At Fusion, Ryan informs Greenlee that he won't do anything to hurt Spike and Kendall's family. Angry, she says she'll find a way to prove that he is lying and bring him down as well. Greenlee storms out. Annie asks Ryan if he is seriously considering putting Spike and Kendall first. "Even if it means tearing our family apart?" she asks. Ryan assures Annie that Greenlee won't take him to court, so she doesn't have to worry about a trial and possible jail time. Annie can't believe him, mostly because she believes Greenlee will go all the way and manage to get both Zach and Ryan behind bars. "I thought it was the two of us against all this craziness," she says, "but you're in it just as deep as everyone else!" Ryan tries to set Annie's mind at ease, telling her that the friendships they have in Pine Valley make things better. Annie, though, isn't so sure because she has never been in a place like her new home town. Ryan tells Annie that she, Emma and Spike come first in his life but Annie is still worried about Greenlee. She is also worried about the effect that Zach might have on Spike, considering his actions the night of the blackout. She understands why Greenlee is so upset and Annie even agrees that Zach should be held responsible, making Ryan mad. He tells Annie that Greenlee isn't upset about the almost-baby, she is upset that Zach took her control. This only makes Annie more mad. He tries again to make Annie understand the putting Zach in jail won't make things better. "What do you want from me?" Ryan asks, not understand what Annie wants him to do with the situation they are in. Annie shakes her head and leaves the office.
Greenlee arrives home and tells out a loud scream. Josh arrives, barging in and refusing to go even though she tells him to. Angry, she tells Josh to have Greg Madden brought back to life to testify against Zach! Greenlee pours wine for them and they talk, with her continuing to blame Zach. "You can still be a mother," Josh tells her, talking about other options. She doesn't want a baby, though, unless it is Ryan's! Josh tells her that she will make a great mom and offers to help Greenlee become a mom, with the help of the fertility clinic. When Greenlee begins to talk badly about Kendall and Zach, Josh backs up his sister. "She did all of this for you," he says, reminding Greenlee that Kendall didn't want the baby until after Greens took off. Josh offers to make her dinner but she declines. She thanks him for being there and he leaves.
At Fusion, Zach tells Greenlee that he won't leave his family or be taken from them. He goes on to ask what she needs from him to begin to feel whole again. "Criminals don't get to choose," she tells him. Kendall backs up Zach, who tells her to stay out of it. "You can't please someone who has never been satisfied in her entire life," Kendall says. Zach asks her to leave so he and Greenlee can talk alone. She leaves.
An argumentative Greenlee can't believe that Zach wants to buy her off, telling him that the only things she wants are more embryos and Ryan! He reminds Greenlee that Ryan returned to her and then she left him. Greens begins blaming him for the deaths of Simone and Erin. She blames him for every single thing that has happened to her. Zach doesn't get angry, he simply tells Greenlee that he wants to help her, in any way he can except going to prison. Greenlee isn't sure whether to believe what Zach says or not. "Nothing you could offer me could replace what you took," she says angrily. She admits that imprisoning Zach isn't the perfect solution but it's as perfect as it can get. She tells Zach that she wants a family, the family she should have had with Ryan. Kendall stands at the door, listening to them. Unable to stay away, she tells Zach that there is no way to give Greenlee peace because she doesn't want to make peace with the past. She reminds Greenlee how much she and Ryan fought to make things okay for Greens and tells her that she will fight even harder to protect Zach now! Zach steps up, asking again if prison is really the only thing that will make things better for her. "Spend all the money you want. Hire a hundred lawyers. You still don't have any proof," Kendall says, telling Greenlee that she is wasting her time. Greenlee realizes they have a point. Zach tells Greenlee that he will help her get anything that she wants, she only has to ask. "I do need something," she says and walks away. Kendall is stunned, thinking that Zach may have actually made Greenlee think about the past and move forward. "Whatever she decides, I still owe her," he says.
Greenlee runs into Ryan and Annie in the office. Before she can say antyhing, he tells her that he won't allow himself to be used to take Spike's family away from him. "I'll do what I have to do to keep them together. Even if I have to perjure myself," he says, stunning Annie.
