Annie, Ryan, Kendall and Zach head for the wedding chapel but they have to wait because another ceremony is already underway. They wait but Annie gets impatient, especially after Ryan brings up how Greenlee crashed their first wedding. She convinces everyone to crash the wedding already going on.
In the wedding chapel, Aidan brings up friends and family, wondering if Greens is serious about getting married. She swears she only wants him and that she doesn't care about a dress or attendants. Aidan says, craziness and all, Greenlee is the most sane person he knows. He accepts her proposal. They kiss and then Aidan runs from the room to find witnesses and a justice of the peace. He finds Babs and Foster and they agree to be the witnesses. The ceremony gets underway and they say their vows. They realize at the last minute that they don't have rings. Greenlee takes off her earrings to use as rings. Just then, Ryan, Annie, Kendall and Zach arrive. Greenlee thinks it is funny that Annie and Ryan were planning to renew their vows at the same chapel where she is saying hers. The minister continues with the ceremony by asking if anyone objects to the union! Ryan watches but doesn't say anything. Annie seems triumphant. Aidan places an earring on Greenlee's finger and she does the same. Annie claps as they kiss but both Kendall and Ryan look heartbroken.
Blah, Blah, Blah and Ryan Proposes!
Zach, Kendall, Annie and Ryan arrive in Vegas and Annie immediately hits the Black Jack tables. Ryan goes to get her chips and Richie appears! Ryan returns, startling Annie. She says she is just nervous about playing.
Across the room, Kendall vents to Zach that she can't bond with Annie while she is playing Ryan. Zach tells her, again, to back off. Ryan comes over. Kendall skirts around her issues with Annie again and Ryan tells her to stop. He says if she doesn't back off she'll lose him as a friend. Kendall tells him not to let Annie come between them. He points out that Annie is his wife and the mother of his children. Kendall won't back off; she says Annie is costing him too much! Ryan says she is wrong and he is the one who has cost Annie too much! "You don't know her," Kendall says! Ryan says he knows Annie, he loves her and he is committed to her!
Zach takes Annie to a table for a drink and brings up his brother Michael. He says it is Michael's birthday and he's feeling strange about that; he says he feels the way Annie must feel about Richie. Across the room, Richie's ghost waves at her! Annie's mind wanders and she brings up all the things Richie said about Babe after the kidnapping. "You blew it, Sis," Richie says. Zach asks when she last talked to Richie. Annie changes the subject, making Zach even more curious. Annie returns to the tables and loses a few hands. Ryan and Kendall come over and Ryan asks Annie if she wants to renew their wedding vows! She is thrilled and agrees. They ask Zach and Kendall to be the witnesses. Kendall tries to back out but Ryan won't let her. They leave to check out the chapel. Kendall tells Zach they have to do something - now! Zach says she may be right about Annie's guilt. Ryan and Annie are back in a flash with the name of a chapel - the Cherub Chapel.
It's All About Family, Remember?
On the plane, Kendall, Annie, Ryan and Zach make small talk. Annie begins feeling airsick and runs for the bathroom. Ryan asks Kendall what is really going on. She tries to convince him that they are just trying to bond with Annie but he doesn't believe her - especially when she brings up the hidden key. Ryan tells her to back off and goes after Annie. Zach says Kendall could use classes in sensitivity and tells her to back off, too. He says if she keeps pushing they will never learn the truth. She agrees to back off. At the bathroom, Annie hears Richie's voice tell her that she will never by okay until Greenlee is out of the way. She leaves the restroom and tells Ryan she just wants things to get back to normal. She reminds him that in the hospital he said family comes first. Kendall comes over and asks how Annie is doing. She says she is fine and apologizes for acting so strangely. She says she wants things to get back to normal. Kendall says she'll try and hugs Annie. She asks about the accident and keeps questioning her when Annie says she doesn't remember. Ryan hears their raised voices and asks what is going on. Kendall says they were talking about moving on and sits down with Zach to play cards. A while later, Annie returns to Ryan and asks what he is thinking about. "The woman I love," he says.
I'm Not Going Anywhere!
At the hospital, Jake tells Ryan and Annie how lucky they were and then leaves to get the release papers going. Annie talks about their miracle but Ryan is quiet. He leaves to check messages so Annie calls Rachael and asks her to bring Emma to the hospital. Ryan returns and says Dre was just arrested for the hit-and-run! Annie pretends to be shocked that they really were the culprits. Ryan doesn't believe she is upset about the arrest. She plays up to him, saying she is at fault for everything because she brought Richie to town. When he sees how stressed out she is, Ryan changes the subject by saying they need to focus on their family. Annie looks across the room and sees Richie in the corner! Emma arrives. They show her the ultrasound and she says she wants a sister. Then, she asks if Ryan is going to live with them again. Emma falls asleep. Ryan apologizes to Annie for causing her any doubts. He says he'll be better from now on and caresses her belly. He says he'll get things right this time around. Ryan goes to get her release papers. Annie sees Richie again. He tells her she is crazy and she tells him to leave her alone.
Dre Takes The Heat!
Ryan tells Kendall the key doesn't mean anything but Kendall is certain that the key is important and wants to find out what it opens. She tells him the key could tell them who the real father of Annie's baby is. This angers Ryan. Kendall insists that Annie has secrets and her secrets are more dangerous than his secrets! Aidan and Greenlee walk in and she asks what secrets they're talking about. Ryan clams up. Aidan tells them about the gas leak when Kendall wonders why they are at the office. Ryan takes Aidan aside and asks about the investigation. He asks Aidan to look into the key! Zach calls, tells Kendall to get Ryan to the hospital and hangs up. She tells Ryan that Annie is okay but shaken up and he hurries out. Greenlee advises Kendall to go after him. While she is gathering a few things, Greenlee chatters on about moving in to the Yacht Club or his office for a while because her place is cursed. She asks what Ryan was saying to him but Aidan won't tell her.
At the hospital, Zach and Jake keep Annie calm. While Zach is waiting for Ryan, Annie asks Jake about ultrasounds. He says they can do one once Ryan arrives. He walks in a few minutes later and Jake has the equipment brought in. They watch as their baby appears on the screen. After seeing the ultrasound, Ryan leaves to check his voice mail. He hears the message from Annie and calls Aidan to tell him to forget about researching the key. He returns to Annie's side as Jake takes her vital signs.
Confession Is Good For The Soul!
Ryan walks in to the penthouse and sees Annie with a pipe wrench. She explains that a pipe was leaking and she was fixing it. He asks about Emma and Annie says she's at a sleep over with Spike and then says she dropped the bomb about the pregnancy, too. Ryan offers to fix the pipe before his next meeting. She asks if the meeting is with Greenlee and when he says it isn't she admits she saw them at ConFusion the night before. Annie gets emotional and tells him to go to his meeting. He leaves. She grabs the pipe wrench, puts it in her purse and turns around to see Richie in the penthouse! "Miss me?" he asks! Before she can say anything Zach arrives. As she talks about Ryan and the pregnancy, Richie taunts her to tell him what she really plans to do with the pipe wrench. Zach brings her back to the present. She blames her weirdness on pregnancy hormones and then apologizes for telling Jesse about the beating. Zach says it is in the past and invites her to sit with him. She tells him that she wants to leave Pine Valley with Ryan! Zach suggests she take Ryan to his Las Vegas casino for a second honeymoon. She says he and Kendall should come along so that she can mend those fences. Zach agrees to set it up. When she turns around, Richie is behind the door. He bangs a tire iron against her purse and asks what she is really planning. Annie grabs her bag and leaves the penthouse.
