Tad hollers at Krystal in the Martin living room - one minute she's asking him to get back together, and the next she's saying she volunteered to sacrifice herself to David Hayward! Krystal clarifies that she has no intention of sleeping with David. Tad worries that if she goes anywhere near Hayward he'll suck her in again. Krystal says she was weak before, and she doesn't want him to steal another family. Tad says seducing the anti-Christ isn't an option! He realizes that they're still fighting over David - they shouldn't try to get together again! Krystal protests that they share a child! Tad says they'll always share a bond, but he's still worried that some part of her may want David back. Krystal says it appears that David has power over him - not her. Tad refuses to live in David's shadow.
Jake is back at the Martin house with Stuart. Tad asks what is going on. Jake tells him that the baby mommy is snooping around, so he had to dash out of the Yacht Club with the child. Tad asks if Jake thinks everything should be handled with deception?! He lashes out at Jake, saying when it comes to kids, he doesn't know the difference between him and Hayward! They argue heatedly. Tad says people are going to get hurt. He heads toward the door, saying he's going to stop Liza from making a big mistake! Krystal appears, and tells Jake that Tad's mad at her - whatever he said, he didn't mean it. Jake muses that Tad did mean it - and says he's been an idiot!
At Liza's, Bailey agrees to leave and let the baby live his life with his new parents. Liza tells her it's for the best. As Liza opens the door to show her out, Tad strolls in. Bailey tells Liza she'll think about the baby every day. Liza looks at Tad and says she'll talk to the adoptive parents and see what she can do. Bailey leaves, excited. Tad says he wants her to do the right thing - and she took the first step.
Don't You Dare!
Tad and Krystal argue about David, Amanda, and Jake at the Martin house. She says she won't let David tear apart Jake and Amanda. Tad retorts, "Like you did with us?" Opal walks in and decries her horrible timing. Krystal says she's leaving anyway. Opal tells Tad that she doesn't think he ever got over Krystal hurting him. He notes that he let her back in the house. Opal says he hasn't let Krystal back in his heart, though. Tad admits that there was a moment when he thought about getting back with Krystal, but she stunned him by saying he'd never forgiven her. He tells his mother it just may be true. Tad says he loved Krystal, but he's so tired of being burnt. He figures that is why he cut things off with Taylor. Opal doesn't know if Krystal is right for him or not, but if she is, he shouldn't shut her out.
Tad finds Krystal in the living room, and assumes that David wasn't too happy to see her show up at Wildwind. Krystal says maybe Jake and Amanda need incentive to get back together - proof that you can go up against David and come out the other side! Tad wonders if she's suggesting they give it another shot. She nods - a second chance. Tad wonders if she really thinks that's possible. Krystal knows it's possible. Tad asks where they start - she says with the truth, then tells him she almost threw herself at David to keep him away from Amanda!
You're Here?!
Tad congratulates Natalia and Brot on winning the dance marathon by outlasting all the other couples. He then says, "By the way, you can let go of each other now!"
In Fusion, Erica and Ryan continue to get passionate on the desk. Suddenly, Tad pounds on the door, asking for Erica to come down for the wrap up! Ryan hollers that they'll be there in a second!
Erica is on the dance floor with Natalia and Brot. She announces that Fusion Cosmetics will make a big donation in their names! Tad finishes the program with more Africa footage. Ryan asks Erica if they could finish what they started up in Fusion. She goes with him. Jesse and Angie drink a toast of water with Natalia and Brot. Angie takes Natalia with her to find her purse, and Brot and Jesse discuss Natalia, and the idea of Brot being a cop. Jesse says it's a good way to annoy Natalia! The ladies return, and they all discuss the possibility of Brot joining the force. Angie and Jesse leave. Natalia turns to Brot and asks him what the heck he thinks he's doing?! Brot grins - he likes that she speaks her mind to him! Natalia keeps yelling at him, and he keeps smiling! She calls him 'cocky'! She decides to ask him some test questions - he passes. She challenges him to meet her at the academy tomorrow, then takes their trophy and leaves!
Tad arrives home to find Krystal still angry at Jake. Tad asks if he's enjoying this masochistic misery - it's not what Amanda wants. Jake hollers that he doesn't know what Amanda wants! Krystal and Tad team up on Jake. He asks who they are to give him advice - they're divorced and living together! He says to leave him alone! The phone rings. Jake won't answer. Tad picks up and says that Jake is upset and doesn't want to speak to her. Amanda says she loves him, but Tad says if that's true, she'd get the heck out of there and come over to the Martin house!
A Great Team!
Tad announces that they're getting down to the wire at the dance marathon. Erica and Ryan gaze at one another as they dance. Scott holds Annie and she looks up at him. Jesse and Angie are nearly asleep as they slowly sway. Natalia and Brot kid with each other. Erica tells Ryan they're about to announce the pledge tallies - she's excited to see if they are winning. Ryan loves when she's this fired up! Tad announces that Brot and Natalia are in the lead. Erica is dismayed. Annie tells Scott that they need to up the sexy factor to give 'them' what they want! Annie warns him not to tell Adam how close they've gotten - otherwise he may have to admit how much he likes it! Scott grabs Tad and asks for a break! Erica tells Ryan that they are going to outlast everyone and win, but Ryan says it might be good publicity for Brot to win. Erica says no one makes better press than her! Natalia and Brot discuss him joining the police department. Jesse and Angie look over and laugh, saying that Brot challenges Natalia - she needs that!
