At the Martin household, Krystal and Tad banter as he tries to go through boxes and get rid of stuff. She offers to move out if there's not enough room. Tad rolls his eyes and says next she'll be reuniting with David! Krystal muses that he's too busy obsessing over Liza's baby! She explains what happened at the Yacht Club and comments that David just can't help himself when it comes to babies - he feels cheated. Tad excuses himself.
Liza is outside at the Yacht Club when Tad finds her. He tells her that he needed to warn her - David's got his sights set on her baby! Liza scoffs that Amanda held the baby and didn't recognize him. She says that she and Jake will handle anything that comes up. Tad says it's going to come out - and their little scheme will be ripped to shreds!
Everything's Falling Apart!
Tad tells Kendall, at the casino, that he did indeed see her twice on the night of Stuart's murder. Jesse appears and Kendall launches into a panic about North setting her up. When Jesse remarks that North won't look at other suspects, the story about Annie comes out, as well as the fact that Tad and Ryan went to the D.A. Jesse is not impressed, saying to Kendall, "There's another nail in your coffin." Jesse says they should have come to him first! Kendall imagines Tad and Jesse each having to take the stand and implicate her - she becomes very afraid and blurts out that she's going to be convicted!
Fantasy Weaving.
Tad comes into Confusion in time to overhear Jake's tale about the baby's adoptive home. While Amanda goes to get a tissue, Tad asks Jake what he is doing - this fantasy is getting more complicated daily. Jake says he has it under control and tells Tad to go be funny joke guy! Amanda comes back and Tad leaves the table. Amanda resists Jake's attempts to discuss food - she wants to hear more about the baby.
He'll Tear Her Apart!
Tad is asleep on the Martin sofa and dreams about being present the night that Stuart died. Liza accidentally awakens him, and asks if he's alright. He says he had a bad dream, then talks to her about the baby. Tad assures her that she'll do just great with the baby. Colby comes in and Liza takes her downstairs to see her brother. Emma and Kathy run through the room and Tad tells them he needs to nap. As soon as he lays down, Tad's mind goes back to the night of the murder - he saw Emma looking for her mother - and remembers a woman in heels.
Ryan arrives to pick up Emma at Tad's house. Emma wants to stay and runs off with Kathy to play. Tad flinches at his headache and tells Ryan he's starting to remember things from the night of the murder. Tad mentions seeing Emma, and a figure running. Ryan wonders if it could have been Annie. Tad gets another flash and says it was a woman with long hair - it could have been Annie!
Ryan and Tad arrive at Henry North's office. Ryan explains that Tad's memory is coming back - he remembers seeing Annie the night of the murder, running from the scene. Tad takes a seat and tells Henry what he recalled. Since there are still holes in Tad's memories, Henry is skeptical. Tad does say that he saw the woman's hair - it was long and brown. North says Annie and Kendall both have long, brown hair - it could have been either of them! Ryan becomes angry, saying North is twisting it to suit his case against Kendall. North says Ryan's just trying to save his lover. Suddenly, Zach appears in the doorway!
Killing Me!
Tad has been pulled over by the police, who ask if he's been drinking and whether or not the baby in the back belongs to him! He is asked to step out of the car and follow the cop's finger with his eyes! Tad says he was just driving around to soothe the baby's colic. The cop lets him go. Tad gets in the car and hears Jake's message on his phone, warning that the house is full of people!
As Tad arrives at the Martin household and passes the baby in to Jake through the downstairs window, Amanda bangs on the door, hollering at Jake to unlock it and let the paramedics in! Just as Petey is about to break the door down, they hear the sound of the baby crying! Jake comes upstairs, and Tad comes in through the front door. The paramedics want to go down to examine Liza and the baby, so Tad pretends to be unable to breathe! Jake insists that the paramedics rush his brother to the ER! He then goes down to tell Liza that Colby wants to see the baby. Liza warns Jake that he'll have to dissuade Amanda from looking at the child!
At the hospital, Angie takes Tad in, barking orders for blood tests, as he hollers that he's really not having a heart attack. Taylor hears the ruckus and asks Petey what's wrong with Tad. Petey says, "Heart attack."
