Is The End Near?

Meanwhile in the psych ward Janet tells Richie about Amanda's windfall. Realizing that she may be able to help him, he butters her up and plays knight to her queen. Annie arrives and sees them together. Janet leaves as Annie approaches and asks if Richie needs anything. When she doesn't become spooked by his remarks, Richie thinks of new ways to creep her out. He brings up their parents but that doesn't work either. Annie tells Richie that their mother committed suicide because she couldn't take the reality that her son was psychotic. This upsets Richie. They exchange barbs for a while and Annie asks Richie what kind of funeral he would prefer! Annie leaves and tells him she won't be back. Janet, who has been watching their exchange, returns to Richie and asks if he is okay. He puts on a show about needing to help his sister and then asks Janet if she can help him escape. "Oh, you can do that any time you want," Janet says.

Confessions 'R Us!

In the psych ward, Janet offers some Jello to Richie but he doesn't want anything to do with Janet or the psych ward and tells her so! Janet tells Richie that he better listen to her advice or he'll wind up in the psych ward for a long, long time. Richie tells her he knows how to manipulate the system but Janet is positive that he doesn't. They chat for a bit, both showing their more dangerous sides. Finally, Janet tells Richie that she will help him escape!

Being Committed...

Agreeing to help Ryan, Jo manages to convince Richie that he needs another psychiatric evaluation to make sure things are fine. Richie agrees. Joe instructs the orderlies to take Richie to the psych ward - where Janet is waiting!

Richie Seals Zach's Fate!

At the mental hospital, Amanda asks Janet about the food and reminds her that it is Thanksgiving. Janet is surprised; her new drug regimen makes her forget about dates and holidays. "I'm a little forgetful but I am sane," she says. Janet asks Amanda how life is in Pine Valley. Amanda admits she is lonely. Janet becomes distracted by the shape of her plastic spoon (it has tines). They continue talking. Janet asks about Jamie and learns he is in Africa and then Amanda tells her about her relationship with JR. Janet tells Amanda that she just needs to stop going after boys with "J" names and then surprises Amanda by telling her that JR should never have slept with Babe again. She begins to go on and on about setting Babe and JR straight! Amanda goes to get a doctor but before she can leave, Janet's spell ends and she welcomes Amanda, thanking her for visiting. Amanda is thrown by the sudden memory loss.

It's Thanksgiving!

Amanda arrives at the mental hospital to see Janet for the holiday.

Friends or Enemies?

Krystal and Tad hold Jenny at the doll warehouse as Janet asks if "Moira" is okay. Derek arrives with the police; he and Aidan look at Amanda's head wound. Janet tries to explain to Amanda and the others why she took Jenny and apologizes for her actions. Babe takes Jamie aside, thanking him for saving Jenny's life. She offers to go to the ER with the emergency workers, Krystal and Jenny. Left with only the Martins, Janet apologizes again. Angry, Tad steps toward her but Derek and Aidan step in, telling him to go to the hospital. With a lot of effort, Tad thanks Janet for keeping Jenny with her and for getting them to the warehouse in time. "You are a good man, Tad," Janet says, telling him that he will be a great father. Tad and Aidan leave but Jamie stays behind with Amanda and Janet. When Derek cuffs Janet and tries to take her away, Janet protests, trying to make Amanda understand why she acted the way she did. Telling Janet she loves her, Amanda steps away from her mother as the officers lead her away.

A Day Filled With Surprises!

In her condo, Krystal and Tad wonder what is going on with Janet but reluctantly begin to answer her questions. "We'll answer anything you want to know, just tell us our baby is okay," Tad says. Janet begins singing a lullaby, happy that she remembers the words this time! Calling Krystal uncooperative, demanding and pushy, Janet asks Tad how he felt about the news that Krystal's baby is his. Tad tells her that he was excited about the chance to be a dad again. Janet turns her attention to Krystal, asking what her plan was for motherhood - did she want the baby or did she want Adam's money? Tad takes Krystal's hand, telling Janet that though they have made mistakes, the baby is their priority at this point. "So when's the wedding?" she asks and is surprised to hear there are none. Jamie calls and Janet allows him to take the call. Jamie fills him in on Adam's condition. Tad hints that he's found Janet but not the baby and Jamie tells him that he will keep searching the area where the call originated. Tad tells Jamie he loves him and hangs up. Hearing how he interacted with Jamie surprises and encourages her about his ability to be a parent. He begins talking about the old times with Trevor and Dixie, telling Janet that he knows how good a mother she was and asking her to give him the chance to be a good father. Janet is nearly swayed until she focuses her attention on Krystal again. "You don't fool me," she says, telling them that they won't be suitable parents for Jenny!

Will They Find Jenny In Time?

Outside Krystal's condo, Amanda is hit over the head with a tennis racket and knocked unconscious. It's Janet! She takes an unconscious Amanda to the doll warehouse and locks her inside! Janet gathers a few things and quickly leaves. Moments later, Amanda wakes and sees Jenny! She finds a note from Janet with instructions to care for Jenny. Amanda tosses it aside. She reaches for her cellphone but it's gone! Amanda picks up Jenny's carrier and tries to leave but finds the door is barred! She tries to get Jenny to eat but the little girl has a fever and won't eat. Amanda keeps trying to feed the baby but she won't eat. Without any medical supplies, Amanda tries to cool her as Jenny begins to cry. She can't cool the baby or get her to eat and the longer they are locked in the warehouse the more worried Amanda becomes. "Come on, Mom. Jenny doesn't have much time!"

Janet watches from outside the condo until she is certain Krystal is alone. She finally knocks on the door, ready to confront Krystal about Jenny! "Where's my baby," Krystal demands, grabbing Janet and shaking her! With a crazy look in her eyes, Janet says she has taken care of the baby. Calling the baby Moira, Janet says that the baby is with a caretaker. When Krystal becomes even more angry, Janet makes a move to leave. With effort Krystal calms down and offers her tea. Janet begins talking about social graces and then begins to question her about Babe. Janet relates her own experiences as a second-born child, wondering if Jenny will be loved as much as Babe is loved. "I was the daughter that grew up rejected and I won't let that happen to Moira," she says as Tad arrives at the condo! Janet tells them both that she won't give back "Moira" until she is sure they will be good enough parents! She pulls out papers and begins to question them.

Adam Gets Cuffed!

In the doll warehouse, Janet sees a figure that looks like Amanda, but it disappears. Pretending that she didn't see anything, Janet turns back to Jenny and tells her that they are leaving town soon. But not before getting even with Adam! She picks up the baby and begins singing a lullaby. When she can't remember the words, Amanda's image comes to her again and asks for help! "Please don't leave me, Mom," she says. Janet wonders if she can have both girls. The image tells Janet to give up Jenny or lose Amanda forever! Suddenly, Janet sits down. "I have to make this end," she says. Holding the baby, Janet remembers giving Amanda up as an infant and wonders if she can give up Jenny now. "My precious Amanda," she finally says to the baby, "I can't lose you again."
