Josh knocks on the Chandler's door—Adam is not happy to see him. Josh says that JR is "capable of killing" and that Babe shouldn't stay with JR, and asks Adam to swear that Babe is safe under Adam's roof. Adam blames Josh for what's happened and throws him out.
Later Kendall arrives to see Krystal, and to see if David has really left Pine Valley. He's really gone, says Krystal. Try to forget any of the lies he's spread.
Erica challenges Jack as everyone in the dining room looks on—and says that it appears that divorce is what he wants, and flounces out of the room. Bianca and Kendall are unsure about what to do, but Josh goes up to see Erica in her room. He says he just wanted to see if she was ok. She ends up telling him that she wishes she could do something to ease his pain, but he insists he's "fine."
Jeff tells Jack he's "an idiot" and that Erica planned to return home. If their marriage ends, it'll be Jack's fault. He tells Jack that "the battle for Erica is just beginning. I just want to make sure it's a fair one."
Jeff goes up to see Erica, who insists that her marriage is over. She claims that Jack doesn't understand her—and expects her to act like a conventional housewife. Jack is 100% responsible for the end of their marriage!
"Erica, you don't really want a divorce, do you?" asks Jeff. Why else would she be so worked up? He admits that he wants her…but that the rest is up to her.
Myrtle asks Zach if it's possible if Erica is headed for Divorce #10—and the maitre d' tells him that this is the last Kane Thanksgiving at the Valley Inn!
Kendall, Bianca, and Josh are discussing their mother—and Kendall and Bianca agree that Jack and Erica are soulmates. Also, they insist that Josh's defense of Erica at dinner demonstrates that he's now "one of them."
Brooke thanks Jack for being a good friend, and tells him that the only way he can lose Erica to Jeff is if he wants to.
At the Kane Thanksgiving, Erica asks Jack if it's ok she invited Jeff and Josh, since his invitation of Brooke means "anybody" can come.
There's a disagreement at dinner about who should say grace—when Erica suggests Jeff do it rather than the host, Jack. Myrtle interrupts and says the grace. Erica continues to spread harmony by asking for Jeff to carve the turkey.
Annie tells Kendall that the DNA results prove she is Emma's mother, and that she owes it all to Ryan and Jeff. Later, Kendall suggests to Ryan that he not let Annie and Emma remain in the penthouse. Ryan wants to know why she cares about it.
She tells him it's Spike—and Ryan says that Spike is his life, and no one can take his place.
Jeff tells Erica that it's clear she invited him to get back at Jack, and the more she does that, the closer he gets to her. When Erica asks who Annie "is", she gets back as good as she gives, when Annie asks her "how many of your husbands are invited?"
The conversation gets nastier when Jack questions Josh about his "attempts to destroy Babe's marriage" and Jeff makes comments about Erica's unhappy marriage.
Sean leaves in a huff, and Erica stomps off to the powder room, followed by Bianca, who confronts her with a question: Why is she so unwilling to come home? Erica agrees to stay for dinner. As she walks into the dining room, she hears Lily say "you're right Dad…you and Erica don't belong together."
"Maybe you're right, Jack," says Erica. "Maybe we should get divorced!"
At the hospital, Dixie finds Babe weeping on the floor. Is there any way for her make it right again, asks Babe? She's scared that she might lose JR—but this mistake might be her last one. Dixie reminds her that the hurt is very fresh for JR…but to remember that he forgave her.
Josh enters JR's hospital room, and taunts him about "always reaching for the bottle and proving his point to Babe."
JR tells him to "take the bi*** and go! Stay away from my son." Josh yells at him to never disrespect Babe, when Tad walks in. Josh walks out and is speaking to Babe, when Adam walks by, and sarcastically asks if this means her relationship with Josh isn't really over? Adam goes into a rampage, and Josh gives him the same warning he gave JR, to respect Babe. Adam suggests they both get out—or he'll get them thrown out.
"What are you doing to me?" asks Babe. She asks Josh to leave her alone—but he tells her he can't. "I love JR—leave me alone and leave my family alone." Josh leaves and Erica overhears the interaction. She tells Babe that she and JR deserve each other and it's best is she leaves JR alone. She rubs into Josh and Jeff and invites them to join her for dinner at the Valley Inn.
