Annie freaks out when Ryan breaks the nanny-cam. She says they may need that tape and then blames him for them not saying more on tape. Ryan thinks she is trying to frame the kids! Annie keeps up her story that she wants Richie's killer brought to justice. Ryan doesn't believe her and tells her so! She begs him to believe in her and then fakes a near-fainting spell. She starts talking about the baby, says she won't keep any more secrets and practically begs him to love her. Ryan asks why she is so set on framing the kids. She tells him about Richie's manipulations and how he got her to pay his bail. She says between Richie's manipulations, Jesse's questions and Kendall's doubts she felt like she had to do it to clear herself! Ryan hugs her. She brings up the baby and asks if he is happy. He says he loves all his kids and he loves this one, too. He stays with her on the couch until Annie falls asleep and then Ryan goes to the terrace and stares outside. "Greenlee," he whispers.
Lies, Lies and More Lies!
Ryan asks Annie what she is doing with the camera. She says it is a nanny-cam she bought when he moved out. He is still suspicious and says he wants the truth! She says she was just testing the camera but Ryan doesn't believe her. Annie breaks down and says the kids killed Richie! Ryan asks how she knows this. She tells him about overhearing Colby and the other kids talking about the hit and run. He wonders why she just didn't call the police. Annie can't explain that. She brings up Kendall and says she was just trying to clear Zach so that Kendall will forgive her. Ryan says she should have come to him; she says she hasn't been able to depend on him for months. He swears he isn't going anywhere; she asks if he loves her and Ryan can't answer. She sticks with her story - that she was trying to help Zach but now she can't consider turning in Cassandra or Colby. She flashes back to Richie's murder for a moment. He grabs the nanny-cam again and asks what she wants to do. They watch the tape; Ryan says it doesn't prove anything at all. Annie says she just wants to move on with her life. She wants to go to the police but Ryan says she can't. He destroys the nanny-cam!
Annie Sets Her Plan In Motion!
Colby calls Annie just as she is hiding the nanny-cam and says she and Cassandra will be there soon.
A few minutes later, Colby and Cassandra arrive at the penthouse. Cassandra notices a strange man who seems familiar. Colby says she is overreacting and they go inside; neither notices the hidden camera. She sits down with the girls and tells them about her pregnancy and how upset she is that Richie is dead. The more Annie talks the more upset the girls get. Annie leaves. The girls immediately start talking about Richie, unable to help themselves. Colby tries to distract Cassandra but she can't stop thinking about Annie. She feels sympathy for Annie's plight! Colby brings up Dre but the topic change doesn't work. Cass finds a picture of Richie and Annie as kids; Colby tries picking out movies but Cass keeps talking about the hit-and-run. Ryan arrives and the girls leave.
Annie finds a letter from Dr. Cooper's office in the mail. She rips it up, goes upstairs and immediately checks the nanny-cam. Ryan catches her!
I'm Going To Win!
Annie walks along the boardwalk, going over what she overheard from the kids. She receives a phone call and learns a product is ready for her to pick up.
At Fusion, Babe is worried about leaving little A and also about being back at the place where Richie kidnapped her. Kendall tells her to go home but Babe won't do that. They talk about the case and Babe brings up Zach. A while later Annie arrives at work with a package she won't show to Babe. Babe congratulates her on the pregnancy; Annie is thrilled. She asks if Colby might be interested in a babysitting job. Babe isn't sure and says Colby is going through some stuff but she gives Annie Colby's number anyhow. Kendall returns but won't work with Annie. She shuts her out and makes a few catty comments about Annie; she pretends not to notice and goes to the lounge. Babe asks what is going on. Kendall says Annie is a nut-job and tells her about Annie's attack on Greenlee. She says they need to get rid of Annie before things get even worse. Babe defends Annie. Kendall admits that part of her anger is because Annie rolled over on Zach. Babe keeps defending Annie but Kendall swears that Annie is losing it. Babe agrees that things do sound strange but says Annie has every right to feel unsettled. Kendall mentions Greenlee and Ryan again, making Babe wonder what else is going on. Kendall says Ryan's miracle is just too convenient. Annie returns, drops off her files and leaves to pick up Emma. She tells Kendall she'll be on time.
At the penthouse, Annie calls Colby about the babysitting job. She says Colby can bring her friends. Colby agrees to check with her friends and call back. Annie takes a nanny-cam from her bag!
Killing Was The Only Way!
At the penthouse, Ryan is brooding about Greenlee while Annie chatters on about baby names. She sees how distracted he is and asks what is going on. Ryan says he is going to see Dr. Cooper; Annie tries to change his mind but Ryan is insistent. Annie keeps pushing him to stay with her and simply accept their child. He says he needs answers and she says she'll go with him!
Ryan and Annie arrive at the doctor's office. A nurse is the only one there and she says the doctor never completed his operation and many others. She says they will get a settlement. Annie says that is all they needed to know and pulls Ryan out of the office.
