Krystal asks Adam why he is at The Comeback. Colby runs through but won't talk to Adam because she is too busy. Adam takes a seat at the bar before telling Krystal that she won't be getting half of anything. She tells him that she already knows because Colby filled her in, and she is confident that she will get her half of the Chandler fortune. He tells her he would have something to work with if she just would have kept her Chandler shares. Krystal can't believe he is blaming his problems on her! Adam orders a beer but Krystal can't get the taps to work. Adam gives her instruction and she gets it to work. Krystal hands Adam the beer. Across the room, Colby delivers some food, turns and seeing Adam and Krystal acting very chummy. She tells Adam to stop drinking because of her heart and he tells her not to worry. Colby asks him to watch her work and Adam agrees. Krystal tells him Colby isn't just excited to see him - she is excited to see them together again! She tells him about her friendship with Derek; Adam doesn't like it but then pretends not to care. Krystal sees through his act, though, and tells him to stand by her with Colby, so the girl knows they are really and truly over this time. "Colby has her heart set on us being a family again," Krystal says. Adam offers to talk to the girl but Krystal doesn't think that is enough. She tells Adam that he shouldn't keep showing up at The Comeback because it gives Colby hope. Adam agrees but doesn't like the idea. Krystal tells him that she'll take an IOU on her half of the fortune and walks away. Adam is heartbroken.

Lily - The Next Fusion Girl?

Meanwhile at the Chandler mansion, Adam rips the paper to shreds and tosses the pieces across the room after reading it. JR walks in, also annoyed because the papers are blaming the entire thing on him. Once more he apologizes to Adam for his part in the scheme and promises to get Adam's stock back. He surprises Adam, telling him he has a lead on Seamus. Adam pretends not to care but JR keeps laying out his plan to make Seamus turn on Zach. JR suggests asking Palmer to help them, angering Adam. "Palmer couldn't get people to buy into his chicken franchises," he says sarcastically. They begin arguing about who did the worst thing. Colby arrives and overhears that JR is responsible for the kidnapping attempt! Colby can't believe what JR did and turns on him. Adam fuels the gap between his children, telling Colby they have to move within a month. Colby recounts the ways Adam has saved JR's bacon in the past and asks how he could have turned on Adam now. JR tells Colby she doesn't understand the entire situation. "I am doing all I can to make this right," he says. JR grabs Colby and drags her out of the room. In the entryway, he tells Colby that apologizing to Adam won't work, that Adam would turn it around on him. Colby tells him to go apologize, not believing it when JR tells her that the only apology Adam will understand comes with money. Adam joins them. He and JR go back in the parlor to talk business. Just then Zach and Kendall arrive with their designer to begin making a few changes to the manse. She and JR go into the entryway and she rubs in the fact that she now owns JR's home. She warns him to stay away from her, from Spike and from Amanda and refuses to talk about the past. JR turns the tables, surprising her when he tells her how much he misses their old friendship. "This is just me being sincere," he says. Kendall is touched but doesn't show it and returns to Zach. As the Chandlers seethe, Kendall starts separating things for Good Will donations! She and the designers go upstairs to finish looking around. Adam sends Colby to keep an eye on her. Zach stays behind with the Chandlers, feeling on top of the world. Josh arrives just then, calling Adam "Dad" and ribbing JR. Josh pours coffee for he and Zach, asking "Dad" if he wants some, too. JR orders Josh out but he won't go. He's Jr's new boss! "The future of Chandler is in his hands now," Zach says.

Teamwork Doesn't Work!

Kendall surprises all the Fusion girls, who aren't happy about working on the 4th of July, in a Statue of Liberty getup. They all arrive plus Colby, Ava and Amanda and get to work. Babe and Annie begin talking about their kids. Colby asks if she can leave. Kendall sets them all straight - they are all needed and they will all stay. "There's been way too much fighting," Kendall says, "it's time to heal." Her idea for the day is to build their team back up - no phones, no leaving and no drama! She sends Colby and Ava up to the roof to set up the lunch buffet. Kendall turns on a motivational video. Greenlee suggests they all overthrow Greenlee and Annie comes to Kendall's defense. The mood quickly deteriorates, with the rest of the girls teaming up on Greenlee while Kendall tries to get the video going.

