David Goes to Annie About Emma

Everyone confronts David about attacking JR. He admits he did fight with him. He explains that JR was the one that started it. Adam accuses him of lying and Tad pushes him to sit down.

Dixie and Adam talk with JR. They ask him how the fight started. JR tries to explain what happened and admits that he was the one that started it. He continues to ask for Babe.

Jamie asks David about the pictures of Kate. He tries to explain that away and threatens to go to the police about what really happened. Dixie tells him there's no need to pull the police into this but at that moment, Derek walks in on them. He tells them all that the hospital called to say they brought in an assault victim and asks David why he's so happy to see the likes of him?!

David embellishes the entire story trying to make it sound like a complete accident. Derek tells him that's ...some story... and asks everyone else if they buy it. No one replies but Adam and Tad tell him to stay away from their family!

Derek whispers to Zach that Kendall was seen jumping all over Ryan with a nice welcome home. She puts on a real nice show when she has the right man with her. Dixie asks Derek if he gets his kicks out of doing this?! Tad harps at Dixie about being such a fool staying with Zach because he's only using her. Tad threatens Zach once again and Zach tells him to shut his mouth. He tells Zach if he comes near him, he'll gladly slip the noose around Zach's neck personally and walks out of the hospital. Derek tells Zach he loves a good mystery and they'll talk soon.

Later on, Jamie walks up to Brooke telling her he still hasn't figured out why she's there. Julia tries to cover for Brooke but Brooke tells her she's still going to talk with Jaime about this foolish affair with Julia.

Back in JR's room, Jamie talks to him about the fight.

Tad Accuses Zach of Hurting JR

Zach heads to Dixie's room to find JR unconscious. Tad walks in behind him grabbing Zach asking what he did to JR? Dixie walks in behind them and Tad screams at her to stop defending the guy that just killed her son?! Zach calls 911.

The paramedics give them the run down of his vitals. Brooke approaches Tad and asks him what happened to JR. He replied Zach happened to him and JR's own mother is supporting her lover over her unconscious son. Dixie tells him that's enough of this! Brooke tells Tad to calm down and forget about Zach and Dixie.

Tad yells at Dixie standing there clinging to Zach's side while her son is in the ER unconscious. Joe and Jeff approach all of them and tells them what's going on and his vitals are good but he still hasn't woke up.

Dixie drags Tad out into a private room to talk. Tad freaks out at her about her lies and her being with Zach. Dixie ...comes clean... with him and tells him that she's been seeing Zach. Tad tells her to step back and examine how many lives she's destroying and is cheap! Dixie slams back she's not cheap, it's not just a fling. Tad sees that Dixie is in love with him.

JR starts to wake up talking about Hayward, a picture and Kate. Not fully coherent, people are trying to get some clear answers from him.

Krystal arrives at the hospital and calls Babe, unable to reach her she leaves her a message that JR's in the hospital.

Later on, Zach and Dixie talk about Tad. Dixie is very worried and Zach asked what he said to upset her? She replies it's not what he said, but the look he gave her makes her think something bad is going to happen.

Julia flirts with him over the phone as Brooke listens on. After she hangs up, Brooke confronts Julia and asks her what she wants from her son? Julia tells her she really likes Jamie. He's smart, talented and very handsome; Julia tells her he's the full package. Brooke tells her that's right but it's not necessarily the right decision for them to be together. She reminds Julia that Jamie is still in med-school. Brooke demands her to stop seducing her son! Julia tells her that maybe Jamie seduced her, Jamie is a grown man and he can make up his own mind. But they're interrupted by the ambulance bringing in JR.

Julia calls Jamie and tells him that JR was just brought into the ER and he's unconscious. Jamie tells her he's on his way.

Erica, Jeff & Josh Have a Heart to Heart.

Julia and Jamie are in the midst of their passion for eachother when Jamies mother walks in on them. Embarrassed and uncertain what to do, she tries to leave. Jamie starts to laugh telling her it's ok mom, just give us a minute to get dressed. Julia gets up and leaves the room. Still laughing, Jamie tells his mom that he's head over heals with Julia. His mother, very surprised by this asks what they could possibly have in common. He glances down at the bed telling her they have a lot in common and not to worry, it's not just a fling, they're really into eachother. He then asks him mom to leave them alone for awhile and goes to find Julia again.
