At the apartment, Greenlee tells Aidan that she isn't sure about her feelings any longer. Aidan says this is partially his fault because he knew he couldn't take Ryan's place for her. He says they have to stop this now before either of them is hurt any more. He turns away and she follows him, begging him not to leave her. She says she wants to fight for them. Aidan says he is tired of fighting, gives her his keys and walks out.
Aidan goes to the construction site and tells the builders to stop working because he is abandoning the project! The construction workers leave. Aidan rips up the plans and then begins tearing the place apart! Greenlee arrives later and sees the destruction. She cries.
Ryan tells Emma about her new situation and says none of this is her fault. Corrinna takes Emma out. Aidan arrives and settles himself on Ryan's couch. He has a gun!
That's What you Get!
Ryan begs Greenlee not to shut him out. She tells him that this can’t happen but he reminds her that it already has. She insists that she is married but Ryan says that she is married to the wrong person. Aidan listens on his Bluetooth as Ryan tells her that he needs to hear her say she loves him. Aidan throws his Bluetooth across the room and rushes out the door. He doesn’t hear Greenlee tell Ryan that she loves Aidan! Ryan says that she can’t possibly love Aidan like she does him. He tells her that they are fighting against fate. She says that she wants her marriage to work, but he reminds her that she was kissing him. They argue back and forth about who was kissing who. Aidan walks in just as Ryan asks her again to admit that she loves him. Aidan tells Ryan to keep his hands off of his wife. He explains to them that the earrings were bugged. Greenlee orders Ryan to leave so that she can handle this with Aidan.
Greenlee wants to know how Aidan could do this to her. Aidan tells her that she could never stop thinking about Ryan. He accuses her of still being in love with Ryan and not him. She explains that it was Amanda and Jake who he heard through the earrings. She declares that it is the risk he took when he chose to bug his wife! Aidan tells her that he needed proof that what she was telling him was true. Greenlee reminds him that if anyone should have trust issues, it is her! Greenlee can’t believe that all of this has happened in two short months. Greenlee says that the truth is that she is not sleeping with Ryan. He says that may be, but he now knows that she is really in love with Ryan. She tells him that he is obviously going to believe whatever he wants and walks out.
You're Spying On Me!
At the penthouse, Aidan listens in on Greenlee. She arrives home and he shuts down his devices. She says she only has a minute before she has to get back to work because of the Bella mess. She jumps in the shower. Aidan grabs another bug, tests it and then places it in another pair of earrings. Greenlee returns, dressed and ready for work. She sits on Aidan's lap and kisses him. She says she has to get to work. Aidan reminds her of her earrings; she grabs them and leaves.
Phones are ringing off the hook at Fusion as Randi and Amanda try to do damage control. Kendall arrives. Amanda reports that Babe is on the way. Greenlee arrives and asks where Kendall was. She starts in about Ryan and him needing her; Aidan listens from the penthouse. Greenlee tells Kendall to stop because she isn't interested. Babe arrives so Kendall turns her anger toward her. Babe says she quits! She tells them to place the blame fully on her shoulders and admits she was plotting to take over Fusion. Kendall and Greenlee are shocked. Babe tells them not to blame Amanda, and encourages them to give Amanda a real shot. Kendall accepts Babe's resignation. "I'm going to miss all of you," she says and looks directly at Kendall. She drops another bomb - that she and JR are moving away. Amanda tells her not to go. Ryan calls and asks Greenlee if they can meet; she caves in. Aidan hears her but the phone starts cutting in and out so she takes off the earrings. Ryan says he is on the roof; she takes her other earring off and tells Kendall she has to do something and leaves. Babe and Kendall make peace and Kendall says Amanda is welcome to stay at Fusion as long as she learns her place! Kendall takes a call and says, "No! You can't do this!" She hangs up and calls for attention. The call was from the FDA and they are closing down the company until their investigation of Bella is over! The crew is shocked. "Go home," Kendall says and promises to keep everyone informed. She gathers her things. Amanda says they have to do something. Kendall says she is going for a drink. Jake arrives and Amanda tearfully says they shut the company down. "It's all gone. All my money, all my dreams," she says in tears. Jake hugs her and says she'll be okay because she is a smart woman. He kisses her. Aidan picks up his bug, hears the kissing noises and thinks it is Greenlee!
Greenlee comes back into the office and Amanda tells her about the shut down. She is stunned. Amanda and Jake leave. Greenlee puts her earrings back on as Ryan walks in. She tells him to go but he won't. Aidan listens in. "We need to talk - about us!" Ryan says.
Pawn to Bishop Three!
At home alone, Aidan listens as Greenlee talks to Ryan! As they talk about the past and laugh, Aidan becomes upset.
