It's Time To Fight!

Amanda walks in to ConFusion, mad about Zach, and takes her anger out on Del. Del wonders what is wrong with her, which only makes her more mad. He walks away to order her drink. Aidan walks by and cheers her up when he says he has a lead on Seamus! Aidan gives her a plane charter but the charter doesn't have a destination but he promises to find it. Amanda tells him she has to know tonight! Her demands make Aidan wonder what she is really up to but Amanda will only tell him that Seamus taking the coin has stolen her dreams. JR arrives as they are talking, distracting Amanda. Aidan sees him and begins to wonder about the connection. Amanda asks Aidan to make Seamus his priority and heads to the bar to begin working. Aidan watches her with JR. Amanda hands over the departure ticket and JR leaves. Amanda follows, ignoring Del who tells her he needs help! Aidan follows them both.

Faking It!

Amanda meets Del at Fusion. He wonders where her tan is and she blames the sunblock. Del doesn't buy it. He thinks Amanda was just hiding out somewhere on the East Coast with a new guy. Amanda insists she was in Fiji but Del won't drop the subject. JR arrives and pulls Amanda away from Del. Amanda tells JR about putting Aidan on the trail of Seamus, angering JR. He is worried that Aidan will somehow figure out the truth. Amanda thinks JR is overreacting. They begin to argue over their parents and who is the worse person. JR tells Amanda that nothing good can come of Aidan knowing about Seamus but she insists that Aidan only knows Seamus as an employee who took her coin. JR explains his Zach theory to Amanda and she admits it has merit. Kendall arrives and JR wanders off. Amanda tells Kendall that she is quitting ConFusion, stunning Kendall. She wonders if Amanda is moving on because of JR and warns her away from him! Kendall wonders when JR and Amanda got so chummy but Amanda won't answer her. She heads back upstairs to work. Amanda calls Lily and asks for an appointment to see Zach!

Lies and More Lies

Adam meets with an FBI agent, telling him that the money is important - but having JR back is more important. Meanwhile, JR calls Amanda to find out if she is still on board with their plan. Adam interrupts JR, telling him that the FBI agent is ready for him.

At Wildwind, Amanda asks Aidan to help her find Seamus Wong! Aidan questions her about Seamus and Amanda makes up a story about him being her ex-lover, the one who took her to Fiji. Aidan tells her that he is probably just a playboy and she shouldn't worry but Amanda won't let it drop. She tells Aidan that she is fine with being dumped but she wants Seamus to tell her he is dumping her to her face! Smiling, Aidan tells her to come up with the truth! She makes up a story about meeting Seamus and about his job at Chandler Enterprises. When Aidan still has questions, Amanda tells him that Seamus took her dad's lucky coin and she wants it back! Aidan agrees to find Seamus for her, but is angry that she tried to snow him. Moments later the FBI investigator arrives to interview her! Amanda plays the ditzy role, telling the investigator that she only knows that JR is rich and the kidnappers obviously wanted money.

Adam and JR meet back up at the mansion, both angry that they haven't been able to track down the money. Adam regrets asking Zach; JR wonders what Zach's real motivation was. Adam admits to JR that he borrowed the money from Zach because they were already involved in a deal - to take Chandler from JR! JR can't believe what Adam was planning. "You two were working together?" JR asks. Adam tells him it was a mistake, one that he regrets more than anything and it calms JR's anger. But when Adam tells him that Zach won't just have a piece of the company - he'll have a huge chunk - JR becomes more concerned. Adam gets a call from a friend but the guy can't raise the $100 million. JR goes to the door and greets Amanda, who tells him things are copasetic with the FBI. JR tells her his suspicions about Zach - be believes that Zach has the $100 million! "This game is far from over," JR says.

Get The Money Back!

JR asks Adam why he turned to Zach and Adam explains that he needed ready cash. Amanda is in the background, worried that her part will be discovered but neither man is paying attention to her. JR asks how Adam could rescue him after the things JR did - like taking over Chandler. Adam tells him it doesn't matter and heads to the phone - he is going to call in the FBI to find the kidnappers! JR takes the phone before the call can go through telling Adam that there isn't time to call in the feds when they need to pay back Zach in 48 hours! He wants to hire private investigators but Adam still wants to call in the feds. He takes the phone and calls again. As he talks to the feds, Amanda angrily tells JR that she is out. She isn't sticking her neck out for him! Amanda goes upstairs. Adam reports that the federal agents won't come by until the morning. Emotionally, Adam hugs JR, telling him that his prayers have been answered with JR's return. JR pulls back, telling Adam that they still need to follow through on the money without the feds. Seeing how wiped out Adam is, JR asks about his meds and his health and tries to get JR to go up to bed. He apologizes for the name-change thing and tells Adam that he never would have gone through with it. "I am very much your son and I always will be," he says. They sit down to create a profile of the kidnappers. JR tells Adam about being taken and then asks what Adam remembers about the kidnappers. Adam tells him about the website and the kidnappers and then remembers Seamus Wong coming by the mansion. Colby arrives home, shocked at JR's appearance. Adam tells her that JR was kidnapped but he's fine now. Colby gets mad because Adam kept her in the dark. Amanda arrives and thanks Colby for the clothes. Colby wants to call Babe but Adam tells her that they need to find the kidnappers and the ransom money. "We're going to get the money back but we need to keep this quiet," Adam says, directing most of his tirade at Amanda. She tells him she'll stay quiet if she wants to and she'll talk if she wants. JR tries to get between them but neither Adam nor Amanda will let him in. "One more word and I will blow your world to hell," Amanda says! JR finally gets between them and pulls Amanda out of the room, sending her home. Colby asks Adam how he is really doing. He says things are fine.

