Not So Fast, Dad!

Meanwhile inside the Chandler manse, Josh tells Krystal about JR's "act" and tells her it is time to take action. He blames Krystal for Babe's apparent change of heart toward JR and warns her that if anything happens to Babe it will be her fault! Krystal can't believe that Josh is trying to blame her because Babe was obviously being pressured - by him! - to leave town when she didn't really want to go anywhere. "Did I try to blackmail her?" he asks, not believing that he did anything wrong. He goes on to tell Krystal that she is Babe's biggest threat! Josh won't let things drop, and the more he talks the more Krystal wonders if she has made a mistake in keeping Charlotte's paternity a secret. If she could just come clean, she believes she could solve Babe's problems! JR arrives, and assures Krystal that Adam and Tad will never learn her secret. Not from him, and not from Josh, he says! Josh leaves. Alone, JR tells Krystal about seeing Babe and the fact that she still wants a divorce. He says that he understands why she can't trust him or forgive him - yet! What if, Krystal wonders, he can't ever win her back? JR can't think about that; instead he tells her that he will do anything to get Babe back! Colby and Adam return with their bags of goodies and Adam senses something is wrong with Krystal. He sends Colby upstairs so they can be alone. Krystal struggles for a moment and nearly tells him the truth about Charlotte. Instead, she tells him about JR's fight to win Babe back. She believes she has given him the power to get her back, whether that is what Babe wants or not! Crying, Krystal wonders how she can tell him the truth. "I love you," she says. Her not telling him is driving Adam crazy and Krystal tells him part of the truth - that the secret isn't Babe's, it is hers!

Caught In The Crossfire

At Jackson's, Colby barges in and surprises Sean. He didn't hear her come in because of a video game and is angry that she is there at all. Angry herself, Colby asks why he's been skipping school and avoiding everyone. "Just leave me alone," he says! Barbara arrives and introduces herself. She offers to pack Sean a lunch for school and he ignores her. When she pushes school attendance, Sean tells her there are teacher conferences. Barbara offers to take the kids to a movie but Sean turns her down. Barbara leaves, telling them to behave. Colby realizes why Sean has been so distant - it's because of his mother!

And The Truth Will Set You Free!

At the Chandler mansion, Adam and Colby are packing Babe's things. Krystal comes in, angry with them both. Adam intervenes, telling Krystal that they were just trying to help her. "It's just too soon," Krystal says in tears. She apologizes to Colby and Adam, knowing they were trying to help, but explains that she isn't ready to let go of Babe yet. Taking her hands, Adam says he will do anything she wants. Krystal offers a few of Babe's things to Colby. She is touched by the offer, but doesn't want Babe's things - next to Babe, Colby feels like a frump. Making Krystal smile, Colby says the only thing she ever wanted that Babe had was a close relationship with her mom! Adam leaves and Winifred catches him outside the room. Little A keeps asking for Babe and she doesn't know what to tell him! Adam isn't sure what to do either and calls JR. Adam asks what he should tell Little A about Babe. JR tells him not to say anything yet; it is JR's responsibility and he will take care of it when he returns. A few minutes later, Adam returns to Babe's room and hears Krystal tell Colby she should go have fun. She asks Adam to leave as well and walks around Babe's room. Pulling a sweater from a box, Krystal cries for Babe. A few minutes later, Josh arrives, offering a miracle. He tells her Babe had to go somewhere else and Krystal believes he is only trying to comfort her with thoughts of Heaven. "Babe is still alive!" he says but Krystal can't comprehend what he is saying. When Josh tells her they faked the death, that Babe is at the casino, Krystal faints! Adam comes in as Josh is bent over her body.

Angry and Confused

At the cemetery, JR tries to find comfort in saying he is sorry. "Please, know how sorry I am," he tells Babe's coffin, crying. He cries over Dixie's coffin as well. Colby embraces him, but JR can't be comforted. Julia invites everyone to Wildwind. Tad holds Krystal's hand for a moment before Adam leads her away. Bianca goes to JR, who tells her to forgive Maggie. Zoe approaches, angry and not listening when Bianca tells her to be quiet. "You put Babe in that coffin as sure as the killer did!" Zoe says. She confronts JR about the blackmail and his threats against Babe. "Enough. Stop!" Bianca hollers. She can't believe Zoe is bringing up the past when they should just be saying goodbye to Dixie and Babe. Bianca tells JR she is sorry and he leaves. Tad grabs his arm, asking where he is going. "Not to the bar, isn't that all that matters?" he says as he storms off. As Bianca cries, Zoe comes over to apologize. She realizes she shouldn't have said what she did to JR. Bianca shows Zoe a picture of Babe, before their friendship fell apart. "We all need pieces of our past to hold on to," Zoe says as Bianca decides to put the picture inside the coffin. Zoe convinces her to keep the picture, for Babe's sake. Jack arrives, asking Bianca to take extra care. Alone again, Binks invites Zoe to Wildwind with her, but Zoe isn't sure she will be welcomed. "Everyone who loves Babe should be together now," Bianca says and the two leave. Meanwhile, Opal asks Joe and Tad for help with Palmer. She's worried about him and doesn't know what to do. "I can't fix what broke when Dixie died," Opal tells Tad. In another part of the cemetery, Zach talks to Ethan's grave, vowing not to stop until he finds the killer.

