Didn't Zach say something about Jesse could look at the car and see there was no damage? Guess Jesse is going to keep doing his job and interrogate everybody.

But soap cops are never very smart because that would mean crimes would actually get solved and not allow for the storyline to drag on for months.If I was a soap character I would go on a crime spree because I know I would never be caught the soap cops couldn't find their butts with a map and Satnav.

Exactly. And since JR was able to be kidnapped in an elevator bay without detection, since PV also has no security cameras anywhere, I can see why it's so attractive to supervillians.

Apparently the only security cameras are in Zach's casino.