On the roof, Colby is getting things ready and Ava is complaining. She doesn't want to set up! Babe and Amanda show up and Ava puts on her worker-hat, pretending she is leading the way. Amanda thinks about making an exit but Babe keeps her there by offering some of Krystal's barbecue. Colby pulls Amanda aside and they talk about the kidnapping for a second. Amanda gets nervous, grabs a soda and heads back inside. Babe tells Ava to tone her attitude down. She does and begins questioning Babe about modeling for Fusion. Babe leaves. Colby makes a joke of her modeling, telling Ava to work the grill! Ava baits Colby about her money and her family. Colby fights back, telling Ava exactly what her life was like with Liza. Her story doesn't affect Ava, who has her own demons - her mother kicked her out at 17! Colby begins to understand Ava a little bit more.

Annie and Kendall wind up on the roof. Colby and Ava make themselves scarce. Kendall tells Annie she doesn't have to talk about her past; Annie insists that she didn't have any drama as a child. The other girls, minus Greenlee, come upstairs. Amanda pulls the flask from her pocket and Annie takes a drink! They begin to talk and laugh and Kendall realizes that their team building day isn't going so well. Talking about the new baby, Kendall tells them that leaving Fusion behind for a little bit so she can focus on her children is why she started this day. Ava steps up on the steps to the roof, telling them about their new model - her! Greenlee is behind her, smirking. Greenlee interrupts Ava and puts her in her place. "You're exactly what Fusion is not looking for - wrong eyes, wrong hair, wrong skin, wrong lips," she says. Kendall interrupts Greenlee with a new idea - Lily is the perfect Fusion Green girl! Ava objects, telling them that she is the perfect image of Lily. Greenlee calls her a hoochie-mama and leaves. Annie follows her away. Di tries to comfort Ava but she walks away.

JR Comes Clean!

Derek visits Krystal at The Comeback, taking a seat at the bar and ordering a coffee. She tells Colby to go take care of the customers; Colby listens to Krystal and Derek wondering what is going on. She leaves to check on the new customers - some old friends from school who are intent on making fun of her. Colby doesn't take it, telling them to get out or face the consequences! The girls leave. Colby heads back inside in time to say goodbye to Derek. She asks Krystal if anything is going on between them and Krystal tells her about their 4th of July date. Upset because she still wants Krystal to be with Adam, Colby asks her not to go. Krystal changes the subject, asking about the girls outside. Colby fills her in, asking if she was ever that bad. Krystal tells her not to worry but quickly gets distracted by a new arrival. She grabs a bat and heads outside. Krystal tries to beat up Colby's bodyguard with the bat but Colby separates them. Krystal demands answers. Colby makes up a story that the bodyguard is because of Sean but Krystal doesn't buy it. Colby comes clean, telling Krystal that Zach is in control of Chandler Enterprises because of a bad business deal with Slater. She doesn't tell Krystal about the kidnapping. Worried, Krystal offers to take Colby in but the girl turns her down. Krystal tells Colby not to take Adam's problems as her own and tells Colby not to sneak around with Sean now to save Adam's feelings.

Ryan Kisses Off Greens!

Zach meets with Adam at the Chandler mansion. When Adam asks for more time, Zach refuses. Instead he pulls out some swatches, telling Adam that it's time to redecorate! Angry, Adam tells Zach to have pity. They sit down over coffee and Adam offers Zach more - if he will extend the payback deadline by a few months Adam will double the return! Zach turns him down, telling Adam that he has no use for JR. Adam defends JR's actions against Kendall and tells Zach that his son is now a different person. Zach doesn't believe him. Colby arrives home, a little freaked out because people are making tapes of their home and cars. Zach tells her why and Colby vents on him. She tells him that he is a monster for calling in the loan. Zach interrupts, telling Colby it is a simple business deal. JR returns as Colby is trying to collect her personal things. He tells her to go back upstairs. He whispers to Adam that he has a lead but he needs to follow it alone. Zach pipes up that authorities very rarely find ransoms and tells JR to just accept his new, poor, station in life! Moments later, time is up - and the Chandler mansion now belongs to Zach!

It's Time To Fight!

