Krystal talks to Babe about the "bullet she dodged."
JR tells Adam he's not willing to assist him in going after Josh—who shows up at their front door, demanding to see Babe. Krystal and Babe come out from the parlor, and she tells him that he should be thanking JR. "My wife has zero interest in you," says JR. Josh thanks Babe and leaves.
JR continues to defend Babe to Adam, who thinks he's missing the Chandler "killer instinct." JR insists Babe is "100% committed to him."
Chief Frye comes to see Adam. He's upset with Colby; Adam tells him that Colby is suffering from PTSD. Frye says he's through with the Chandlers—they're now "on their own."
Babe goes to see Josh to explain—but they end up in each other's arms. The she pulls away and begs him to let this go, and says she loves JR. They kiss again. then Babe says no more, and leaves.
Babe comes home and tells JR she loves him, and is happier than she's been in a long, long time
At the Fusion office, Bianca reminds Kendall it was she who filed the divorce papers—and that Zach has given Kendall a chance for reconciliation. Erica comes in, pleased to see her family together, and is saddened when Kendall tells her about the end of her marriage.
"If Zach wanted me, he would have said so," says Kendall, and Erica agrees. Bianca thinks both of them are crazy—that's not Zach's style! Josh derides Zach as a killer.
Erica changes the subject to her upcoming fabulous New Beginnings sweeps launch party. Josh says he'll come—and bring Babe as his date. Erica's skeptical.
An angry Kendall stomps off to the roof, and says "Get out of my head and my heart, Zach. I'll forget about you the same way you forgot about me. I don't love you!"
At the Fusion office, Josh announces that the charges have been dropped—but worries that Babe is paying the cost.
Bianca tells Josh that she can't ruin the JR-Babe marriage. She suggests that Josh give the relationship time, and allow Babe to choose.
Josh shows up at the Chandler manse front door and is confronted by Colby, who immediately begins berating him. She admits that she made up the story about them, but she knows that Josh and Babe made love. If he admits that to JR, she'll admit she lied about them.
When Josh refuses to do that, Colby starts to yell as if she's being attacked. Babe runs out the front door, and Adam, who just arrived home, grabs Josh. She's confronted by all the Chandlers, and Josh denies touching her.
"I'm ending this…now," announces Babe. "You need to leave Josh. Go now." He leaves, and Babe says that Josh did not touch Colby, and she can prove it. "How?" asks JR.
On the roof, Bianca says she can tell Kendall really cares about Josh by witnessing her argument with Josh. Kendall asks Bianca to let Josh know what bad news Babe is.
Bianca's shocked to hear that Josh is involved with Babe, but tells Kendall that she should stay out of it. She agrees, and leaves.
Kendall overhears Babe promise Josh "not to tell." Josh proclaims his love for Babe, but she doesn't have an answer, since she loves both of them. She says she can't let him go to prison—but he won't let her defend him to Adam. Just then—Kendall confronts them. She urges Babe to leave her brother alone—even though Josh tells her to stay out of it. Babe slaps her across the face. She also admits she'd love to stick it to JR…who walks in at that moment. It gets even uglier, and JR lashes out at Kendall and Josh. Babe urges him to stop and they rush out.
Kendall refuses to back off, and Josh refuses to listen to anything she says. She's more interested in getting back at JR than truly helping him.
In the empty club, Babe accuses JR of being willing to take Josh down for something he didn't do. He angrily asks about doing it for something Josh did do.
In adjoining interrogation rooms at the police station, Josh tells Derek that Colby is lying, but she continues to insist he had sex with her.
Erica tells Adam that Colby is "Liza: The Sequel" and that if Josh was foolish enough to go to bed with a Chandler, it certainly wouldn't be Colby. JR accuses Josh of being obsessed with Babe; Erica calls Babe a "tramp."
Josh comes out of the interrogation room and tells Erica not to defend him; Colby comes out of the other, crying and accusing Josh. Erica says Colby is "delusional or psychotic", while Josh and JR stare at each other, fire in their eyes.
Erica tells Jeff that Babe is "toxic"; Jeff tells her to not interfere.
At conFusion, Amanda urges Josh not to "play" Babe. He admits that he loves Babe and will do "anything" to get her away from JR. And he hates JR as much as he loves Babe.
Erin observes Di and Aidan canoodling in the corner, approaches Aidan and asks to talk to him while Di's getting drinks. She says she fumbled and bungled their breakup and asks for his forgiveness.
She tells Di that they've worked things out.
Aidan grabs a guy at the bar who's trying to slip a roofie in his date's drink. They call the police, who come to the club—and arrest Josh for statutory rape.