In JR's room, Dixie urges JR to forgive Babe, but he won't listen. She asks Tad to talk to him about forgiveness. Aren't they the example that it is always possible? He reminds her that their road to forgiveness has been a long and rough road.
Maybe it's too soon to talk about this, says Tad, but Dixie reminds him that it's Thanksgiving—a day that reminds us that it's always possible to forgive even the worst mistake.
She's right, says Tad. And that JR wouldn't be so upset if he still didn't love Babe. Tad speaks eloquently of how life is short and it's important to have faith that love will come back. JR refuses to believe that, and insists his marriage is over. Adam enters and wants to know just what's going on! He has Little A with him, and wants Tad out of JR's room.
JR says it's Thanksgiving and asks for a truce between the Martins and Chandlers.
David swears to a disbelieving Kendall that Ryan is Emma's father, and he has the DNA tests to prove it. He claims that Spike will always be second in Ryan priorities after Emma, and is leaving when Zach walks up, and says"Stay away from my wife."David tells them not to worry; he's leaving.
David records another farewell video. He tells Tad not to try and find him.
Back at the Valley Inn, Ryan arrives with Annie and Emma, followed by Erica walking arm-in-arm with Jeff and Josh. A few moments later, Kendall, Zach and Spike arrive to see Ryan jubilantly holding Emma in his arms.
Adam comes to visit JR in the hospital, and is touched to see Colby's devotion to him. He's going to have their Thanksgiving dinner catered right there in the hospital. Babe shows up to see if JR wants to see him. He sends everyone out of the room, and Babe apologizes for all she's done—and says that she's still willing to fight for him and their marriage. He asks for a glass of water, takes a sip—and flings the rest into Babe's face.
He then flings something to the floor and bursts into tears—asking her if being "all wet" reminds her of being with Josh in the pool. He calls her a series of profane names, and warns her to stay away from their son.
In the hallway she tells Adam that she loves JR. If that's true, he replies—stay away from him! He leaves her, and she collapses to the floor, crying. In his bed, JR hold a picture of them with Little A—and rips off Babe. At that moment, Josh walks in.
Jeff tells Josh that his emergency surgery on JR—and how proud he is of his son. Josh tells him that he's no hero; Jeff reminds him that he never has to be defensive with him. Josh agrees to have Thanksgiving dinner with the Martins. He assures Jeff that he will never give up on Babe—even if it takes 10 years.
Josh goes to see Babe. She tells him he shouldn't be there—then embraces him. He says that he loves her, and nothing anyone says—even her—can change that. No, she says—she will make her marriage work.
You can't save your marriage, says Josh. He will not forgive you for sleeping with me. She insists she can.
Adam calls Babe in, and says he's willing to make things work with her, for JR's sake. But how can Babe fight the fact that JR will see someone who cheated on him every time he sees her. How can she repair her marriage? Even though he loves Krystal more than any woman he's ever know, if he discovered she cheated on him, she'd be dead to him.
If anyone is going to pull this off, it'll be Krystal's daughter, says Adam, and leaves. Babe goes back out to Josh. She notes that Adam got it "loud and clear." Can he? He said he heard every word, and doesn't believe a single one of them. He gives her a gift of pancakes, kisses her cheek, and leaves.
Josh is all smiles at the Fusion office. He tells Bianca and Kendall that he's over Babe, and that he can't "save" anyone who doesn't want to be saved. Bianca doesn't believe of word of what he's saying—and points out that he's just like their mother. Bianca tells him that his relationship with Babe isn't over unless he accepts it's over.
Kendall is doing what she can to get Babe out of Fusion, or at least reduce her influence.
Josh is shooting baskets, and Amanda comes over to blame him for JR's accident—until he clues her in on the truth about JR's leap out the window. Then she's mad at him for leaving Babe alone. He admits that he thought about letting him die but that JR has "nine lives" and that Babe will be spending all her time at his bedside.
Jamie leaves the hospital and goes to tell Josh to get off his high horse and leave Babe alone. Face it, he tells him, Babe loves JR!
