Derek pulls everyone back from the shack as Lenny walks out of the shack, pushing Ava ahead of him! JR is right behind and holds up the gun, telling them the situation is over! Police officers rush to take Lenny into custody as the Chandler and Martin crew head straight to JR. Ava immediately begins posing for the cameras until Jonathan pulls her back and hugs her tightly. Jack tells her Lily is there. Ava turns to see Lily holding out her arms. The girls hug!
It's moving day at the new Martin home! Babe, Sean and Tad help Krystal, Colby and Jenny move in. Stuart arrives with little A to lend a hand, too. Babe takes over with her son as Colby teasingly orders Sean around. Krystal finds a hula girl lamp, wondering where it came from. It's Tad's! He grabs it from Krystal, glad that it survived the fire at the old house. Tad plugs it in and the hula girl begins to move around; he suggests it be placed in the foyer! Stuart realizes JR is nowhere to be found. Babe wonders, too. Sean and Colby become distracted with one another; Tad and Krystal interrupt them and get them back to work. She then asks Babe about the webcast and she tells them how things are going at Fusion. Colby joins them, talking about Fusion's makeup for a minute before Sean pulls her back over. Tad quickly interrupts them and takes Sean with him to check on a few other things. Babe continues telling Krystal how great Ava was.
Colby wonders where Tad took Sean and Krystal and Babe tell her not to worry. The older ladies give Colby a few tips on dealing with bad boys. Tad and Sean return and begin to work on the cable. They get everything going just in time to hear a news report that JR has been involved in a hostage situation on the beach!
Adam is at the yacht club when Colby arrives with little A. He invites them to join him but Colby declines because of little A's swimming lessons. Tad arrives, telling Adam to leave the kids alone! He runs down Adam's recent list of crimes, most of them revolving around Ava, Sean and Colby. Adam tries to ignore him and even tells Tad to leave but he stays at the table. "Everybody you care about, I care about," Tad says, and warns Adam not to keep hurting their families. When Adam keeps referring to Colby as "his" Tad brings up Liza to push his buttons. Little A runs in to see his grandfather. Jack arrives, angry, and tries to take Adam to task. Tad pulls him away and tells Jack to calm down. He asks about the kids and Jack gives him an update. When he asks about Greens, Jack is surprised because no one else seems to care about his daughter. He tells Tad he isn't sure what to do about Greenlee. "However it turns out my family is going to be splintered in a million pieces," Jack says. Tad leaves. Jack approaches Adam. "Shame on you," he says and walks away. Adam turns to watch Colby and Sean. A few minutes later, his banker arrives and Adam signs a few papers.
Across the way, Sean tells Colby that Jack might be able to get the charges against him dropped. Colby is excited but quickly distracted when she sees Adam. Sean distracts her and they talk about Jack's plans.
Seeing Colby outside The Comeback alone, Tad goes to talk to her. He lets her go on about Adam and how hurt she has been by him. Tad reminds her that Adam does love her, he just has a twisted way of showing it. They go inside and Colby begins talking about Liza, believing that she has now lost both of her parents. Tad tells Colby that Liza loves her more than anything and is simply giving her space. Colby doesn't believe him, after all Liza won't even talk to Colby on the phone. "Your mother loves you. Don't ever doubt it," Tad says and leaves. Colby gets back to work. She and Krystal begin talking about new hires and Krystal vents about Ava. Colby doesn't want to talk about the girl but does. She is sympathetic to Ava because of how her mother treated her; Colby identifies with her because it seems as if Liza has been ignoring her since she moved in with Adam. Krystal is shocked that Colby has some sympathy toward Ava. Colby tries to explain, telling Krystal that no one, not even her own mother, has ever wanted Ava around. She wonders if Ava even knows what acceptance feels like.