At the Chandler mansion, Adam wraps Krystal in a blanket and puts her to bed. "I'd do anything to give her back to you," he says, holding her tight. As Krystal rests, Colby walks in with tea and tells her to eat. Krystal is cradling a pillow against her body, like a child. "I'll never be able to hold my daughter again," she cries. Colby offers to be a stand-in for Babe. "Maybe you could hold me and pretend you have her back," she says. Krystal tells Colby she doesn't have to be anyone but herself and hugs her tightly. Adam walks in, smiling at the two of them. Alone in the room, Adam tells Krystal how proud he is of her. She raised Babe alone and she did a great job. "I want Charlotte to be you," Krystal says. "And she will be." Outside on the terrace, Colby is crying. Sean arrives and hugs her close. He tells her about his father, and the fact that he still misses him. They sit quietly, gazing at the moon.

An Emotional Day

At the Chandler mansion, Adam tries to calm Krystal, but she continues daring JR to tell them the truth about his blackmailing efforts. JR tells Adam and Tad about the impending divorce and his plans for custody, leaving the men speechless. Not satisfied, Krystal pushes JR by saying, "Tell them, JR. I want them to know what a cruel, vile creature you are!" Adam tries to calm Krystal but he can't. She tells JR that Babe's will leaves custody of little Adam to her and she will keep JR away from his son! JR steps forward, telling Krystal that none of that matters - the blackmail, his threats. None of it matters any more at all! Adam leads Krystal from the room. Outside, she tells Adam that the Slayer took Babe's life, but JR took her happiness. She can't forgive or forget that! Adam reminds Krystal that he had his own agenda against Babe at one time. He asks Krystal to learn from his mistakes and not use little Adam as a weapon against JR. Back in the parlor, Tad tries to comfort JR but he is inconsolable. "You should hate me. My father should hate me. Krystal should hate me," he tells Tad. Tad sits with JR for a while and tells him that he will stand beside him at the funeral. JR tells Tad to go ahead - there are a few things he needs to take care of first. JR goes outside, asking Krystal's forgiveness. He will never tell Adam her secret. Before she can answer, Colby joins them, apologizing to JR for wearing Babe's dress earlier. "Let's go," JR says.

At the cemetery, Ryan shows Jack the most recent note from the killer, wondering why the killer has chosen to communicate with him. Jack doesn't have any answers. He surprises Ryan with his next words. "I've heard from Greenlee!" She contacted Jack after hearing about the killings. Hearing from Greenlee has made Jack realize all he has to lose and he swears to help protect Kendall. Tad and Derek arrive as flower delivery men bring in gardenias and white ribbons! Derek takes the flowers away as the guests begin arriving. Amanda stands over Babe's coffin with Jonathan and Aidan. Bianca hugs Tad and then moves to comfort Krystal. Palmer and Opal make a beeline for Dixie's casket. Myrtle and Dr. Joe Martin arrive and speak with Zach. When Zoe arrives, the gathered crowd turns to watch. Erica arrives with Jeff, causing Jack to look twice. Zach remains near the entrance, almost as if he is standing guard. Adam opens the floor for others to talk about Babe and Dixie. Bianca steps up, telling them that she had forgiven Babe for taking Miranda and that she wished Babe could know. Tad remembers the first time he met Dixie at Myrtle's store. After being so strong, Tad breaks down a little. "I could see my future," he says, crying. "I could see our future." Jamie comes up, to lead Tad back to his seat. Di steps up, saying "I'm going to miss her every day of my life!" In tears, Krystal throws herself on top of Babe's casket. Adam and Colby quickly lead her back to her seat. Zoe stands up and begins to sing, "You Lift Me Up". She continues to sing as the rest of Pine Valley file by the caskets. Finally stepping forward, JR reaches out to touch Babe's casket and begins to cry.

