Annie Puts Her Plans In Motion!

Kendall arrives at Fusion. Greenlee is there. She drops the Josh bomb and says she isn't sure Zach wouldn't have killed him and she isn't sure why he can't forgive her actions. Annie and Babe arrive, talking about safety. Babe lets Annie know about Adam's gun. Kendall and Greenlee spot them and Kendall makes a smart remark about their late arrival. Babe ignores them and starts work; she is excited about the web hits Bella is getting. Annie pretends to be hot and removes her sweater. The women see the bruises. Babe demands to know what is going on and Annie says Ryan did it! She says she pushed Ryan too hard. Kendall doesn't believe her for a minute but Greenlee and Babe do. Babe brings up Ryan's fight with Aidan and offers any help Annie needs. She says she just wants to work. Kendall takes Greenlee aside. Greenlee defends Annie, saying Ryan has lost control before. She wonders if Ryan did hurt Annie. Annie listens, smiling. Richie appears. Annie says all of this - including the fake bruises - are Greenlee's fault. She sees a pair of scissors and watches Babe and Greenlee laughing. Babe asks her to look over some proofs with them. "Kill her," Richie says. Annie ignores him and agrees with Greenlee's choice. Babe asks Greenlee about her dinner plans. Greenlee says with Aidan out, she is going to have a scary movie fest all on her own. Annie decides to go after Greenlee tonight!

Kendall goes to Cambias but Zach still won't talk to her. She pushes and pushes until he finally turns on her and tells her to stop bringing other people's problems into their marriage. He says he is tired of talking about Ryan or Annie or Greenlee or Aidan and tells her to focus on them. Kendall defends her buttinsky ways, telling him about Annie's bogus claims on Ryan and saying he needs a friend. Zach won't listen. "Pay attention to your family!" he says!

Kendall Defies Zach!

At Cambias, Kendall tells Zach how wrong he is to go after Josh this way. She says Josh is messed up because of Greg and he should be given some leeway. Zach says Josh being raised by Greg doesn't make it right for him to steal from them. Kendall says he is family; she doesn't understand why he can forgive Hannah but he can't forgive Josh. Zach says he accepted Josh as his brother but that stealing $20 million is something that can't be forgiven. Kendall realizes that Josh has broken Zach's trust - and his heart! Zach starts making business calls about Josh as Kendall keeps harping on him to forgive Josh and let him off the hook. Zach says he isn't a Kane. This angers Kendall, who says he forgave Greenlee and Ryan and everyone has forgiven her for her misdeeds. Zach tells her forgiveness isn't enough this time and tells her to go home. She won't. He says more talking isn't going to solve this. "It's done!" he yells. She walks out, slamming the door. One of the goons reports in that they haven't found Josh. Erica arrives and asks what is really going on. Zach says Josh embezzled money and he'll pay for it. Erica can't believe he is going to take on the entire Kane family. He says he can't leave Josh in his job - or in Pine Valley - after he stole from the company and the family. He says this is no different than when Erica wanted Josh out of the picture after he tried to ruin her at New Beginnings. She begs him not to do anything against the family. Zach says Josh is no longer his family. Erica begs him to reconsider getting rid of Josh. Zach tells her to stop feeling guilty about Josh and using that guilt to overprotect him. She says he is going to destroy is relationship with Kendall. Zach refuses to listen to her any longer.

Kendall walks into Erica's suite as Josh takes an envelope of cash from the safe. She tells him to trust her to take care of things and keep Zach in line. Josh says Zach is crazy and turns on her, telling her that being her babysitter wasn't enough of a family connection for him. She nearly calls him a mistake but stops; Josh knows what she was going to say, though, and says he is the only family he needs. "The guy who shouldn't exist just wanted to go somewhere that no one knew him," Josh says. He says he stopped being a person and started being an accessory for the Kane's as soon as they found out about the un-abortion. He asks what she is going to do. She calls Ryan, who is about to go for a motorcycle ride, and asks for help. When he arrives, Kendall asks Ryan to help Josh disappear! Josh tells her to stop but she won't give in. Ryan says he can't do it and Josh goes off on a tangent about Kendall using Ryan to slow Josh down. Ryan says he needs help from Tad; Josh refuses. Kendall suggests Aidan and when Josh tells her she isn't helping she says she could just leave him hanging in the wind.

Ryan and Kendall arrive at Zach's. Erica is still there. They say Josh is safe but Zach will never find him. Zach says they are making a huge mistake.

Annie's Desperate Measure!

