Ryan, Richie, and Revenge!

Dinner with JR is over and Adam is leaving, but is interested when he sees Zach come in to the marina and sit with JR. Zach presses JR to get rid of Greenlee. Adam, who’s lurking in the shadows, overhears.

At the park, an excited Greenlee meets Kendall.

Richie Clears Ryan!

Slowly, Richie walks into the courtroom as everyone turns to watch him. Jonathan arrives a moment later, wondering what is going on. Jack arrives and so do the police. Richie says he just wants to tell his side of the story! Jonathan and Ryan both get loud with Richie, who sits calmly in the seating area. Richie surprises everyone by telling the cops to let Ryan and Aidan go! He says they didn't do anything wrong! Richie makes up a story about calling Ryan to meet him to talk in private. He tells them about the questioning and the cops ask about the noose. Richie says it doesn't matter because he put the noose around his neck and that the chair slipped from under him. Annie can't believe what she is hearing when Richie says he just wanted to know what their mother felt like when she killed herself. Everyone in the courtroom is stunned. The police don't completely buy the story either and ask Richie for a complete statement. He moves to the back of the courtroom to wait. Annie is still nervous and Ryan tries to reassure her. Greenlee distracts Annie and the girls go to the seating area. Jonathan and Zach both wonder what Richie really has in mind. Jack returns and tells Ryan and Aidan they are free to go. Annie tries to send Greenlee back to the guys but she won't leave Annie's side. Ryan asks Jonathan to focus on Annie and Emma for the time being. Jack usher everyone out the door, asking about Richie. Aidan tells Jack that Richie has no soul. Jack and Aidan leave the group and then Jonathan takes off. Greenlee follows the men out. Zach talks with Ryan for a moment but he isn't ready to leave; he tries to get Annie to leave but she won't go without Ryan. She tells Zach that they have to leave town - Ryan, Emma and Annie - for good! She goes on to tell Zach that she can't trust Richie to leave town or to leave her child alone.

Kendall gives Rachael the rest of the day off to be with her mother. Once she is alone with Spike, she tells him her plans for Greenlee, assuring the little one that she is only playing nice with Greens to set a trap. "It's called justice," she whispers! Kendall details her plans for Greenlee, explaining how she is planting journal entries about Spike onto Greenlee's computer. The kiddo watches while his mom goes to work, writing about her run-in with Greens in the Pine Valley Memorial ER. Kendall creates a long entry, telling Spike that she hates every letter she types but she can't think of any other way to get Greens out of their lives. Kendall begins to hear Greenlee's voice in her head, telling her that she doesn't feel the same way about Spike any more. Annoyed, Greenlee's "specter" tells Kendall that she is going to ruin everything. She tells Kendall that she doesn't want Spike any longer but Kendall insists it is the only thing to do. "My skin crawls, my stomach turns when I hear your voice," she says, breaking Greenlee's heart. Greenlee defends herself, telling Kendall that she isn't the same woman but Kendall doesn't believe her. Kendall goes back to writing the journal entries even though "Greenlee" tells her everything that could go wrong with her plan. Kendall is too far gone to care about the consequences and begins yelling at Greenlee. Zach walks in the house and overhears!

Aidan and Greenlee arrive at The Comeback. Greenlee can't get over the evil in Richie's eyes. She says that look is exactly like the way Ryan used to look at her. Aidan reminds her that Ryan has taken a few steps away from hatred. Greenlee changes the subject and asks Aidan about his new job - tracking Richie's past to find out about his mistakes. Greenlee tells Aidan that he should stay in Pine Valley and just get on with his life. Aidan surprises her and says he was going to ask her to come along to help. She likes that idea and decides they should both go get the dirt! Aidan tells Greens it won't be fun and games. Greenlee realizes she'll have to put her renewed friendship with Kendall on hold. Aidan tells her that the friendship will continue whether she is in Pine Valley or not. Aidan tells her they need to go to the camp where the young boy was killed.

A Tattoo, A Deal and A Deal-Breaker

Greenlee makes her way into the interrogation room where Ryan and Aidan are. Ryan asks about Annie, surprised that she isn't there, too. Greens tells Ryan that Annie went to the hospital but her father wouldn't let her inside. Ryan begs Greenlee to get Annie out of the hospital and back to the hospital. Aidan steps in and tells Ryan to pull off Greens' guards if he wants her help. Greenlee can't believe she was still being watched. Ryan promises to call off the surveillance and Greenlee goes after Annie. Zach arrives and offers to help. Ryan fills him in and then asks Zach for advice on how to get rid of Richie without getting caught! Zach tells them that they need to dig into Richie's past to find any mistakes he may have made.

Annie meets with Kendall at the hospital. She can't get into Richie's room because of a hospital guard. Kendall comes up with a plan to distract the guard so Annie can get inside! Annie tells Kendall not to do it but Kendall insists. Annie agrees but then waffles over the plan, afraid that Kendall might get in trouble. Kendall goes to the admissions area and a NICU nurse starts chatting with her. Kendall says she'll be up to see Ian soon; the nurse leaves and Kendall makes a beeline for the guard. She fakes weakness to get the guards attention. He comes over - and so does Greenlee! Kendall says it's just a blood sugar reaction and the guard returns to his post. Greenlee stays with Kendall, surprised to learn her "illness" was a fake to get Annie into the room. Kendall admits that it wasn't a complete fake because being back in the hospital gives her the willies. Greenlee sympathizes but Kendall doesn't want that kind of reaction from her. Worried about Annie and trying to get on with her mission from Ryan and Aidan, Greenlee starts to leave. Kendall stops her, telling her that she is ready to move their friendship forward! They hear yelling from inside Richie's room!

Annie makes it inside Richie's room. Annie tells Richie that she knows he kicked the chair out from under him to make Ryan look bad. He throws their mother's death in her face. Annie offers anything to Richie if he'll just leave her family alone - she offers to get him money, to tell everyone that she lied on the witness stand and even offers to take Ryan's place in jail. Richie is about ready to take her deal but then starts talking about the money, wondering how much she is willing to pay to get him to leave them all alone. He tells her about the people he had to deal with in prison and Annie doesn't waver. Richie turns things on her at the last minute and says the only thing she can do is get help for herself! Annie angrily grabs him, telling him to leave her alone. The guard hears and pulls her out of the room; Kendall and Greenlee comfort her and then Greens leads Annie away.

Annie returns to the jail with Greenlee and tells Ryan about her meeting with Richie, worried because her brother wouldn't agree to her deal. Ryan tells her not to worry. He thanks Greenlee. The detectives arrive to take Ryan and Aidan to court. Zach, Annie and Greenlee leave. They all arrive at the courtroom just as Richie walks in the building!

Who Will Babe Believe?

Greenlee arrives at the police station and Annie fills her in on the arrest. "Richie has made himself the victim - again," she says. Jack arrives and the detective shows them the pictures of Richie's neck. Annie angrily tells them that they are wrong about Richie. Jack and the detective leave. Greenlee tells Annie to keep the faith because Jack will fix things. Annie thanks her for sticking around but is still worried about Richie. She believes that her brother wanted Ryan to go after him to make his return more of a challenge. Annie gets quiet, realizing that she used to think about Greenlee the way she now thinks of Richie. She apologizes to the other woman and tells her there is one huge difference - Greenlee has a heart and Richie never has. Annie tells Greens about Richie pushing Walter out the window and the child who was killed while Richie was at camp.
