On the way to the airport, Jack and Greenlee talk about Erica. He doesn't want to listen to Greenlee's anger at Erica so he asks what is going on between Greens and Ryan! She says she isn't obsessed with Ryan and doesn't even care about Ryan but Jack doesn't believe her. She keeps rambling about her attachment to Ryan, which only solidifies Jack's concern. She turns back to their prison trip and asks why he is so concerned about Erica. "She's a part of me," Jack says. Greenlee says prison will be a breeze for Erica but Jack isn't so sure. He asks if prison was easy for her! Greenlee doesn't answer. They arrive at the airport and Greenlee tells Jack that Erica will be fine in prison.
Photographic Memories...
At conFusion, Greenlee asks Aidan to tell her again how much he loves her. Kendall and Zach arrive at conFusion. She is still shaky after telling Zach about LA. He asks if there are any other secrets she'd like to tell. She babbles on about Ryan and Zach kisses her to shut her up. Greenlee comes over and tells them to stop blocking their entrance with kisses. She returns to Aidan. Kendall begs Zach not to hate Ryan because she can't hate him. Zach hugs her, looks at Greenlee and talks about the bomb shelter. Greenlee interrupts them again, inviting them to her table. Their appetizers and drinks arrive but then Aidan and Zach leave. Kendall tells Greens she told Zach everything about LA and Greenlee lets it slip that he already knew. Kendall can't believe it. At the bar, Aidan tells Zach to find another babysitter but he wants Aidan to stay on the job. Kendall gets Aidan away from Zach and asks why he was spying on her. Aidan says he was just doing his job and tells her to stop letting Ryan suck her into his life. Across the room, Greenlee and Zach watch them. Greenlee says she is keeping her distance from Ryan, just like Kendall should be.
Ryan knocks on Annie's door - again. Annie slams it in his face - again! But Ryan won't go away. When Annie answers his knock a third time she says she isn't interested in what he has to say. Ryan tells her about an outfit she wore (one he saw in the photo albums) and says he remembers she was very happy. She lets him in. Ryan tells her about more pictures he saw, including her having chicken pox, insisting that he is really remembering her. Annie doesn't believe him for a second. As he keeps talking, though, she decides to take a chance. They leave for conFusion, where they see Aidan and Kendall talking! Ryan gathers them all together and apologizes for being so needy lately. He says he is beginning to remember. Zach follows Ryan to the bar and invites him to join them but Ryan declines. Greenlee comes over and asks what photo albums he looked through to develop his new memories!
Her Brother's Keeper...
When the judge asks if Erica is sure she wants to start her sentence now, Josh and Kendall freak out. They try convincing Erica to wait the three weeks but she won't. Kendall stomps over to Samuel and confronts him about how much of a menace Erica is. Zach and Josh calm Kendall down. Meanwhile, Jack says he is surprised at her request but isn't angry. The judge adjourns court and the reporters rush in to question Erica. Greenlee and Aidan, in the back of the courtroom, argue about the effect Erica is having on Jack this time around. Greenlee hopes Jack can finally move on with Erica out of the picture. She walks out. Aidan and Zach talk about Erica's decision. The reporters turn to Jack, who tells them to ask Samuel about Erica's prosecution. Sam is happy to step forward and give his nobody-is-against-the-law-schpeil. Kendall talks to Erica, who tells her to focus on Zach and the boys and forget about Aidan and Ryan and any other men. Erica advises Kendall to tell Zach the whole truth about LA but Kendall doesn't want to. She leaves. Greenlee approaches Jack and asks what Erica is really up to. Jack doesn't know. "Why is everyone treating her like she's Mother Theresa?" Greenlee asks. Jack says she shouldn't be so hard on Erica. Erica walks up to Samuel and claps her hands. She asks when his official campaign announcement will be but Sam won't comment. Jack backs up Sam, telling Erica that he really fought for her in the judge's chambers. Erica is stunned. "I hope we meet again," Samuel says charmingly and then leaves. Greenlee is curious about the prosecutor.
In the hallway, Aidan tells Zach about his visit with Ryan at conFusion. As they talk, Kendall walks up and asks what Aidan did to Ryan. Aidan tells her and Kendall thanks him. All three return as Erica is hauled off to jail. She tells everyone that she will be fine. Jack is very broken up as he watches her leave the courtroom. Greenlee apologizes to him but then ruins the father/daughter moment by telling him he should start dating again. Jack walks out of the room. Kendall takes Zach aside and says she lied to him. She tells him about meeting with Ryan at the bar in LA and says she is sorry she didn't tell Zach sooner. When she assures him that she only wanted to help Ryan but now realizes she can't, Zach forgives her.
Criminal Kane!
