Paranoia!

Adam is at Erica's telling her that it's time for him to admit the truth - he killed his brother. Ryan appears and says that's exactly what is going to happen - they're going to go to the police station and Adam will confess. Erica blurts, "No Adam! Don't do it!" Ryan asks her what she is talking about? Erica points out what this will do to Adam - she knows he never would have pulled that trigger if he had been in his right mind. She claims that Annie is the one who should pay! Adam says he has to confess - this is eating him up. He asks Ryan to call Jesse and alert him.

At the police station, D.A. Willis quizzes Jesse about Kendall Slater. Jesse looks confused. Willis says that he got a message saying he was bringing in Stuart Chandler's murderer. Adam, Erica, and Ryan appear. Adam says he's there to confess to murdering his brother! Erica and Ryan watch as Adam talks to the police in the glassed-in room. Ryan assures Erica that Zach probably knows where Kendall is and will bring her home. Ryan says that Adam has to unburden himself - he knows how it feels. Natalia rushes in and tells them that an ambulance has been sent to the Chandler house! Ryan tells her it's just another attempt by Annie to stop Adam from telling the truth. Jesse comes out of the glass room to get Adam some water. Erica says she's concerned about him, and Jesse's surprised that she cares!

At the station, Adam has finished giving his confession and is being led away in handcuffs. Erica stops him and says that Annie was taken to the hospital. She tells him that Annie lost the baby - but that's not all.

Another Shot in the Dark!

JR arrives at the Chandler Mansion ranting about Adam calling him over to discuss Little A. Adam says it was the only way to get him over there. He shows JR the video footage of Annie and Scott, saying JR was right about them all along. JR advises Adam to throw them out. Adam wants to reconcile, but JR says he just doesn't want to be alone with his conscience! Adam asks, "Doesn't family mean anything to you?" JR says his family does - Marissa and Little Adam. Adam pleads with him, but JR won't be his buffer.

Annie and Scott arrive at the Chandler Mansion, where Adam is sitting in front of the fireplace. He notes that they didn't come home last night. Annie says that she had to bail Scott out. Adam says he saw what happened on the laptop, and begins speaking cryptically. Annie wants to see what Adam saw on the laptop. She presses a key and the footage of her and Scott kissing appears. Annie accuses Adam of lying about destroying it. Adam smirks. Scott apologizes to Adam, who tells him he's not sorry yet. Annie says that they also talk about protecting him on the video! Adam becomes furious as Annie confesses to not loving him at first, and to faking the pregnancy at first. He informs her that she never loved him, and that the baby she is now carrying probably isn't his! Scott insists it can't be his child. Annie says in a few months they'll take a paternity test. Adam says he can't stand to look at her now! Adam tells Scott that she's using him too. He tells them both to be gone from his home by the time he gets back. He leaves.

Erica opens her door to Adam, who says it's time for Kendall to come home! He admits that she should never have had to leave in the first place - he killed his brother. Erica angrily asks why he came to her - does he expect gratitude? Adam hangs his head, saying he should have come forward sooner. Erica sneers at him always saying how much family matters - but he didn't care about hers, or Kendall's! Erica says Adam put Annie above everything else. Adam says he couldn't even convince himself that he'd been part of anything so monstrous - and Annie played on that. He says he could see for himself that Annie and Scott had an affair, and the baby was his one shot at redemption - the biggest lie of all. Erica moves to embrace him, but Adam moves to leave, saying there is nothing left for him now, except to admit that he killed his brother. Ryan appears and says that's exactly what he's going to do.

The Bloodhound Gang!

Erica walks into the Yacht Club restaurant and spots Adam. He claims to have a business dinner, but a waiter approaches to tell him his room is ready. Erica asks if he and Annie have broken up? She thinks it's because of Scott, but Adam tells her the kiss with Annie is old news. Erica says Kendall didn't kill Stuart, and he's lying to the whole world! She says he must have questions about the DVD - she knows him very well! She figures he's putting them to some kind of test. Adam growls, "Nonsense," but Erica knows she's right. Adam feels that Scott is incapable of doing what they're suggesting. He says he's genuinely sorry that Kendall has been hurt in all this. Erica says Annie can't help herself - he should open his eyes!

Adam arrives at the Chandler Mansion and calls out for Annie. She comes inside and asks what happened to his business trip? Adam wonders why she's cold, and questions Scott about taking care of her. Scott abruptly leaves, and Adam asks what's with him? Annie claims not to know. Adam gets her a warm drink, and tells her she has a glow. Annie thanks him for believing in her. He looks up at the video camera. Annie sees what he's looking at and says that hasn't been on for months - he's set her up! Adam says he's been watching her and Scott! He tells her about the DVD. Annie says on the DVD, JR was being an idiot and the kiss with Scott was impulsive. Adam remarks on their odd demeanor when he came in. He tells Annie he really doesn't want to have to play the video footage from tonight, and asks her to assure him that nothing happened. She lies that there is nothing on the tape that would make him doubt her love! Adam doesn't put the disc in the machine, and she thanks him before heading up to bed. Adam says he'll be up soon, and stands alone holding the DVD. He decides to watch, and visibly breaks down as he witnesses the kiss between Annie and Scott!

Help Me!

Ryan is at the Chandler Mansion to confront Adam. Scott is sent to get Annie - Adam assures him he can handle Ryan's hissy fit. Ryan and Adam bicker over custody of Emma. Ryan says Annie certainly has a lot of love to give. He presents Adam with the video, telling him to consider it a wedding gift. As they watch Scott and Annie make out, Ryan wonders out loud why Scott continues to stay on at the house - could something have been going on all this time. Adam tells him to get out, but is badly shaken.

Annie and Scott come home from the hospital just as Adam has reactivated his secret video camera. Scott brings up the custody issue, saying maybe they should have waited. Adam says he made Annie a promise. Annie goes upstairs, and Adam tells Scott he needs to ask him a favor. He tells him he has to go out, and asks if he'll keep an eye on Annie while he's gone. Scott agrees. Annie comes down and says goodbye to Adam. Scott asks Annie if she's worried Adam will confess if he's out on his own, but she says she's glad he's gone! Annie tells Scott they could use a break. Scott snarks that all that lying must have taken it out of her! Annie says she and Adam are really going to start a family - and a lot of it's because of his help. Scott says everything he's done is for his family. He places a blanket around her shoulders and she asks him to start a fire. He does. Annie then offers him a shoulder rub. He turns and kisses her deeply!
