It's not just a Greens alone thing ... it still has remnants of the SS/RB thing and it's time to move on. There are 2 characters and one that's been there for decades that I dislike on OLTL ... ask any of the posters like Ez or Brian or Zachslady if they know who it is ... no they don't cause I don't rag on them constantly. This website has become a bash Greenlee fiasco ... look at the titles of the threads then go into them ... they all get turned to Greens if it isn't dedicated to her they turn it into it. It's the truth and you can see it in black and white. Soapy... face it... you and I are watching a soap opera... the half a dozen people who aren't watching because they hate Greenlee. I'm just glad Rebecca is there so they have her to hate... I didn't like Sabine and now I can watch the show and they can hate it... in 6 weeks they can hate Erica too! and Kendell and Babe... and probably who ever Beth Ehlers plays. You are sooo right!! Cause Adam, Erica, Palmer, Kendall, Babe, Annie ... I can go on ... none of them are selfish. Annie being currently manipulating Ryan's fertility ... only getting what she wants to make her and Emma safe ... Kendall, well the list is too long, but I like you will continue to like Greenlee for what she has to offer. She had a hard life growing up ... yes she had money .. but she had parents that disposed of her ... I wonder how that would affect a child's emotions growing up .. I'm lucky .. never had to worry about being left to fend for myself, my mom was protective sometimes overprotective. But Greens didn't have that and sometimes that makes people grow up differently ... just as Adam ended up being overly controlling due to him being poor and protective of Stuart ... Kendall had a chip cause she was adopted but she was adopted by a great family (lucky for her cause that's not always the case) but yet she never shares her life with them now ... poor forgotten Harts. So, as she maybe selfish at times .. many only children that are left to fend for themselves ARE. Also, I think Zach is the greatest ... his reaction that everyone is denying here ... I did in beginning ... he tried to KILL AIDAN OFF sending him to the Sudan and didn't think of Greenlee and people that love him feelings ... so I don't get this "Zach handled it better" idea?!?!?! What show where you watching?!?! |

Hating people on a soap, is natural and normal. There are people we love on soaps, people we like, people we tolerate, people we hate. Just like in REAL life. I can tell you one thing, Greenlee is someone I wouldnt want for a friend. She deserves to be miserable. I'm sure Ryan will end up getting her pregnant. Since suddenly he never had the vasectomy. |

Talk about being selfish her and her trailer trash Mother( HEAVING BAZOOMS) stealing Bianca's baby was the lowest of the low. I love how a Krystal brings her baby to a Honeky Tonk, filthy BAR (how motherly) and I can't stand to look at pig-faced BABE.  And Zach acting soooo calm about his wife's infidelity is absolutely un-believable. Who in the history of SOAPS has ever seen that??  even in real life? who?

I want to agree with you ... but I wouldn't call out the names Trailer Trash and such ... or the personal attack on Amanda/Babe's looks ... but character-wise ... they did go out of their way to be deceptive and Zach should be cannonized for forgiveness. And though what Greenlee initially started to do with Spike was wrong .. the child was created for her. So, she did have some right ... though leaving in anger wasn't the best way to handle it. Finding out the father that she thought was her's wasn't and the best friend/sister was deceiving you and that the one you loved pretended he was dead ... not a good impact on anyone. |

I don't understand why people have issues with other people bashing characters they don't like. It makes no sense. If the Editors don't have a problem, then other posters need to just let it be. After all, it is the character and not thr actor that is being bashed. Why is this such a problem? I really don't understand. Sometimes it is tedious, but I don't think anybody should comment and make others feel bad. Just ignore that particular thread. Commenting on it only creates more havoc and hard feelings. |

I think the problem here is that some of these people don't have much else to look forward to in life whether it be illness or depression so they become obsessed with certain characters on the show and take insults towards the characters as personal attacks and because of this they cannot ignore the comments that upset them. I think its really sad that people cannot accept other people's opinions because they let themselves become so obsessed with characters that they cannot accept the fact that other people do not see the things the way they do. I don't like Babe, Krystal Ryan, etc the list goes on but I would never attack anyone for liking them, Thats a little mental. I say live and let live or post and let post. Whatever