Secrets and Lies

At the Chandler mansion, Krystal and Adam make plans for a joint funeral for Babe and Dixie. Krystal wants the service to be closed casket, which is fine with Adam. He assures her things are fine and leaves to call the florist. Seeing JR alone in the parlor, Krystal hugs him. "Stop! You don't know what I did," he says. Seeing how upset he is, Krystal tries to get him to open up about his feelings. "We can get to the other side of this together," she says. Colby comes in, wearing Babe's dress and angering JR. "Get out of here and get out of that dress!" he exclaims. Adam takes Colby from the room as Krystal comforts JR. Outside in tears, Colby tells Adam that Babe gave her the dress. She wanted to wear it as a tribute to her. Unsure what to do, Colby asks for Adam's help. "I should have never told him about Krystal's secret," Colby cries and then expalins there was never a real secret, she was only trying to mess with JR and Babe. "No wonder everyone hates me. I deserve it!" she exclaims. Adam hugs her. "You make this family infinitely more interesting," he says. Inside, Krystal tries to comfort JR, telling him all that matters is that at the end Babe knew she was loved. "You gave her the future that she always dreamed of," Krystal says. JR can't keep quiet any longer. He tells Krystal he wasn't giving Babe a future - he was divorcing her! And that isn't all. JR goes on to tell Krystal he was blackmailing Babe with Krystal's secret. If Babe didn't give him custody he was going to tell the world that Krystal's baby was Tad's! Krystal shuts the doors. Broken up, JR asks, "Do you still want to call me son?" Angry, Krystal goes on the attack against JR. She can't believe he was forcing Babe to choose between her mother and her child! Outside the room, Adam brings Tad inside and they hear the raised voices. "Tell them, JR. Tell Tad and tell your father everything," Krystal says.

Happy Valentine's Day!

At the Chandler mansion, JR dreams of Babe. Krystal wakes him up and hugs him tight. "I've got you. I'm here," she says. Krystal tells JR how much it meant to Babe that he had forgiven her, making JR feel worse than he did. She asks him if she can begin calling JR her own son, and the words make JR crazy. He knows that Babe didn't feel love when she died and that knowledge is killing him. Adam comes in with little A, wishing them a happy valentine's day. JR takes little A away for breakfast. Alone, Adam presents Krystal with a gift. It's a beautiful charm bracelet with Babe and Charlotte's names engraved. Colby comes in with an idea: they should make Valentine's cards. Little Adam comes in, sees the card supplies and begins making a card. "It's for my mom," he says, making Krystal sad. JR watches them from outside the room. He can't make himself go in. Alone once more, JR fantasizes that Babe is still alive and waiting for him near the fireplace. Stuart comes in the room, telling him he doesn't have to be alone. Stuart believes JR needs to talk about Babe, but he can't. "The things I said to her, the way I treated her. . ." JR can't go on. He is beginning to realize that how Babe felt about Josh doesn't matter. Nothing matters, except the two of them. Stuart sits with JR, comforting him. Outside, Adam holds Krystal close.

Satin Slayer Strikes!

At the Chandler mansion, JR finds Zarf and Babe in bed together! Angered by what he sees, JR tells Babe it feels like déjà vu. Babe explains Zoe has nowhere to go; she couldn't turn her away! She tells JR finding out about David freaked her out and Zoe helped her through the night. Can she stay? JR freaks out, but in the end says Zoe can stay.

Downstairs, Tad makes Dixie promise to be extra careful. If David is the killer she could be in real danger. As Dixie talks to Tad, we see the killer replace peanut butter in Winifred's shopping cart with a tainted jar! As Tad and Dixie continue talking, Tad asks her out to lunch. The two to share a kiss as Krystal and Adam come in. Is there any word on the killer? Tad tells them there is nothing yet, prepares to leave and reminds Dixie about lunch. Colby, Babe and Zarf arrive and Babe introduces Zoe around; she is welcomed into the home but Adam is very hesitant about her staying. Colby is excited - they can have a make-over party! Babe assures Adam that JR agreed to Zoe staying. Adam storms out, yelling for JR.

Upstairs, Adam confronts JR. He needs leverage for the custody fight, not to make friends with Zoe! JR shows Adam a picture he took on his cell phone - of Babe and Zoe in bed together! It's a brilliant move, Adam thinks. But JR surprises Adam, saying he isn't sure if he'll need it. Or if he should even use the picture. JR is conflicted about his feelings for Babe. In fact, he hopes David is the killer: that makes Babe a little bit safer. He'd rather see any or all of the girls hurt than Babe.
