A Ghost in Pine Valley!

At the hospital, Jesse tries to talk to Frankie but Frankie blows him off. Jesse is in the hall when he sees Angie with Rebecca and Natalia! Jesse is a little freaked out, especially when Angie says she and Rebecca are getting along just fine. Both Rebecca and Angie try to ease Jesse's worries but this only weirds him out more. Natalia tells Jesse that he has to talk to Rebecca about 'their talk'; Rebecca says there is nothing wrong with her but the more she says this, the more Angie wonders if it is true.

Jesse leaves the room and runs into Frankie, who finally talks to him. He angrily tells Jesse that he was wrong to have another family and never tell Frankie or Angie about it. "Did you teach her how to ride a bike? Did you go to her parent-teacher conferences? You're nothing," Frankie says. Angie hears and comes out; she tells Frankie to apologize which only angers him more. Frankie walks away. Angie tells Jesse she will talk to Frankie; Jesse says Frankie will be fine and asks why Angie isn't having more of a reaction to Rebecca. "I feel like I betrayed you," he says. Angie says he didn't betray her any more than she betrayed him by marrying Jacob. She says he did what he did to protect them and she can understand that. She says she likes Rebecca and without Rebecca he might never have come home!

Frankie checks out Annie and says the wound will heal. Ryan says the shooting was an accident; Frankie wants to call the cops but Annie says they can't call in the cops because Emma will be in danger. Ryan says they have no choice; Frankie tells Greenlee where to find Jesse. Frankie leaves. Annie says they could have signed Emma's death warrant! Ryan's phone rings and the kidnapper says they were lucky – this time. Ryan asks where Emma is. The kidnapper gives him directions. When Greenlee returns with Jesse, Ryan and Annie are gone.

You Killed My Wife!

At the funeral home, JR and Colby hug. Krystal walks to the casket and places her hand on it, trying to feel Babe again. Adam arrives and hugs JR, then gives little A the stuffed cows. He places a hand on Krystal's shoulder; Colby is stunned at his compassion. Jesse and Angie arrive and pay their condolences. Stuart and Bianca arrive, followed by Jack. Stuart is first to talk; he calls Babe a ray of sunshine and then gives Krystal a painting of Babe! Krystal is next to speak; she says she never knew love until she held Babe. "I was put on this earth to be her momma," she cries. Tad goes to her side. Amanda and Bianca break down; Randi arrives. JR tells the gathering that he always knew he was meant to be Babe's husband. "I'm still trying to be a better man," he says, "and I hope she was as happy as she made me." JR goes to little A, takes him to the casket and there he tells the boy how wonderful Babe was. He says she'll have his heart forever and places a kiss on the casket. Amanda hugs JR and then leaves. Tad hugs him, too, and then JR tells little A goodbye so he can go home with Tad and Krystal. "Sweet dreams," Krystal whispers, placing a kiss on the coffin. She hugs JR and they leave. JR opens the casket and looks at Babe. He says his vows again and places her wedding ring on her finger. "I love you from the deepest place in my soul. And I will never stop," he says emotionally. David arrives and tells JR he deserves to be able to pay his respects since he left them to grieve in peace. He takes a bottle from his pocket, drinks and then hands it to JR! JR breaks the bottle and then grabs David and says he won't break him!

Angie Meets Rebecca!

The phone rings at the penthouse and a distorted voice tells Ryan and Annie to come to a seedy motel. They are on the way out the door when Jesse arrives! They say they were on the way to the police station; Jesse says there is no news but he has a crack team on the case. Annie spies the kidnapper's note and hides it when Jesse's back is turned. He picks up on their mood and asks if they've been contacted. They swear they haven't been. Jesse leaves. Annie wonders if the kidnapper will really give Emma back.

Vigil With Kendall.

In the stairwell, Ryan gets a phone call. The voice says, "I told you, no police." Just then Jesse arrives. Ryan asks Jesse if he has heard anything. Jesse says most of the time in these situations, the parents are contacted first. Ryan lies and says they haven’t been contacted. Jesse asks Ryan to let him know when that happens.

Babe Dies!

Angie and Jesse are in Natalia’s room in the hospital with Frankie. Frankie is really angry that Jesse has another family and that he lied about it to Angie and Frankie. Jesse says he did so to keep Angie and Frankie safe. Natalie and her mother tried to protect Jesse and they knew that Jesse had another life. Angie asks Natalie why she came to Pine Valley. Natalie says that her mom, Rebecca, is not in a good place and she wants Jesse to come see her. Frankie tells Jesse to go and he walks away. Angie wants to know everything about Jesse's other life. She can’t understand how he could have loved them and walked away. Jesse tells Angie that he ended up in a psych ward and Rebecca helped Jesse to come back and have a life. Jesse says that Rebecca always knew that Jesse would have to go back to his former life. She made him leave. He says he loved Rebecca but that he is in 'love' with Angie. A policeman arrives and gives Jesse a confidential whisper. He leaves.

David Returns!

Tad and Krystal get little A and Kathy back to their feet after the storm blows over and then Krystal runs for Babe's room. Joe tells the staff to keep working while Jesse calls all officers back to work! Joe tells Jesse they have no communication and they try to get things settled back down. Taylor arrives; Joe and Jesse are talking about the non-operating generator. Taylor says she can help and they hurry to the generator. Taylor suggests using jumper cables to get it started and runs to Jesse's truck. They hook up the jumper cables but it doesn't work. Jesse pounds on the buttons and finally the generator starts working.

Frankie asks Angie why Jesse didn't tell them about Natalia. Angie pushes Frankie over Nat's body when the storm hits again and after the dust settles, Angie rouses Frankie. He and Angie are worried about Natalia; Angie sees a huge cut on Frankie's hand. She bandages it and tells him he has to see a specialist when all of this is over. Frankie turns back to Natalia and asks for more information. Angie tells him what she knows – that Jesse raised Natalia until he returned to Pine Valley. Natalia wakes up and softly says Jesse was protecting them. Then, her body is wracked with pain. Natalia tells them that her mother knew from the beginning that Jesse belonged with them and when he learned it was safe, she pushed him to return to his family. She says she couldn't let go, though, and followed him. Angie asks why her mother was calling Jesse but before she can answer, Jesse walks in.

The Next Wave!

In the hospital hall, Jesse apologizes for lying to Angie about Natalia. She asks for any allergies and gets the rest of Natalia's medical history, then goes to get ready for Natalia's surgery. Jesse sees Tad with Kathy in the waiting room and tells Tad everything. Tad can't believe it. Angie returns; Tad takes Kathy to a quieter area. Angie says Natalia will be fine and turns to go. Jesse tries to stop her but she says she has to focus on her patients. He apologizes and admits that Natalia's mother was his doctor after the breakdown. He wants to tell her more but she won't listen. Frankie catches up with Angie, who yells at the staff to get to work. He takes her into a quiet room and tells her she has to slow down or she'll break down. Angie takes Frankie to Natalia's room and shows him the paperwork. She tells him Natalia is Jesse's daughter – and his sister! Frankie is shocked.
