LIVIA FRYE CUDAHY'S HISTORY
Livia came to Pine Valley with her teenage son, Terrence, and quickly became a successful criminal attorney. Her brother, Derek Frye worked for the Pine Valley Police Department, and helped her arrest and convict the racists who brutally beat her son. Terrence recovered, and Livia defied racial constraints by becoming involved with the owner of the local health club, Tom Cudahy, and later marrying him. After they adopted a young runaway, Jamal Wilson, the family moved away from Pine Valley.
Returning to Pine Valley to defend Kendall Hart in the Michael Cambias murder trial, Livia moved her family back to town. Kendall was exonerated of the charges when her sister, Bianca recalled the events of the night she had blacked out - killing Michael Cambias for raping her.
Livia's most recent legal engagement was defending Zach Slater and Dixie Martin in the murder of Greg Madden. Although the prosecution felt they had an iron-clad case, Tad Martin's fabricated story cast enough doubt on their guilt for the jury to find them innocent. Livia won, but with a little help from a friend.
Livia continues to practice law in Pine Valley.

Monday, April 14 2008: Secrets and Lies, Secrets and Lies!
Livia stops by Fusion to check on Annie. She happily says the divorce is off - at least for now! Livia leaves. Annie is studying a picture of her and Ryan when Greenlee happily marches in. Annie more or less ignores her, only giving her the barest of details about the other women. Seeing that she only has Annie to celebrate with, Greenlee pulls out a bottle of champagne and tells her about Aidan. As she twitters on about her wedding plans, Annie warns her to watch out because someone might crash it. Still upset over Ryan, Annie asks what happens when she becomes bored with Aidan - will she decide to mess with Ryan again? Greenlee fires back that she has no doubts about Aidan. Annie tells her about Aidan's drunken visit and asks what is really going on. She wonders if Greenlee accepted Aidan's proposal because Ryan sent her away - again! Just then Ryan arrives.
Monday, April 07 2008: A Little Comic Relief!
Aidan keeps mumbling about his guilty feelings. Annie asks Kendall what is going on. Kendall says they both just feel guilty for not getting to Zach and Greens sooner. She tries to wake Aidan but he is out for the count. Annie doesn't buy her answer. Frustrated and afraid Annie might figure things out, Kendall changes the subject to Erica. Annie backs off and apologizes. She asks Kendall to leave and take Aidan with her because she can't take any more drama in her life. "I'm just done," she says sadly. After they are gone, Annie calls Livia and asks to meet. At Livia's office, she hands divorce papers to Annie but says this may be premature. Annie says she can't keep holding on when it seems like Ryan isn't even trying to recapture his memories of her. She turns to go but stops when Livia asks what happens if Ryan does regain his memory.