In the foyer, Amanda tells JR that she won't lie to the feds for him! He promises to keep things quiet and keep her name out of it. She doesn't buy it and thinks she'll become the sacrificial lamb. JR swears no one will find out the truth about the kidnapping because it would kill Adam. Amanda is stunned again by how much Adam still means to JR. He asks her to help him by keeping quiet. "You were ready to lie before," he reminds her when she hesitates. Amanda walks away, telling him that she was going to keep quiet before for the money. JR stops her, telling her there is still a chance she can have the money! She reminds him that her price is half a million dollars. He tells her that it will probably take a while but he will get her money just as long as she keeps quiet! Amanda changes her tune - she wants half a mil if Adam doesn't get the ransom back. If they do get the money back, she wants more - $5 million! Amanda kisses him and quickly leaves the mansion!

Adam To The Rescue!

In the cellar, Amanda argues with JR, telling him that he is no longer in charge of the kidnapping scheme and he needs to wise up. JR, though, is certain that Adam will find them if for no other reason that to get his money back! Amanda realizes that JR doesn't really want Adam's money; he wants his father back! JR objects, telling Amanda that he could care less about Adam but Amanda doesn't buy it. "Despite everything you love your dad and you want him to love you back," Amanda says. JR still won't admit it; she tells JR that with everything Janet has done she still loves her and it is understandable that JR still loves Adam even though Adam has done horrible things to him. JR runs upstairs and tries the door again but it won't budge. They argue some more and then the doors open! It's Zach and Adam to the rescue. Adam envelopes JR in a hug, telling him he is safe. JR cries, playing up the part. He asks if Adam transferred the money and when he learns he did, pretends to be upset about Adam giving away his fortune for him. Finally JR realizes Zach is there and asks why Adam brought him in. "I'm protecting myself and my money," Adam says. JR tells him to find the money, making Adam wonder what is really going on. Adam calls his banking friend and realizes the money is gone. JR promises that they'll find the money but that only makes Adam more curious. Zach leans against the wall, wondering how JR knew the money was gone and how he can be certain they will get it back. They all go back to the Chandler mansion. Zach reminds Adam about the time limit and JR realizes just how deeply Zach is involved. As he leaves, Zach talks about his redecoration plans!

Hello, Simone!

In the cellar, JR realizes that the door out is locked - and they are alone! Amanda can't believe that he didn't account for something like this happening. They tussle over his phone and wind up tossing it against the wall! With the phone dead, both worry about what might happen to them now. JR believes that Wong, his first in command, is behind this. They begin going through the cellar to find a way out. They find a grate and try to open it but instead knock a pipe loose and the basement begins to flood! They finally get the water stopped. JR begins to pace, apologizing for getting Amanda involved in the situation at all. She tells him to stop, that the plan was good and it isn't his fault that his co-conspirators decided to trade him in for more cash. JR kisses her!

Amanda Wants In On JR's Plan!

Amanda strikes out at JR again, believing that he planned on getting her involved from the beginning of their relationship! JR denies it, telling her that from the beginning he was attracted to her and that she wasn't supposed to be around when he was kidnapped. "I know I'm a jerk but we do go great together," he says. JR asks her to keep quiet and work with him for a piece of the action. He reminds her of the things Adam did to Janet. JR promises that they won't get caught but Amanda is leery of the plan. After a moment, though, she decides to play JR's dirty games. She wants to be independently rich, not JR Chandler's girlfriend and a car! She demands a million dollars and stock options. When JR waffles, she says she'll take more money in lieu of the stocks and they strike a deal. JR kisses her passionately, turned on by Amanda's hard-nosed dealings! They make love. After, Amanda begins to ask questions - like why JR let the "kidnappers" actually beat him up. He explains that he needed the kidnapping to be real. He asks Amanda what she is in the mood to eat and pulls a cell phone from behind the wall. When he dials, an automated voice tells him that the number is no longer in service! "We may have a problem," JR says.
