When Bianca asks him about himself, Zarf promises to "share everything" with Bianca when the time comes. Zarf says they're the same; Bianca counters that they couldn't be more different. They go off together and Zarf offers his particular words of wisdom regarding Bianca and Maggie.
Zarf wants Bianca to kiss him again. Her claim that she's a lesbian doesn't dissuade him. This kiss is their "destiny." They kiss, but she feels…nothing. But then she admits to feeling "moved."
Ryan calls Bianca and rushes to see her and once establishing she's ok, asks her about Zarf's whereabouts. Soon, she learns the news about Erin.
Someone is killing the women of Fusion
Zarf tracks down Bianca, and presents her with a kaleidoscope, telling her she will be "stirred by a sense of possibility." He wants to know "everything" about her, and announces that he has fallen "madly in love with her." She says she's more intrigued with him every time they meet. Her main question: What is Zach hiding?
Asking for forgiveness
Zach comes to the Fusion office, and announces that the coroner's report says that Simone died of a drug overdose, taking a "party drug." Nobody can believe it, and Kendall is sure that someone killed her.
Zarf breezes in and suddenly says "I'm sorry." Zach wants to know if Zarf is the one who gave Simone the drug that killed her. Bianca intercedes and tells them not to misunderstand. Zarf doesn't mean his apology to imply that he's sorry for Simone's death.
Zarf says that Simone might still be alive if Simone had accepted his proposition. Zach and Ryan again ask if Zarf gave Simone the drug. "What has Miss Kendall been lying about," replies Zarf. An angry Kendall demands that Zarf leave now!
Zach calls some of his contacts and asks them to check out Zarf.
A grief-stricken Erin asks Jonathan to help her find the person who sold/gave Simone the drugs that killed her.
Why did Simone die?
The Fusion gals and Bianca are in the office, discussing Simone's death—they can't believe she'd kill herself. They all drink Bloody Mary's [Simone's favorite drink] in her honor, laugh and reminisce about her. Zarf enters, and sensing the darkness of their auras, asks "who died?"
Zarf waxes philosophical and says that Simone has fulfilled her destiny—and that there is no reason to mourn. He and Bianca go to the roof to chat and she chides him for lack of compassion, and asks if he's ever grieved for someone. "For myself," he responds.
"Do you think I've always been Zarf the rock star? There's been many changes along the way. Everyone changes, everyone dies."
Bianca comes back into the office and Kendall asks her if she's gotten rid of Zarf. She says she didn't, and that he's a unique person.
Aftershock
Kendall and Bianca watch their children sleep while they lament Simone's sudden death. Zach tells Rachael that Simone died tonight and asks her to take care of the children while they deal with this news. "It's so wrong, someone you love so much, just gone" Kendall muses.
Kendall worries aloud that she might find a note from Simone at the office. She and Bianca continue to remember Simone's special personality and discuss how unfair they feel it is for someone so young to die. They wonder if things might have turned out differently if Simone had come down to celebrate with them. Zach, listening, sees another vision of the long-haired woman in white; "why did Simone have that white ribbon in her hand?" he asks suddenly.
Bianca remembers that they had white ribbons tied around the glasses at the bar. Kendall says that white ribbons were also part of their gift-wrapping at Fusion - perhaps she was brainstorming, she says. Zach tells them he must leave to try and get some answers.
Simone was not depressed, Kendall insists. But Bianca points out that it is less than a year since her fiancés death and she was dressed as a bride. If she were suicidal I would've known Kendall cries.
Kendall breaks down on Bianca as she fears she may have missed the signs of Simone needing her and let her down. She may be responsible for her death, and she has to know for sure. Bianca suggests they go look through Simone's things. They leave the house.
Jon, Ryan and Annie toast Simone at the bar, while Josh enters and sits by himself fondling a white ribbon on a glass. Meanwhile, Danielle enters Fusion and Erin follows her in - they embrace. As JR lies in his bed thinking of Babe, she too is arriving at the office and is quickly drawn into the arms of Dani and Erin. The elevator doors open and Kendall and Bianca stand looking at the other three. Soon they are all holding each other and crying. Back at the morgue, Zach settles in on a chair outside the door where Simone's body is laying.