Aidan and Greenlee are chatting in bed; she goes on and on about Kendall and her problems and how to best support her. Aidan remembers Kendall's clandestine meeting with Ryan and doesn't agree. He doesn't tell Greenlee that, though. She leaves for the courthouse. Aidan goes to conFusion, where he meets Ryan. Aidan tells Ryan to stop playing with the emotions of Annie, Kendall and Greenlee or they are going to have a problem! Just as angry, Ryan says he won't stop seeing and talking to Kendall and Greenlee because that is the only way he is going to regain his memory. Aidan disagrees and points out that both women have moved on and Ryan needs to do the same. Ryan insists he won't remember anything without Kendall and Greenlee. The more Ryan says "I can't" and "I need" and "I want" the more angry Aidan becomes. Ryan pays his bill, says he knows what he needs to do and leaves.
Zach and Kendall arrive at the courthouse just as the judge says he isn't bound by the sentencing recommendations or Erica's deal! Both Jackson and Samuel object but he won't give in. They agree to meet in chambers; on his way there Jack tells Erica not to give up. Josh, Kendall and Zach hover over her but Erica wants space. She asks Zach to look into the judge, believing he may be in on something with Samuel! Zach tells Erica to calm down and to distract her brings up Ryan's LA visit. Just then Greenlee walks in, aggravating Erica. She is very sympathetic but that only worries Erica more. Greenlee and Zach go into the hall. Erica focuses on Kendall, saying that she needs to keep her distance from Aidan and Ryan and any other man so that she doesn't ruin things with Zach. Kendall angrily tells Erica that she can handle her own life.
In the hall, Zach says he knows about Kendall's secret meeting with Ryan. Greenlee says she knows about it, too. Zach wonders why Kendall wouldn't tell him and Greens suggests that Kendall just didn't want to worry him. They follow Jack and Sam into the courtroom. Erica goes straight for Samuel's throat, telling him he won't get away with this. Jack interrupts, saying Sam fought for her. Erica is surprised. Samuel and Jack tell her they don't know what the judge is going to do and Jack tells her that she has to be contrite and apologetic when the judge returns. "Because you are your own worst enemy," he says. The judge returns. Erica stands and solemnly pleads guilty. She apologizes to the judge and implores him to believe that she wasn't trying to pull one over on anyone or hurt anyone and that she deserves her punishment. The judge orders her sentence: a $5 million find, 2 years of community service and 6 months in a federal prison. Erica is relieved. The judge gives her 3 weeks to prepare for her stay; Erica says she is ready to go now.
Don't Ever Touch Me Again!
Aidan escorts Kendall home. She hesitates outside, unsure what to expect because Aidan told Zach about Ryan's visit to LA. She angrily reminds Aidan that it wasn't his story to tell; it was hers. He tries to get Kendall to admit she met with Ryan after leaving the hotel but she won't. Zach comes out on the porch and so does Greenlee. Kendall tells Zach that Aidan was a little too overzealous; Aidan says she was no picnic either. He kisses Greenlee and asks how she is doing. She insists she is great. Zach takes Kendall into the living room where she asks about Erica and the boys. They kiss. Greenlee and Aidan go into the living room where she tells Kendall about the Charm fragrance breakthrough. Zach asks about the stalker but Kendall isn't ready to talk about it yet. He and Greenlee ask about Ryan. Uncomfortable, Kendall says Aidan turned Ryan away; Zach doesn't believe her. Greenlee grabs a perfume sample as Zach pulls Aidan aside. He asks Aidan to be honest about what happened with Kendall in LA. Remembering his promise to Kendall, Aidan tells Zach to ask Kendall for the rest of the details. Zach says he needs an honest answer and Aidan tells him that Kendall and Ryan met at another bar while in LA! He says he watched Kendall and swears they only talked. Zach is upset, though, because Kendall keeps lying to him.
Near the kitchen, Greenlee tells Kendall about developing the scent with the other Fusion girls. Kendall likes the scent but isn't thrilled; she says the fragrance still needs work because it is just average. Greenlee angrily tells Kendall to back off and admit that other people have good ideas, too. Kendall thinks Greenlee is just upset because she's been spending time with Aidan; Greens retorts that she has no doubts about Aidan's fidelity. As they talk Kendall tells Greenlee about Ryan's memory. She says the memory Ryan had was of a fight he had with her, which was the beginning of his love for Greens. Greenlee wonders why he still can't remember her. She tells Kendall about the kiss. Both women realize that they still want Ryan to love them, even though they have already moved on with their lives. "We have to put up boundaries with Ryan," Kendall says. They pinkie swear on the pact. Greenlee goes over to Aidan and says she is ready to go; they leave. Zach asks again about Ryan and LA but Kendall won't tell him the truth. Zach is upset but leaves for the courthouse with Kendall.