After her test Babe heads to The Comeback. She believes she has passed. She, Jamie and Krystal celebrate with a new drink that Krystal recently created. Krystal pulls a mortar board and cap from behind the bar. Jamie and Babe head outside, meeting Colby and her new bodyguard as they leave. Colby continues inside and tells Krystal she is in the market for a job! Chuckling because Colby is so excited to make her own money Krystal gives her a job bussing tables. Ava screams from the kitchen and storms out to them covered in ketchup! Someone left the caps loose! Colby gets mad, wondering why Krystal hired Ava. Krystal can't keep them apart and they both begin screaming at one another. Krystal steps between them and tells them both to apologize! Ava walks away and Colby follows. She tosses water on Ava who returns the favor by squirting her with the fountain! Soon there is water everywhere and Krystal is right back in the middle of the fight! She finally breaks it up and takes the girls to a private table to play go-between. Finally, Ava apologizes but Colby doesn't believe it. Krystal pulls Colby away and tells her that Ava needs a break. She isn't going to fire the other girl! They return to Ava and Krystal accepts the apology on Colby's behalf. Both girls decide to stay on at The Comeback! Krystal warns them to stop the fighting and points them to the supply closet to begin cleaning up. Ava warns Colby off and Colby does the same.

Faking It!

Colby rushes into the Montgomery home, freaked out because some big guy is following her! Sean watches the guy, who is standing out side. He grabs a heavy paperweight and heads outside! Colby stops him, telling him the thug could be the kidnapper! She tells him about the kidnapping and then swears Sean to stay quiet. They both get scared when someone knocks on the door but it's only Derek. He's checked on the stalker - who is actually only a bodyguard! Colby can't believe Adam hired a bodyguard and then didn't tell her about it. Derek sits them both down, playing the tough cop and telling them both that he would have taken things much farther than Adam did, especially after all the trouble they've gotten into in the past. Derek leaves. Colby scotches closer to Sean and tells him no one is going to keep them apart - not even Adam! Over cold drinks Sean tells Colby about his community service and ruined summer. Sean leans in to kiss her but Colby hesitates - she wants to make sure they are alone! Sean tells her the house is there - everyone is at work and Ava has moved out! They kiss!

Get The Money Back!

JR asks Adam why he turned to Zach and Adam explains that he needed ready cash. Amanda is in the background, worried that her part will be discovered but neither man is paying attention to her. JR asks how Adam could rescue him after the things JR did - like taking over Chandler. Adam tells him it doesn't matter and heads to the phone - he is going to call in the FBI to find the kidnappers! JR takes the phone before the call can go through telling Adam that there isn't time to call in the feds when they need to pay back Zach in 48 hours! He wants to hire private investigators but Adam still wants to call in the feds. He takes the phone and calls again. As he talks to the feds, Amanda angrily tells JR that she is out. She isn't sticking her neck out for him! Amanda goes upstairs. Adam reports that the federal agents won't come by until the morning. Emotionally, Adam hugs JR, telling him that his prayers have been answered with JR's return. JR pulls back, telling Adam that they still need to follow through on the money without the feds. Seeing how wiped out Adam is, JR asks about his meds and his health and tries to get JR to go up to bed. He apologizes for the name-change thing and tells Adam that he never would have gone through with it. "I am very much your son and I always will be," he says. They sit down to create a profile of the kidnappers. JR tells Adam about being taken and then asks what Adam remembers about the kidnappers. Adam tells him about the website and the kidnappers and then remembers Seamus Wong coming by the mansion. Colby arrives home, shocked at JR's appearance. Adam tells her that JR was kidnapped but he's fine now. Colby gets mad because Adam kept her in the dark. Amanda arrives and thanks Colby for the clothes. Colby wants to call Babe but Adam tells her that they need to find the kidnappers and the ransom money. "We're going to get the money back but we need to keep this quiet," Adam says, directing most of his tirade at Amanda. She tells him she'll stay quiet if she wants to and she'll talk if she wants. JR tries to get between them but neither Adam nor Amanda will let him in. "One more word and I will blow your world to hell," Amanda says! JR finally gets between them and pulls Amanda out of the room, sending her home. Colby asks Adam how he is really doing. He says things are fine.
