All My Children - MESSAGE BOARDS

I recently read somewhere that AMC has new writers. Well, it's not difficult to tell. This "Annie killed Richie" storyline has been dragging since June. Not to mention, that it was 3 weeks ago that Jesse found out the kids didn't pull a hit and run after all. A cop gave him another report, in which the viewers NEVER got a chance to hear or see what the report contained. You mean, Jesse finds out that a lug wrench killed Richie, and instead of going back to Annie for questioning, he's at Fusion drinking, and answering mysterious phone calls? Which brings me to this...now with Jesse pre occupied with this mystery person on the phone, when is he going to get back to HIS JOB with the Richie Novak investigation? Basically, AMC has given Jesse TWO storylines, one of which hasn't ended yet. Finally, the writers seem to only be giving us little at a time. I mean, THREE WEEKS...and they haven't gotten back to the new report that came in on the Novak case? They're spending far too much time pacifying viewers with Petey Courtlandt, Jake and Amanda, and Kendall's relentless warnings about Annie, in which nobody believes. That's another thing...when will viewers get to see Greenlee, Ryan, and Zack find out about Annie so that they can tell Kendall she was right all along? Speaking of Petey Courtlandt, did he and Adam's plot to sabotage the Bella perfume work on anyone else besides Colby? It got great press, and great reviews...so why hasn't anyone else besides Colby gotten ahold of some and had an allergic reaction to it? Writers are dragging the GOOD storylines, but ends the Fletcher and Randi story by one snap of the neck in one day. Come on! Again, I'm SICK of AMC cheating viewers!>(
