He Loves Her Not.

Ryan is at Fusion, telling Kendall about his recent memory of making love to Annie. He tries to skirt the subject and his uneasy feelings, but she makes him talk. "Ryan, that's great! That's amazing!" Kendall exclaims when she hears what he's remembered, but Ryan's not sharing in the joy. He may remember Annie. He may remember making love to her. But he doesn't remember being in love with her. Meanwhile, Annie is over the moon, talking to Emma about how wonderful her life with Ryan will be, but she's interrupted when a man named Michael Harris shows up at the door. He has news that there's a class action lawsuit being filed against the clinic where Ryan's vasectomy was performed. He tells her that Ryan's surgery was never, in fact, actually performed. Annie's thrilled and rushes to Fusion to break the good news to Ryan, but when she gets off the elevator, she overhears Ryan and Kendall talking about his feelings for Annie and questioning whether or not they were ever real.

Everybody Has A Secret...

Ryan pulls away from Annie at the stables. She wonders what is going on. "I remember you," he says! He describes the night they made love in the stables but Annie is afraid to believe him. He has another memory flash, this time of her falling off the saddle and into the water trough. Annie realizes he is really recovering some memories of her. Ryan asks what finally convinced her that their love was perfect. She says it took some time but she finally just gave in. He wants to remember more but the flashes stop. He kisses her and they make love. After, Ryan thinks about their relationship.

You Didn't Tell Me I Could Still Feel!

Ryan picks up Annie and takes her to the stables where he has a champagne picnic set up. He says this is to make up for missing their anniversary. Admitting he still doesn't remember, he says he wants to recapture their love. Annie can't take it and says she saw him at ConFusion with Greens! He says she should have come over but Annie angrily says she couldn't. She goes off on a tangent about Greenlee's needs being more important to Ryan than her needs and then says Greenlee doesn't care who she is with - as long as it is a man with broad shoulders! Ryan tries to calm her down but Annie won't listen. He asks her to start over but she can't do that. "You took the life I wanted," she exclaims and storms out. Ryan catches up to her and when he grabs her arms, he has a memory flash - of Annie!

Still Keeping Secrets!

At Fusion, Amanda is excited about the new business Fusion has been getting since the pole dancing snafu. Annie isn't. Amanda chalks up Annie's disinterest to Ryan's amnesia and tries to cheer her up. Annie finally says she is upset that today is their anniversary and Ryan doesn't remember it. Amanda tells her to stop missing Ryan and go after him! She hands Annie a sexy dress.

At ConFusion, Greenlee and Kendall make a toast to their men and then Greenlee goes back to Aidan. Kendall chats with Ryan for a while. He says he wants the kind of love that Greenlee and Aidan have; she says he already has it - with Annie! Amanda walks in with Annie and encourages her to go after Ryan. Seeing him alone at the bar, though, Annie hesitates. Zach and Kendall leave; Aidan is distracted with a phone call and Greens goes to Ryan. She finally begins to break down from the relief that Aidan is safe. He holds her. Annie sees them and turns away! Aidan returns and holds Greenlee.

Relative Danger!

Annie meets Richie in the park. He tells her he wants money - and lots of it! - or he'll spill the beans on what really happened the night the penthouse was supposedly broken into! She tries to leave but Richie grabs her and asks why she lied about the break-in. Annie insists she didn't lie about anything but Richie keeps pushing her. Angry, Annie tells Richie to keep his theories to himself - or else! Richie calls her bluff and Annie writes him a check. He leaves, telling Annie they make a good team.

Dangerous Operations...

Annie puts the finishing touches on the Fusion presentation - by adding the pole-dancing footage! She imagines Kendall and Greenlee firing her and how Ryan will come to her rescue. When she sees Greens and Kendall arrive, she closes the computer so they can't see what she did. Amanda and Babe bring in the Japanese buyers. With the presentation underway, Babe takes over and Annie cycles through a few actual storyboards. She hits a button on the computer and the pole-dancing footage begins to play! Amanda laughs but Kendall and Greenlee are incensed. They lead Annie away from the businessmen and Greenlee goes off on her. Kendall calms her down, telling Greenlee that she is overreacting. Annie volunteers to quit her job since she's embarrassed the company. They are all surprised when the businessmen aren't put off by the video - they love it! They leave and Annie's job is safe. She goes downstairs to drown her not-fired sorrows. Ryan is there and asks if everything is okay. She says no and kisses him passionately. Then she takes another drink.

Manipulations...

At Fusion, Annie meets with a worker about a presentation. She sees the pole dancing footage and watches, wondering if Ryan will ever look at her the way he looked at Kendall that day. She comes up with another plan and puts the pole dancing footage in her presentation so she'll be fired! Ryan arrives while Annie is in the back room. She sees him first, stops, and then drops her files. She apologizes when she "sees" that it is Ryan and pretends to still be jumpy from the break-in. As they talk, Amanda and Babe wonder what they are supposed to do now. With both Greenlee and Kendall out of the office and not answering messages and Annie sidetracked with Ryan in the main office they can't get their work done. Amanda tries to eavesdrop but can't make out much that is said. Ryan tells Annie about his therapy; she realizes that his sessions are filled with talk about her. That makes her feel great. Ryan suggests a family trip - the two of them and the kids. Annie agrees.

Cassandra's Homecoming!

At the penthouse, Annie thanks Ryan for taking care of Emma while she cleaned up after the police checked out the penthouse. He asks a few questions about who it might have been, prompting an anxiety-fueled asthma attack. Ryan wants to know how to help and is relieved when Annie finds her inhaler. He asks if the police were right and Richie could be behind the break-in but Annie won't give him an answer. Emma comes down, ready for school. Annie goes to work; Babe questions her about the cut on her forehead. Annie tells her about the "break in"; Babe wonders if it was Richie. Annie says she doesn't know and she is trusting in Ryan to make things better. She swears Babe to secrecy as Kendall and Greenlee walk in. The girls get to work.

Burning Down the House!

Julia and Kathy arrive at Annie's for a play-date. As the girls play Julia notices Ryan's things and Annie fills her in. She admits that she prays for Ryan to remember her but he doesn't. Julia asks what she is doing to make him remember. Annie realizes that they only talk about Emma or his memory loss, not their relationship. Annie says life at Wildwind was so much simpler than living with amnesiac Ryan. Julia teases her because she was stressed out about Ryan as much when she was at Wildwind as she is now. Julia and Kathy leave a while later. She is cleaning up when memories about Ryan come to the surface. She remembers how he saved her life in the plane and tells him he needs saving. She turns to go upstairs, trips over one of Emma's toys and makes a mess in the living room. Her forehead is cut and she is shaking. Ryan knocks on the door and calls to her! Annie opens the door and Ryan freaks out with worry. Annie says she must have left the door open after Julia left and someone broken in! Ryan hugs her and swears no one will hurt her as long as he is around.
