Colby comes out of her hiding place and walks into the living room, then rushes back when she hears Winifred and Sydney discussing that she has to stay in Pine Valley for the school year. After they leave, Colby sneaks out again and sees the Pine Valley Bulletin with the headline "Chandler Daughter Lost at Sea."
Sydney comes back into the living room. There's Colby!
Babe and Josh finally kiss.
Tad comes to the Chandler manse, and insists ontalking to Krystal about the situation with Dixie, while Colby hides in another room and overhears their conversation. She asks why he's so intent on ruining Dixie. "Are you filled with that much hate?"
She says he put himself in the mess. Tad replies that he has a terrible dilemma, whatever choice her makes.
Tad reminds her she only married Adam only to keep watch on Little Adam. She tells him that she now truly loves Adam and if Tad does anything to threaten her marriage, he will regret it.
"This is the best damn thing that's happened to either of us, and we don't want it to end." Tad asks her if there's something else going on, but she denies there is. She asks tad to leave, and as she returns to the living room, hears a sound from the area where Colby is hiding.
The search for Colby continues.
JR and Babe are at home, and JR is on the phone, yelling at police who are looking for Colby, and telling them they're not doing a good job. Colby is actually hiding in another room, unhurt. JR says Colby has caused their family too much pain, and if she's found alive, "he'll kill her himself." Babe tries to comfort him. A police officer comes to the Chandler house to investigate and says Colby ran the boat aground, and the entire "brat pack" is in hospital, and that their parents are angry at Colby and the Chandler family. He suggests to JR that Colby "lawyer up" and if she's found, she'll be arrested for resisting arrest and other things. JR and Babe rush off to find Colby.
Alone in the house, Colby picks up a photo of Adam and she's sorry and hides. Sydney and Sean come into the house. He says life is unpredictable and whatever happens to Colby will happen. He's unconcerned, to Sydney's surprise.
Back at the Chandler house, Sydney accuses Sean of hooking up with Colby. He says "so what?" Colby overhears and weeps.
An Unresponsive Lily is Brought to the Hospital
Sean and Colby fall all over each other and Colby asks him if he has protection? He replies absolutely! Krystal tries to comfort Adam who is very upset at Colby's actions. He feels like he's being used by her. Krystal laughs about all the trouble Babe used to get into. Back on the yacht, they start pulling their clothes off but are so drunk they keep falling over. They finish having sex in not a so romantic way and Sean gets dressed as Colby has regret all over her face. In tears, she hides from the crowd. As the rest of the teens dance around the yacht, Colby hides crouched down in a corner crying.
The harbor patrol demands that the yacht return to the dock. Colby stands up grabbing the wheel as Sean enters the room and she floors it saying the party isn't over and they're not returning yet! Sean fights with her struggling to take over driving the yacht and they collide with something falling to the floor.
Terry Harms Lily
Adam calls Colby's name out on the dock looking frantically for her. Krystal, Babe & JR also join in the search. Adam confronts the management and reports that Colby is wearing more than a ½ million dollars in jewels. Management tells Adam that Colby has been seen boarding a yacht and sailing off. JR starts laughing telling Adam this is pretty funny but then at that moment, Josh enters the party. JR approaches him snapping that it's a private party. Josh tries to explain that he's just come to wind down and have a drink.
Sidney crawls out from under a table on the yacht and joins the party. Outside on the deck, Colby and Sean are making out talking about it being the greatest party ever! Sidney interrupts them as Colby asks what she's doing there? Sean tries to calm them both down but Colby remains as witchy as ever. Meanwhile Adam is leaving Colby a message telling her that her cell phone better be at the bottom of the ocean unless Sean has kidnapped her, in that case, daddy will save her!
Jack and Ryan approach Adam asking if Lily could be on the yacht but no one thinks she would have gone on there. Adam talks with JR about Colby but JR thinks she just took off and isn't in any trouble. Adam demands to have Jack's nephew arrested immediately. Jack tells him that Colby happily got on that boat herself and goes off to continue his search for Lily. He demands that management search every room, occupied or not.
Later on, Babe talks with Josh and asks if it was a bunch of bull running into her an JR? He admits he came to see her but she states it was a mistake. Josh replies that he doesn't want to get over her, she's a big part of his life. Babe tells him flat out that he has too and Josh walks away from her. Adam approaches Babe asking if she can call Babe with her cell phone and reach out to her.
