Adam goes to Tad's and is invited in for the moment of silence. As sirens go off around town, everyone joins hands in their respective homes. Joe offers a prayer for his family, Erica offers a prayer for her family and JR offers a prayer for Babe. Together, they recite the 'All My Children' poem. Aggie appears outside Erica's window and says, "You are all my children." She blows a kiss.
Manipulations Galore!
Bianca walks into Kendall's room and tries to talk to Zach about moving Kendall but he refuses to listen. JR walks in and tells Zach not to let go and not to assume anything about Kendall. David walks in and apologizes to him for blaming him about Babe. He turns to Zach and tells him that the doctor Erica brought in is the absolute best chance Kendall has to survive. Zach walks out. Bianca isn't sure he'll do it. She asks JR if she can help but he says no. She leaves, too. David asks JR about the move but JR says he knows what David's plans are! David insists he has turned over a new leaf; JR is certain that he is just trying to gain custody of Little A. He says he'll get David fired! Krystal walks in and listens as David apologizes again. JR walks out and Krystal goes to David, who says JR will see the difference in him one day. She tells him JR changed his mind about the move; David tells her about the new hospital wing in Babe's name. Krystal hugs him.
Zach returns to Kendall's side alone. He sits for a while – and then Kendall appears behind him! He tells her about what Erica and Bianca want but says he doesn't want her to go. Kendall reaches out to him and tells him that he has to let her go. "I can't do that," he whispers. She kisses him and is gone; Zach turns to watch her in bed and shakes his head. He calls Erica and agrees to send Kendall to Canada. Erica stops by a while later with Bianca and Zach calls the hospital. Binks says she and Reese will stay with the boys; Erica thanks Zach for doing this and Bianca assures him that Kendall will be home soon. Bianca and Erica tell Kendall goodbye and she is wheeled away.
Never Let Them See You're Upset!
In Kendall's hospital room, Zach finds a woman ready to take Kendall away! It's the specialist Erica sent; she says Kendall will have better care in Canada but Zach refuses. Bianca arrives and he tells her that Kendall isn't going anywhere. He sends the specialist away and Bianca leaves, too. Zach tells Kendall she will be fine and he won't send her away. Joe comes in and asks Zach about the specialist. Zach says Kendall would want to stay in Pine Valley; Joe tries to get through to him. He says they aren't asking Zach to give up on Kendall. Joe leaves. Zach keeps talking to Kendall, telling her that she is almost strong enough now to wake back up.
I Want To Bring My Daughter Back!
Zach is talking with Dr. Barnaby, Kendall's new surgeon. He doesn't tell him anything different than what David has said. He sees David, who apologizes for being so negative before. David tells Zach not to give up and says he was in a bad place because of Babe when he gave Kendall's prognosis earlier.
Ryan goes to Zach's. He holds Spike and tells Zach about Annie's disappearance; he asks for the Cambias jet and Zach says he can have it!
The Kidnapper Shoots at Ryan!
Zach goes to Kendall’s bedside, but a nurse suggests he go home to see his kids. He takes out photos of the two boys and says this is who she wants to see when she wakes up.
At Zach’s house, Bianca agrees to marry Reese and they kiss. They discuss wedding dates and where they might get married. Reese has an idea. Why don’t they do it now in Pine Valley? Bianca wants to have a more spectacular wedding than is possible in P.V. Bianca points out that gay marriage is not legal in Pennsylvania. Then Reese suggests they have a commitment ceremony. They kiss passionately. They drink wine and laugh about funny wedding ideas. Reese puts on romantic music and they dance. Bianca leaves. Zach walks in and Reese offers him a drink. Reese tells Zach that she and Bianca just got engaged. They sit down and talk about the tornado. Zach tells Reese that he wanted to have another baby, but that Kendall said no. He had agreed with Kendall but wasn’t really all that happy about waiting. He worries that now it might be too late. He is discouraged. He explained that he left the beach house to get marshmallows, but the real reason was to clear his head. Bianca returns and the three of them talk about Zach being the sperm donor and how they can’t imagine him not in the baby’s life. They all agree to call him Uncle Zach and laugh about giving her the middle name of Zacharina. They decide on Gabrielle Amelia. Zach is touched and leaves to check on the boys.
A Ghost in Pine Valley!
At Zach's, Bianca tells Reese their idea for the baby's name – Gabrielle. Reese likes the name. Zach leaves for the hospital and Reese and Bianca relax on the sofa. Reese brings up their suite at the Valley Inn but Binks says they can't leave Zach! She says he needs them now; Reese gives Bianca some construction plans. The plans are for their house and Reese has been designing it since she learned about the baby. Binks loves the plans; Reese says the house is built and ready for them to move in! Bianca is stunned. "Oh, I love you," she says. Reese has one more surprise! She pulls a ring box out of her pocket! "I never knew how full my heart could be until I met you," Reese says. She and Bianca laugh about how she met – Binks hit Reese with a ball – and Reese proposes. Bianca accepts and they kiss.
At the hospital, Father Clarence appears to Zach in Kendall's room. He tells Zach to have faith and then places Kendall's hand in Zach's. Zach goes to the chapel and remembers the good time with Kendall. He remembers proposing to her and marrying her. He walks to the door and then turns back, kneels and prays.