Kendall asks what Zach is doing. Zach says Josh has been stealing from them, to the tune of $20 million. Josh sticks with his I'm-Being-Framed story; Kendall believes him but Zach refuses. Harris finally calls back and reports that no one hacked Josh's computer. Josh tries to work on Kendall but Zach angrily tells Josh to come clean. "Fine. I took the money!" Josh exclaims. Kendall can't believe it. Josh says he was using the money to build is own business but that the economy turned. He swears he'll pay it back. Kendall asks how he could do this to the family; Josh says he has no family because he was just a mistake! He says he wasn't going to use Madden's dirty money to build his success. Kendall says stealing from his family is not better than what Greg Madden did. Zach stops their arguing by grabbing Josh. He says Josh knows what has to happen next and leads him to the hall where the goons are waiting. Josh begs Kendall not to let them kill him. Zach shuts the door and Kendall asks what he is really going to do. He won't give her a straight answer, even when Kendall suggests letting the police handle things. Zach says Josh has to disappear or their business will suffer. He watches Josh on a surveillance camera and says they won't survive a public investigation. He says he understands why Josh did what he did but that he can't forgive - or forget! - it. "So, I'm going to make him disappear. Don't ask me anything else," Zach says. Kendall begs him not to do anything and watches the cameras, too. She asks if she can talk to Josh. Zach gives them a few minutes alone. She maces the guards and lets Josh run off. She stops Zach when he tries to follow. Zach sends the men after Josh. Kendall says if he does anything to Josh, they are through!

First Right of Refusal!

Annie returns to the Bella party and demands that Aidan stop Greenlee from going after Ryan. She says the two of them are on the roof and they aren't looking at one another as friends. Aidan says he trusts his wife. Across the room, Josh tells Kendall he is in trouble and begs her to come with him. She says whatever trouble he is in with Zach, he should just go and talk it out. He agrees to try and leaves.

Josh is in the parking garage when Zach's men find him and drag him away! The men take him to Zach's office. Zach accuses Josh of stealing from him. Josh swears he isn't the embezzler but Zach doesn't believe him. Josh tells him to call Harris in accounting because the two of them have been working to find out who hacked into his computer to make him appear guilty. Zach calls but Harris doesn't answer. Josh asks if he is calling the police and Zach says he'll take care of this himself! "What, are you going to kill me?" Josh asks as Kendall walks in!

Damage Control!

Back at the party, Kendall can't take her mind off of Greenlee. Amanda returns to Babe, who is worried after hearing Randi scream, and says a low-life came after Randi. Frankie takes Randi out of the party. Babe worries that the launch has been damaged. Colby comes over with Adam and JR, excited about the fragrance. She asks for another spritz over and over but Adam won't hear of her putting more of the contaminated brew on her body. He takes Petey aside; Petey isn't sure how the perfume will affect Colby but says it shouldn't be any worse than when Opal was exposed. Adam angrily blames Petey, saying Colby wasn't supposed to be affected. Ryan grabs Annie and demands to know why she didn't tell him about Joe's bed rest ultimatum. She says her doctor's words are none of his business since he has been lying for months about Greenlee. Kendall interrupts and demands that Annie get to work doing damage control because of the attack. Annie leaves to talk to the press and Kendall tells Ryan to stop letting Annie use his kids against him. Babe and Amanda wonder what to do about the attack. Amanda nearly tells her about Randi's hooker past but keeps her mouth shut. JR interrupts and tells Babe they have to get Colby home because her "problem" is back. Just then Colby walks by, giggling drunkenly. Amanda says she can handle things. Jack finds Carmen. She is upset about the attack. Reporters begin questioning her about Erica's early exit but Carmen doesn't know anything. Jack takes her aside and suggests they leave. Carmen is worried about why Erica may have left the party early. Jack says it doesn't matter. Kendall corners Amanda at the bar and says she knew this would happen. Amanda tells her to back off because this could have happened to any one of them. Greenlee comes over and says the same thing; Kendall won't listen. She tries calling Zach again but he doesn't answer. Kendall runs into Aidan and tells him to stop smothering Greenlee because it won't stop Greens from returning to Ryan! Annie finds Aidan a few minutes later and tells him to keep Greenlee under wraps and away from Ryan!

At Cambias, Zach is going over the books with another worker who says all of the books appear to be clean but there is still $20 million missing! Kendall finally gets through to Zach but he is short with her, even after she tells him about Randi's attack. Zach hangs up and grabs a file. He realizes who the thief is. Two of his men agree to go after the thief.