Ava goes to The Comeback, watching the people inside but remembering what Lily told her and what Jonathan said. She turns away before going inside. Meanwhile, Tad and Krystal take a seat a little way from the bar. Tad realizes Krystal is upset about Adam but she doesn't want to talk about it. She changes the subject and tells him they're going to move in! Tad is excited but wonders what Adam will say about Colby moving in with him. He turns to Colby, who is playing with Jenny at the bar, and lays down a few groundrules - no short-sheeting the beds, no replacing toothpaste with hemorrhoid cream and generally making Colby laugh. Tad takes off with Jenny. Ava walks in. She heads straight to Krystal and asks for her job back. Neither Krystal nor Colby want her there and they let her know. Ava doesn't back down, she begs Krystal to take her back but Krystal won't give her the job back. Ava tells her she'll work for free until her debts are paid off - she ruined Krystal's pool table when she was drunk. Before she can answer Tad walks in. Krystal tells Ava that she feels for her but she can't trust her with a job again. Angry, Ava strikes out at them all for turning her away. Krystal doesn't take kindly to that and tells Ava to leave - for good. She hands Ava some cash for her work before she walked out for the Fusion job and tells her to go. Ava walks away.
Inside, Krystal walks in with a suitcase! She tells Adam that she is there to move Colby out! Colby goes upstairs to begin packing. Adam plays dumb and Krystal explodes, telling him they all know about Ava and the drugs. He swears he is innocent but Krystal doesn't believe him. Colby returns with a packed suitcase and tells Krystal she is ready to go. Adam reminds her she has moved out before and come back. Colby tells him things are different this time around! Krystal leaves, giving them some space. She tells him that she doesn't like the things that she has done since returning home, just so she could be a "Chandler". She wants to be a different person! Adam can't believe what he is hearing. Telling Colby that he regrets making mistakes with, Adam says he loves her more than anything. Colby isn't sure what that means, though, because he has said the same things to JR. "You're the only one I can count on," Adam whispers. Colby doesn't think she can count on Adam for anything and tells him so. She reminds him about trying to sell Jenny and says she only stayed because he was so sick. Krystal returns, telling Adam to back off and let Colby go. Certain that she'll be back in a few days, Adam lets Colby go. When Colby is gone, Adam calls Krystal a homeless virus. With tears in her eyes, Krystal tells him about moving in with Tad. Adam is stunned and hurt and afraid, more than anything else, that Krystal will see it. He strikes out, reminding her that she tried to hide Jenny's paternity for a long time because she didn't want Tad in the baby's life. Krystal can't believe how he is twisting things around. Angry, she storms out.
JR meets Tad at The Comeback, needing advice. He tells him about the meeting with Josh and Slater's plans to dismantle Chandler Enterprises. He wonders what he can do to save the company and Tad tells him not to bother. He reminds JR that he can be a bigger, better man than Adam if he can only let the company go. JR tells him about throwing his more-or-less resignation papers at Josh, thrilling Tad. He believes it is a step in the right direction for JR. "You're half Dixie," he reminds JR, telling him that he can make something more of his life than just being another Chandler in a boardroom. JR isn't ready to cut and run, though, and tells Tad that he can't be free of Chandler until he pays Adam back. Tad wonders what JR's next move will be. JR leaves. Krystal and Colby arrive to spend some time with Tad.
Meanwhile, Ava wakes up on the pool table at The Comeback. Colby walks in, sees Ava and dumps some beer over her head. When Ava wakes Colby starts in on her about Sean. Ava tells her there is nothing between them but Colby doesn't believe her. She starts to call Krystal but then stops. The girls exchange barbs, neither liking the other. From arguing about Sean, they begin arguing over Fusion which sets Ava off even more. She begins talking about Jonathan using her to replace Lily, how the Fusion girls want her to be Ava for them and not liking either situation. She tells Colby to go after Sean and the girl wonders why. She demands answers, thinking Ava and Sean are still sleeping together. Ava tells her they aren't and angrily tells Colby she was behind Sean's drug arrest - and just how involved Adam was in the scheme! Sean walks in. Angry, he asks Ava how she could do that. She defends her actions, telling him that she had to pay him back for how he treated her. Colby yells at her, telling her to go to the police to set things right and she says she will. Before she can leave, Sean tells her that Lily is having problems because of Ava's relationship with Jonathan. She runs out of the bar. Colby isn't sure she should believe Ava's story. She wonders why Adam would want to frame Sean but Sean thinks Ava might have been telling the truth. He tells Colby that Ava didn't have the money to buy the drugs and reminds her of the things Adam did to Krystal and Jenny. Krystal walks in, asking what is going on. Colby lets her know what Adam did.
