JR gets back to the mansion and tells Adam he wants a drink. Adam says he had the alcohol taken away, which angers JR. He says he isn't going to drink it, he wants to smell it. "Maybe if I can stop myself, I can control something. Anything," he says. Adam asks what is wrong and he says Babe. JR says he hears and smells Babe everywhere in the mansion and it's killing him. Adam reaches out but that just makes JR more crazy; he says Adam killed Babe by bringing them back. Adam tells him to let the grief out but JR can't. He goes to the terrace. Erica arrives and demands to see JR; she tells Adam about JR's 'attack' on Amanda. JR defends himself but Adam blames everything on Amanda. He says Amanda is after JR's money!
You Know Me!
Erica calls the mansion to tell Adam to have her things sent to the Valley Inn; he mentions her staying there and she says he knows that was a one night only deal. She says she has too much to do with the upcoming christening to move her things herself and hangs up. Adam pours coffee as JR walks in, still tired because he can't sleep in his old room without Babe. Adam tells him to pick another room and asks what he can do. "Nothing," JR says as Little A walks in. They leave.
Erica calls Fusion as Randi is getting things going. She asks for Amanda; Randi makes excuses as Amanda walks in. She accuses Amanda of skipping out on work and then gives Randi the party-planning position that Amanda had! Amanda and Randi both object but Erica plows forward. She tells Randi to plan a party to raise money for the tornado victims and tells Amanda to start answering phones! Randi tries to calm Amanda down as she rages about Erica and her plans. Amanda says she needs her power back and that means money. "In this economy? Good luck," Randi says and returns to work. Amanda calls David and says she wants more money to wear the dress; he says she can have the same amount as before. She goes for it!
JR arrives at Tad's with Little A. They talk about Di; neither believes that Di kidnapped Emma. Tad tells him about the fight with Krystal; he wonders how to reach his wife. JR says he can't do anything. Amanda calls, upset, and says she can't work because she sees Babe everywhere at Fusion!
JR goes to Fusion and finds Amanda wearing Babe's dress; she says Babe gave it to her and she feels closer to Babe in it. JR angrily grabs the sash and rips the dress off of her!
That's My Daughter!
David grabs Krystal and tells her to listen to him. He says there is no way Little A can live at the mansion because it is too dangerous. She says Little A misses his home and his grandfather; she says this is the only home Little A has known. David says it doesn't matter and the boy can't stay here. David tells her that JR isn't strong enough to stand up for Little A around Adam. Krystal says he is jealous! He looks inside and they watch JR and Amanda; David says JR is making moves on Amanda but Krystal keeps sticking up for JR. David tells Krystal she better keep Amanda at a distance. She asks him to go and he leaves. She joins JR and Amanda inside; they are talking about Babe. The three of them talk about Babe's importance in their lives. She asks if JR is moving back to the mansion; he says he'll do whatever Little A needs. Krystal leaves. Amanda tells him how much she misses Babe and says Babe was the only person who believed in her. JR wonders if he'll mess up Little A's life. Amanda becomes uncomfortable and walks to the door. JR thanks her for coming to talk to him and she leaves.
Moving Plans!
JR goes to the mansion and finds Krystal and Little A there; she convinces JR to let Little A spend the night because he wants his own bed. Adam takes the boy upstairs. JR turns on Krystal but she remains firm, saying that the kiddo deserves some peace and familiar surroundings. JR says Little A just needs him but gives in to Krystal anyway. David and Amanda arrive and watch JR through the terrace doors. She has second thoughts about their plans and David says she probably isn't up to the task anyway. He says they need someone who is a good listener with a big heart. "You mean you want me to be Babe?" she asks and David says yes! He says she has to become Babe, which means not letting anyone walk all over her and she can't do it. Amanda gets angry and says, "Watch and learn." David smiles and peeks back in the window. Krystal sees him! She doesn't say anything to JR, who is still talking about Little A. She says he did the right thing by letting the boy stay at the mansion. JR finally agrees with her and goes upstairs. Krystal grabs her coat and goes to David. She threatens to call security but he stops her.
In the foyer, Amanda comes in and apologizes to JR for kissing him. She says she was out of line and will understand if he never speaks to her again. She turns to the door and JR asks her to wait.
But, I Love You!
At Fusion, David pours champagne and tells Amanda that JR deserves to be brought down. He says their first step is to get JR to drink again! He says she has to get drunk and call JR to come and rescue her; she picks up the bottle and drinks from it! She starts to ramble about living on a boat and being a pirate. JR arrives and David hides. She tells JR she needs help and staggers around. She says she needs help and he sees the empty champagne bottle. JR talks about getting food and coffee but Amanda stops him and begs him not to leave her alone. She says she felt lonely after the moment of silence. "I don't know what to do without Babe," she says and tells him about Fusion, losing her money and Jake. JR says things will be okay; she tells him to leave – just like everyone else! Amanda falls against him and kisses him. JR pulls back. He tells Amanda she is a jerk for doing this, takes her keys and leaves. David comes out and rages at Amanda for ruining their first step. She says she didn't do anything wrong and can try again when JR returns her keys the next day. David says she let him – and Babe! – down! She says she just wanted to kiss him; David says she should have done it better – and kisses her!
In the elevator, JR nearly takes a drink but maintains control. He smashes the bottle and leaves.
