard he could be official as early as next month. Brot shrugs it off, and tells her she's hot. Jesse arrives and Natalia asks why Angie isn't with him. Jesse admits he's in the doghouse - big time.

Back in the apartment, while Natalia is outside calling Angie, Jesse notices the window is open. Brot says he didn't open it - maybe Natalia wanted some fresh air. When Brot goes to check what's taking Natalia so long, Jesse hears a beep in the closet! Natalia comes back inside with Brot, and Jesse says he thought he heard a noise - it must have been the neighbors. In the closet, the person hiding closes their cellphone. Angie comes in, and immediately confronts Natalia - she said Jesse wouldn't be there. They bicker about who will leave. Just then, Frankie and Randi come in. Everyone awkwardly says hello. Angie and Jesse cover up their animosity, and Brot asks how the honeymoon went. They say they didn't actually go to Hawaii - they had a change in plans. Angie says they should go, but Frankie wants to know what's going on between them. Brot and Natalia leave, with her saying it was a total bust as they walk out the door. Jesse is the next to go, and Angie is the last. Randi offers to walk her to the car. Frankie goes to hang up his coat in the closet - Madison is in there!

You Left My Baby For a Booty Call?!

Liza arrives at ConFusion and meets Jake. She jokingly asks if he needs a date for the night. He says he has one - she's going to be David's date! They go get into costume - Jake is a mummy and Liza is Cruella DeVille! He thanks Liza for running interference so he and Amanda can have some time together. Colby and Pete arrive at the bar. She is dressed as a monster and he is Captain Fantastic. Colby chastises him for his costume - it's a monster mash! Angie and Jesse come in, followed closely by Tad and Krystal. Jesse explains that Frankie and Randi finally took a honeymoon, and Brot appears dressed as a clown! Natalia comes in wearing her uniform and gives Jesse a dressing down for conspiring against her the other day. Jesse tells her he's reining her in for her own good. Natalia thinks it's because she's a girl, but Jesse reminds her she shot someone - that's no small matter. She says she is ready to get back to work. Jesse fumes - if she wants to be treated like a real cop, fine, she's suspended for disobeying a direct order!

Brot catches up with Natalia outside. She tells him that no one thinks she's a good cop, and he earnestly reassures her that he does. As he launches into a serious speech, she bursts out laughing - it's his clown face! She takes off his red nose and puts it on - they laugh.

Help Me, Adam!

In the cabin, Natalia tells Brot his scars don't bother her - she just looked away because he was undressing. He expresses disbelief, so Natalia admits that the scars bothered her when she first met him - but now that she knows him, she just sees him! They talk about the dance-a-thon, and how she was annoyed by him joining the force. She tries to downplay her behavior. When Brot reaches for a sponge, Natalia reaches at the same time. She tells him to let her do it, then begins sponging his back. Brot tells Natalia what he sees in her - she's independent, sets goals, and pushes herself - and she's hot too. Natalia then tells Brot that he is pretty amazing to handle the raw deal he got in the war, and he's brave, confident and generous. Just as they are about to share a very close moment, the spark plugs fall on the floor! Natalia realizes he took them from her car! She realizes that Jesse put Brot up to it and tells him to walk back to Pine Valley!

She Went All 'Rambo'!

In a wooded area, Natalia and Brot argue as she pulls her gun to go into an abandoned building looking for Kendall and Aidan. It's an abandoned cabin and they find nothing. Natalia calls Jesse, who reads her the riot act for interfering, and threatens her position on the force. Brot gets on the phone and says he tried to stop her, but she went all 'Rambo'. Jesse asks Brot for a favor. Brot hangs up, goes out to the car and back, then waits for Natalia to come in from getting fresh air. She tells Brot that Jesse only got angry at her because she's his daughter. She insists on going down the road to check out some other buildings. Brot grins as she heads out to the car - he has a handful of sparkplugs. Natalia rails about Brot not knowing how to fix a car, then talks about proving herself on the job - she just wants her father's respect! Brot thinks, then says he'll take another look under the hood. He comes back inside all dirty, and says it won't start. Natalia is wondering what they'll do, when Brot removes his shirt - Natalia reacts to his scars, turning away. He calls her on it, saying she should call it like she sees it and admit the scars bother her!

Paranoid!

Brot encounters Natalia while he's jogging. He gets a cramp, and notices she's working on her laptop. They discuss how much she moved around as a child. She says that's why she loves maps. Brot wonders what she's doing with the map on her computer. She says she's tracking Aidan and Kendall. She shows him Wildwind on the map, and the open land that extends from it. She is surprised that Jesse hasn't zeroed in on that area. Brot urges her to trust her father. Natalia decides to go for a drive - maybe she'll find a couple of criminals.

It Ends Here!

Natalia and Brot talk about the shooting in the police station. She says she hopes Aidan is okay, and worries about having to see the shrink later. He wishes her luck. She goes in for her interview and says she went by the book, and has no regrets. Natalia hopes she doesn't have to use a gun again, but at least if she does, she'll be ready.

Natalia arrives at ConFusion, where Brot shows up. They bicker and she tells him to go somewhere else. Brot says he'll leave if she promises to tell herself the truth - she can tell the shrink and her dad whatever they want to hear. Natalia sighs, and asks him to buy her a drink! She admits to him that she told the shrink what she was advised to - to keep from being stuck behind a desk. Brot advises her to face up to the shooting - it's part of who she is now. She asks him about Iraq. He says if he could shoot someone and file it away, then it would have been time to quit. Jesse shows up and offers to get Natalia put back on active duty. She looks at Brot and declines.

It Must Get Cramped Living in Adam's Pocket!

Brot shows up to see Natalia at the police station. He announces that he starts the academy in the morning, then congratulates her on getting her shield. She is surprised to learn that he will be on duty in a few months, thanks to his experience in the military. Natalia is told she is going on transport duty.
