You Killed My Wife!

Bianca returns to Zach's with the baby as trick-or-treaters arrive. She grabs some apples and opens the door to a pink poodle – it's Miranda! She hugs her and then Reese arrives! They go inside and Bianca introduces Reese to the baby. Zach arrives and Reese thanks him for making them a family.

Will You Save My Daughter?

At the hospital, Zach learns that Kendall needs another operation but that her body is probably not strong enough. He sits with her, wondering what to do. Bianca comes in and he says he doesn't know what to do. Binks wishes she could do more; Zach says just being there is enough. He isn't sure his being there is helping, though, because of their recent fights. "I could have handled things better," he says. Bianca says Kendall knows how much Zach loves her. Bianca sits with Kendall and remembers her last conversation with her sister. Kendall told her about Zach's request for more kids and her fears that her marriage was in trouble. Binks whispers in Kendall's ear that they are going to make it. Joe takes Bianca and Zach into a waiting room. David walks in and says he'll do the surgery. Erica says she asked David to come but Joe objects to him working in the hospital. David asks what Zach wants. Zach leads Erica and Bianca into the hall. Both women say David is the best surgeon he could hope for. They return and give David the green light. Zach can't believe what he just said. Bianca goes to David and pays her respects. David walks out and Zach stops him. He warns David to be careful; David brings up Maria and Dixie and says Zach shouldn't be distracting him like this. He says Zach owes him and walks away. Bianca catches up with Zach and lets him hold the baby. She reassures him about Kendall. Bianca brings up baby names and Zach suggests Gabrielle; Bianca likes the name. "She's God's special messenger," Bianca says.

Angie Meets Rebecca!

Angie dismisses Bianca from the hospital, telling her that she and the baby are doing well. Looking through the window at Zach, Greenlee and Kendall, Bianca says she wishes everyone were doing well. Near the exit, Bianca runs into Jack and introduces him to the baby; he is thrilled for her. The conversation quickly goes to Kendall; Bianca says she doesn't have any news. Jack offers to help in any way she needs.

Zach sees Jack and Bianca; he tells Jack that Greenlee is with Kendall. Jack leaves. Bianca mentions that she doesn't know where to go but says Reese is on the way to Pine Valley. Zach asks her to move into their house until Kendall comes home and leads her away.

Zach and Binks get to the house. Bianca says Reese will be here soon with Miranda. The baby is a little fussy; Zach asks if he can hold her and Bianca gives him the baby. Greenlee calls and says Kendall's heart has stopped!

Vigil With Kendall.

When David and Krystal bring Babe out of the basement, they see J.R., Tad, Bianca and Adam. They stand behind David and Krystal while David places Babe gently on a bed and covers her body with a sheet. He kisses her sweetly and cries. Krystal walks over and covers Babe’s face with the sheet and cries. David sobs, “No!” David accuses J.R. of killing babe. He says she is dead because of him. Adam says, “Back off!” David lunges at J.R. Adam and Tad try to break it up. They are held apart and shout at each other. David says, “Babe’s blood is on your hands. All of you will pay!”

Bianca tells Erica that she regrets all the time she wasted with Kendall. Erica is in shock over learning about Bianca’s baby. Bianca talks about her life with Reese and how it is filled with joy. She wanted to have this baby in Pine Valley with friends and family around. Erica thinks that the baby looks like Bianca. She asks Bianca who the father is. Bianca doesn’t want to tell Erica but she eventually does. Zach is the father. She explains that Zach agreed to help them out by being a sperm donor. Erica asks if Kendall knows. Bianca tells her no. Erica is really surprised about this secret. Bianca explains that she decided to wait until closer to her delivery date to tell everyone but then the baby came early. She says Zach is wonderful. She hopes that someday Kendall will understand.

Zach and Bianca are at Kendall’s bedside when Bianca tells him to go home. He says he’s not going anywhere. Bianca promises to stay with her all night. Zach says he is going to be there every day until she wakes up.

Babe Dies!

At Pine Valley Hospital, Jake explains to Zach and Bianca that Kendall has had a seizure. Zach guesses that Kendall is in a coma. It’s true. Greenlee asks what the prognosis is?
Zach is very upset and bolts out to go to the operating room to see Kendall.

While Greenlee and Bianca are in her room, she tells Greenlee that she blames herself for Kendall’s injuries because Kendall was trying to save her life. They talk about the last year and Bianca says she knows everything that happened when Greenlee and Zach were trapped underground. Greenlee tells Bianca that she and Kendall are closer than ever. Zach shows up and asks how Bianca and the baby are doing. Joe Martin comes in to say that Erica is alright. Zach tells Joe to take Jake off the case or he will make a bigger storm for Pine Valley than they’ve ever seen! He says that Jake wanted to play God. Zach talks to the boys and says everything is going to be alright. He takes them to meet their new baby cousin. He suggests the four of them choose a cool name for the baby. A nurse arrives to tell Zach that Kendall has been moved to ICU. He leaves with the boys. Greenlee offers to watch the baby if Bianca wants to go too. Aidan walks in and Greenlee explains who the baby is. He asks where Ryan is. She says with Annie. Greens says she is worried about Kendall.