Greenlee barges into Erica's New Beginnings office, despite the efforts of a flunkie trying to keep her out. Erica allows her inside, wondering what she wants. Greenlee offers her the expose of a lifetime - how Zach killed the hopes and dreams of hundreds of Pine Valley residents! Erica thanks Greenlee but turns the story down. Greenlee realizes that Erica knew all along! "It is extremely unhealthy to dwell in the past," Erica tells her, advising Greenlee to move on! She tells Greenlee that her show focuses on strong people, those who have overcome their problems and not the victims who only complain about their lives. She tells Greens to lose the chip on her shoulder and get out! Sean arrives a few moments later, surprising Erica who wonders where he has been. Sean keeps quiet about where he's been. He is obviously uncomfortable and apologizes to Erica for how he treated her when he learned about Jeff. He tells her about Ava's machinations against him and Colby. Sympathetic, Erica listens as Sean tells her how much the girl means to him. He asks how she managed to keep Jack interested even after she was with Jeff. Erica tells him not to give up, to tell Colby how much he cares about her. "Keep it up and whatever you do, don't give up," she says.
Kendall arrives at Fusion and tentatively talks to Annie, wondering how she is holding up. Before Annie can answer the rep from Zoe's music label calls and backs out! Kendall is stunned. "No Babe, no music?" Annie asks and Kendall nods. Greenlee arrives. Before she can head to the lounge, Kendall sidetracks her, saying that she is making a mistake! She tells Greenlee that she can't prove anything against Zach and will only waste Derek's time. "If Zach is such a power then you have nothing to worry about," Greens says, refusing to back down. Annie interrupts them with a problem and Greenlee disappears into the lounge. She apologizes to them for being late and announces her plans to sue Zach and put him behind bars! Greenlee spills the beans on how Zach cut the power and her chances at being a mom. Livia and Derek ask for proof that Zach was behind the blackout. She says he told her. Derek asks for video or audio tape and when she says there was nothing. Derek asks if Kendall or Ryan has proof and she says no. He says she is wasting their time and leaves! Greenlee can't believe it. Livia stays behind and tells Greenlee about the coma and how close Kendall and Spike came to dying. She says there may be enough for a civil suit against Zach!
Back in the office, Kendall is on the phone trying to replace the lost music deal. Seeing Derek leaving, she tries to stop him but is too late. She returns to work, telling Annie and Di that they need to think fast to fix the mess they are in without Babe or the music deal. The girls begin to brainstorm new ideas. Greenlee interrupts them with her own words - fertile and birth and baby. Annie, Di and Kendall tries to ignore her but she keeps interrupting their flow. Unable to concentrate, the girls disband their meeting. Di begins thinking about the distance between she and Aidan. Annie tells her that things will work out and manages to get her to focus again. Zach arrives, telling Kendall that everything will be fine. "I'm taking you down," Greenlee announces, sure that she has the upper hand finally. Zach calmly tells her that he has never denied anything to do with the blackout and asks what she would like to see happen!
At the Slater's new home, Greenlee tells Kendall that the only way she will feel whole is to see Zach pay for what he did. Kendall can't believe what she is hearing. She thought they were beginning to make a new start but Greens' words kill that hope. "Zach betrayed me, Ryan, you," Greenlee says, "he cost me everything and that is what he deserves to lose!" She tells Kendall that she can help her get over the past by giving up Zach and choosing Greenlee instead! Kendall opens the door to the house, telling Greenlee to get out of her home and her life! Greenlee doesn't leave, instead she asks Kendall to testify against Zach in court! Kendall tries to remind Greenlee of the person she was before but Greenlee doesn't care to look back. She blames everything on Zach - her personality changes, her despair, everything! Calling Zach vicious, Greenlee tells Kendall that he will betray her again.
In the outer room, Ryan tells Annie they will be able to leave soon and get back to their life. Zach comes over, telling Ryan that Greenlee should have been dealt with long ago; Ryan tells Zach that he needs to stop fueling her anger! Kendall's and Greenlee's voices carry into the room and they listen to the women argue. Greenlee returns with Kendall close behind, telling her that sending Zach to prison and destroying Ryan's wedding won't change her ability to have a child! Annie wonders what is going on and Zach admits that he caused the blackout. She can't believe that Zach was behind the entire thing. Kendall strikes back at Greenlee, telling her that she is filling her life up with hate. Emma wakes, curious about the fighting. The emergency crews arrive and Greenlee quickly leaves. Everyone else stays behind.
At her penthouse, Greenlee runs in to Josh who wonders just how much trouble she caused. "Infinity," Greenlee says. Josh follows her inside and lights some candles. Greens doesn't say anything and he turns to leave. "I am this nasty person who wants everyone to suffer," she says, and then says she doesn't want to be that person. Josh tells her she doesn't have to be. Greenlee, though, can't get past the fact that Annie is living the life that she wants to live. She compares herself to Alice in Wonderland, not liking that she is now the little girl lost. Josh tells her she is messed up, but she has to decide which Greenlee she wants to be: the lost girl or the confidant woman that she used to be. Greenlee asks him to leave. Greens picks up a toy doll and cries herself to sleep.