Back on the yacht, the teens are playing strip poker and Colby's phone rings again but Sidney grabs the phone and answers it. Babe asks where they are and Sidney tells them they're all fine. Babe asks if Lily's on board and Sidney checks telling her she isn't. She then puts Colby on the phone and Adam talks to her and demands that she turn the boat around now, telling her she's grounded for life, the jewelry goes to charity and her new convertible is gone. Colby hangs up on him.
Babe enjoys a glass of wine and thanks JR for buying Josh a drink and not acting out. JR replies that he's really trying and believes that she's his and his only so has no reason for being jealous. Babe tells JR she's thinking of letting Josh go because it doesn't think it's his thing but she'll remain friends with him. JR seems to be ok with that.
Steps away from Babe and JR, Adam demands that the coast guard take hold of the yacht and deliver his daughter back to him.
On the yacht as the strip poker continues, Sidney bets Colby that by the nights end, Sean will be hers. Colby agrees to the bet.
Ryan Discovers How Terry Entered the US
Back at Colby's sweet 16, Jesse yells to the crowd to get the party started. He works the room and sings a song for Colby. He kisses her in front of the crowd and wishes her a happy birthday. Jesse sings for Colby as a sad Sidney looks on, no longer being embraced by the crowd. A reporter approaches Colby later and talks about Jesse and her birthday.
Colby and Sidney fight over Sean insisting he's both their dates. Her girlfriends cut Sidney down and Colby walks off with Sean. Later Sidney grabs Sean to dance as Colby heads to find her girlfriends for a real party that starts on the dock. He whispers in Sidney's ear and tells her he'll see her later. Colby approaches her and tries to cut her down telling Sidney she's just a charity case that Krystal felt sorry for and jump back into the case she came in from.
Sidney comes up to Colby pushing her away from the birthday cake and smacks some icing on her face.
Kendall Asks For a Divorce
Babe is on the phone with the station and tells Krystal JR was arrested. Colby whines stating if JR gets more press than her birthday party, she'll freak! Krystal tells her to shut her mouth! But Colby doesn't listen and continues to whine about everyone else always getting the attention instead of her. In walks Adam and Krystal tells him that JR is in jail and Babe is on her way to the station. Adam heads out to get JR out of jail & Colby turns to Krystal telling her that she needed her daddy more than JR. Krystal tries to put Colby in her place but doesn't succeed.
Josh comes to the house and asks for Babe to drop off some work. Krystal asks him to come in because she'd like a "word with him". While Josh waits for Krystal, Colby tries to hit on him. He smiles and thanks her for the compliment and reminds her that she's far too young for his liking. In walks Krystal telling Colby to go to her room NOW!
Krystal asks Josh why he really showed up? Krystal tells him that he was probably hoping JR was here so he could rub his friendship with Babe in JR's face. Josh stands up against her demands of leaving Babe alone and snidely tells her she's nothing but a gold digger and asks her how she hangs onto her sugar daddy and walks out the door!
Colby tells Sidney that her and Josh slept together once. Sidney doesn't buy her story and tells her she's making it all up. Colby tells her to ask JR because found them. Sidney threatens that if they really did, Josh could go to jail and should tell her dad. Colby snaps admitting that they really didn't do anything!
Ryan Explains to Kendall Why Zach is Guilty!
Jonathan working at ConFusion, decides no matter what Jack does to him, he has to keep watch of Lily at her house.
At ConFusion, Colby, Sean and friends party. They show the waitress fake ID's and order some drinks. Jonathan approaches the party and grabs the ID asking why he shouldn't call the police? Sean replies that they're family!
Sitting alone, Sidney walks up to Colby asking her why she's all alone? Colby snaps back - telling Sidney to go clean a bathroom or something! Sidney sits down to join her, enjoying their snarky banter. She tells Colby she wants her dress for the party and Colby laughs saying "in her dreams"! Sidney shows Colby she has pictures of her drinking and uses it against her to get her dress for "their" party!
Sean and Jonathan talk at the bar and he tries to convince Jonathan not to call the police. Thinking of how Sean can help him, Jonathan agrees not to. Jonathan tells him no more fake ID's! Jonathan continues, telling Sean that he is now going to do something for him. He continues telling Sean that he's going to keep a close eye on Lily and report everything back to him.
