Back in the main room, Adam offers a toast to the happy couple. JR interrupts and makes his own toast, telling Babe how much he loves her. Frankie goes to Randi's side and puts his arm around her. Zach and Kendall watch as JR gets down on one knee and grabs a new ring box from little A - it's empty! JR isn't sure what is going on. He and Babe leave to find the ring. Jake convinces Amanda to leave with him. Carmen tells Randi not to be afraid of sex; Randi says she isn't afraid of sex because she was once a hooker! Angie and Frankie watch the women. Angie says Randi is a lovely woman. JR and Babe return but they can't find the ring. Little A begins to choke!
Who Loves You?
Adam is getting some papers ready when the doorbell rings. He finds Tad and Krystal at the door; they are about to tell him something when JR and Babe interrupt - and tell them they are getting married! Tad tells JR how excited he is and Krystal tells Babe this is just the beginning. Little A is excited, too. Colby comes in and is thrilled with the wedding news. Tad teases the girls when their voices get high-pitched as they talk about plans and being sisters. JR isn't sure what to think when Adam offers his congratulations and a hug. He calls Babe a bright, beautiful woman and apologizes for not giving her better treatment through the years. Tad and Krystal are just as curious about his about-face as JR and Babe. Tad leaves, hugging Adam on the way out! Krystal wants to talk details but Babe has to leave for work. Colby walks her out and Krystal takes little A upstairs to pack for a sleep over. JR turns to Adam and asks what he is up to! He tries convincing JR that he has changed but JR asks if he is trying to steal Fusion from under Babe! Adam swears that isn't what is going on. Krystal returns, interrupting them. Adam says he wants to throw an engagement party for them! "Now you're really scaring me," JR says. Little A likes the idea and Adam suggests they make the plans for the next day.
A Storm Is Brewing!
At the mansion, Babe and JR begin making wedding plans. He holds her and says this time their love will last. JR says he has to find the perfect diamond. A brewing storm cuts the power. JR goes to the basement to check the fuse box. Babe lights a candle - and sees someone at the window! It's just Annie. She apologizes for frightening Babe, who says her fear of the dark stems from Richie. She says she can still feel Richie around her and sometimes hears his voice. Annie tells Babe that this is part of Richie's ability to manipulate. Just then the window rattles and they see another figure outside! It's just JR; he says the power is out for a while and then tells Annie the wedding news. She watches them kiss. Babe leads JR upstairs. Wind blows out a candle as Annie watches. She hears Richie's voice telling her to stop acting like the victim. She runs outside and screams at Richie to leave her alone. She returns inside; someone watches her.
Kendall Can't Help Herself!
Amanda catches Petey at the loading docks but he covers, saying he is a friend of Annie's and was coming to see her. Amanda drags him upstairs and says Annie is out sick for a while. Kendall and Greenlee recognize him and ask why he is really there. Petey says he needs a job and wants to see how true businesswomen work. Kendall and Greenlee don't buy that for a second and say there are no job openings. Amanda escorts Petey to the elevator as JR and Babe arrive. JR kisses Babe and says he'll see her later. Petey, Amanda and JR leave. Babe subtly lets Kendall know Petey has been hanging around with Adam lately. Greenlee runs after Petey and brings him back upstairs. Kendall says they have had a change of heart and he is hired! Petey leaves. Kendall tells Babe they are keeping their enemies close. Babe leaves. Kendall is still worried about the takeover situation but she is also worried about Annie and tells Greenlee she has to win Ryan back before Annie gets her clutches back into Ryan. Greenlee tells Kendall to stop focusing on other people and start focusing on her own problems with Zach! Kendall insists she has no problems but Greens knows there is a problem.
Adam and Erica verbally spar about his smack on her rear end. She flirts with him a little and he asks about Jack. Erica insists that she isn't interested in Jack at all but Adam doesn't believe her. Erica pours on the charm and says she is ready to move on but she wants to be asked out as a lady should be. JR and Babe arrive, wondering what is going on. Adam says they are just talking. They continue upstairs. Erica heads for the door. Adam calls her cell phone and asks if she would consider joining him for dinner. She agrees. Adam shows her out. Jackson is kissing Carmen on the porch! Carmen goes inside. Erica starts to leave but Jack stops her and asks what she is doing. She reminds him that her love life is none of his business and he agrees. He walks away. She watches him go with a smile on her face.
JR and Babe find Annie in the sitting room with Emma. JR takes Emma to the kitchen. Annie and Babe talk about falling in love. Babe says she is really falling for JR because he has changed; she says they are talking about kids and Annie says she is happy for her. Babe goes upstairs. Annie sits with Emma for a while and promises that she will be safe forever. Someone opens the door and watches them!
In bed, Babe tells JR how much she loves their new life. JR turns to her, says he had a whole scene picked out but he can't wait. "Will you marry me, again?" he asks.
Kendall Knows!
Ryan arrives at the hospital as Annie is being released. Babe and JR are there, supporting her. They walk out for a moment and Ryan asks what he can do; Annie says there is nothing. He keeps pressing her, wanting to do something; Annie sadly says she'll be fine. Babe and JR return to take Annie back to the mansion. Ryan watches them go.
At the mansion, JR and Babe settle Annie in and then leave for work. On their way out, JR promises Babe that Adam won't ruin things for them and that he'll push Adam right out of the deal. Babe asks if Adam is really trying to submarine them; JR is certain he is. Corrinna brings Emma inside. Emma proudly says she helped change Jenny's diaper so now she can help with Annie's baby, too. Annie is crying with Emma when Ryan arrives. They agree to tell her together. Annie explains that the baby in her tummy got sick and went to heaven. Emma worries that she'll go to heaven, too. Ryan reassures her and promises that they will all stay together. He asks Emma to help them say goodbye to the baby. He suggests planting a tree in the park in memory of the baby.
At the Yacht Club Erica meets with Lou, the executive producer of New Beginnings and several other shows. She says she is ready to come back to her host position. Lou stuns her by saying there is a new mandate at the station and New Beginnings is in trouble because viewership has dropped! Adam arrives as Erica tries to convince Lou to stand by her show. He gleefully watches. JR arrives and says he has lost faith in Babe and that Adam should cut his losses. Adam says there may be another way. They agree to meet at the mansion later. JR leaves but watches Adam for a few minutes from the hall. Adam eavesdrops on Erica again as Lou says there is only one way New Beginnings will survive - if Erica agrees to turn it into a reality/dating show. Erica turns him down flat and says she will prove that New Beginnings is still viable. Lou says Elton gave him the ideas; Erica says Elton would never do that and threatens to call him. Lou gives in and says she has until the end of sweeps to bring up the ratings. He leaves. Adam comes over and tries to make nice with Erica by offering coffee. He sits down and tells Erica that Jack could be the answer to her prayers. She tries to sling coffee at him but Adam catches her. She storms off.
