Aiden and Di come over to Tad's, and she sees Kate's birth certificate. They ask if she can help them find Annie and what else she knows. Di admits that she never saw Annie pregnant, and that she said Terry was not Emma's father. Tad shows how tortured he is by being unable to find his daughter, and Aiden vows not to give up until they find her.
JR shows up at Tad's, wanting to know what's going on. He's angry, and thinks Tad's assertions about Kate are an attempt to hurt his mother. Jamie comes in, and the truth about the trial is revealed. He's completely surprised, now sorry for the way he acted. He asks if Tad knows the identity of the real killer of Madden. Is it who he thinks it is?
Tad goes over to the hospital to see if David has any more of Emma's DNA material. David says he doesn't—and then spills the beans about Krystal's pregnancy.
At the Chandler manse, David tells JR to stop messing with Babe—and says Babe's happiness may be due to Josh, not JR. And he mentions that he's found Kate—but JR definitely doesn't want to hear anything more about his sister.
Josh tries to convince David that JR is bad for Babe. David goes on about how much he loathes JR, and all the Chandlers and the Martins. He wants Josh to help him, and be Babe's "champion."
David tells Josh that he's the only one who can save Babe—"make Babe change her mind." He wants Josh to blow up the Babe-JR marriage. He can't afford to stand by when Babe is going with a man as dangerous as JR—do whatever it takes. Josh refuses and tells David to leave him alone.
David goes to see Krystal, and tells her how Colby blabbed at BJ's about Babe having an affair with Josh. Krystal says that's a lie, but David said he knows it's true. Adam comes out and tells him not to upset Krystal in her condition. "Who's the father?" says David.
JR tells him to get out now—Babe's at Fusion.
Adam advises JR to get Babe pregnant as a way to "lock her in" and solidify their marriage.
Krystal talks to Babe about the "bullet she dodged."
JR tells Adam he's not willing to assist him in going after Josh—who shows up at their front door, demanding to see Babe. Krystal and Babe come out from the parlor, and she tells him that he should be thanking JR. "My wife has zero interest in you," says JR. Josh thanks Babe and leaves.
JR continues to defend Babe to Adam, who thinks he's missing the Chandler "killer instinct." JR insists Babe is "100% committed to him."
Chief Frye comes to see Adam. He's upset with Colby; Adam tells him that Colby is suffering from PTSD. Frye says he's through with the Chandlers—they're now "on their own."
Babe goes to see Josh to explain—but they end up in each other's arms. The she pulls away and begs him to let this go, and says she loves JR. They kiss again. then Babe says no more, and leaves.
Babe comes home and tells JR she loves him, and is happier than she's been in a long, long time
"I'm ready to talk—and to listen," JR tells Babe. The rest of the family leaves them in private. How did everything go so wrong, asks Babe, with all the love between them? "Our marriage is broken, JR."
Winifred brings Little Adam in and they play with him for a moment. JR reminds Babe that their son is a reminder of how good they had it. JR calls the family back in—he has an announcement. "I want the truth out. Josh never touched Colby. It was a lie—a lie that almost ruined us."
JR agrees that he knows the reason this is true. "I wanted Josh out of our lives—and almost let Colby ruin us." Colby is enraged at JR; he asks Babe to come back to their marriage, if it's not too late. He's not the man she married, and there's no reason for her to believe him now—but he wants to spend the rest of his life being the man she deserves. They embrace, and promise to make their marriage work this time.
Krystal reams Colby for being a liar; Adam gets on the phone to clear Josh.
Babe tells Colby that the lies "end now." Colby tells JR that Babe led Josh on—and seduced her as a substitute for Babe.
JR agrees that Colby has a point. Why is Babe continuing to side with Josh? Babe begs him not to allow his anger to ruin another man's life.
Babe tells JR that she regrets pushing things with Josh. She tells him she believes in him and in his ability to be a "better man" and asks him to help Josh the same way she helped him. JR is incredulous at her request.
Babe admits to JR that she's made many mistakes, but says all she's ever wanted was a successful marriage.
Josh shows up at the Chandler manse front door and is confronted by Colby, who immediately begins berating him. She admits that she made up the story about them, but she knows that Josh and Babe made love. If he admits that to JR, she'll admit she lied about them.
When Josh refuses to do that, Colby starts to yell as if she's being attacked. Babe runs out the front door, and Adam, who just arrived home, grabs Josh. She's confronted by all the Chandlers, and Josh denies touching her.
"I'm ending this…now," announces Babe. "You need to leave Josh. Go now." He leaves, and Babe says that Josh did not touch Colby, and she can prove it. "How?" asks JR.
At home, JR tells Adam that Josh is capable of anything. Adam wonders if Colby is lying to protect Sean. JR insists that Josh isn't really interested in Colby, but that he's interested in getting back at the Chandlers. It's clear that JR has some doubts about Colby's veracity.
Adam points out to JR that Colby's accusation serves them well. How can Josh interfere with Babe and JR's marriage if he's behind bars?
At the Fusion office, Babe promises Kendall that she won't let Josh go to prison. Babe asks Kendall to back off, and she agrees to—but warns her that if she fails, she'll have the Kane family to answer to.
Back at home, Colby tells JR how horrible Babe was to her—accusing her at school. "I'm not Dad…I know that you're lying," says JR. He points out that Colby has a history of lying. He thanks [a shocked] Colby. "I owe you big, little sister. You might make a decent Chandler after all."
They embrace and Babe walks in.
