YEAH SIMONE AND TAD WERE TOGETHER !!!!!!!!!
HERE IS SIMONE'S STORY(includes tad in italics!!!!):
Simone is the neglected daughter of Pine Valley Hospital's shrink Dr. Zeke McMillan. She arrived on the scene in Pine Valley during the Proteus Drug Ring fiasco. Simone was hired by Edmund Grey as the go between he and Mateo Santos. At the same time, she was preparing to write a story about the Proteus case for Tempo Magazine while she was on the inside track. Her ambitions almost took her too far. While pretending to be Mateo's mistress, she began to fall for him adding schism between he and estranged wife Hayley Vaughan. She also leaked vital information about the case to a publisher that turned out be working for Proteus, Vanessa Bennett Cortlandt. The result was a sniper shooting Federal Agent Chris Stamp.
Simone continued to work on the case and hoped to publish a book on it. At the same time, she was placed in another precarious position between Pine Valley power couple Leo du Pres and Greenlee Smythe. Leo moved in with Simone after he and Greenlee had a falling out. Simone voiced to Greenlee that she had no feelings for Leo. Greenlee respected her honesty and they became quick friends.
This friendship would soon be on the rocks after Simone decided to collaborate on her book with Roger Smythe, Greenlee's father. They became much more then writing partners and attempted to keep their relationship secret from Greenlee who was preparing to wed Leo. Mary Greenlee Smythe, Roger's ex-wife and Greenlee's mother, got wind of the situation and decided to reveal the truth to Greenlee. At Greenlee's wedding, Roger was shot by a bullet intended for Leo. Roger died and the affair was revealed. Greenlee no longer wanted to have anything to do with Simone and even kicked her out of the loft she was renting from her and her father's funeral.
Love soon struck again for the saddened Simone. Dr. Frank Hubbard came to town and started to help Simone rebuild. She moved into the Fargate Boarding House, and after a few odd moments, became friends with Myrtle. Frank and Simone's relationship would be cut short with the revelation that Frank had neglected to help her brother, Anthony, when he OD'd. Simone could not bare to be with the man who left her brother in a coma.
Hope returned to Simone as Kendall invited her to help found the cosmetic company, Fusion. She would join as marketing director and use the same journalistic ambition in the field of makeup. She would get in much legal trouble trying to promote her products, soon falling for company attorney, Kenny. Their relationship was not to be when he was promoted to a position in Georgia. Although Kenny proposed, Simone could not find it in her heart to say yes. Now, she has become the listening ear to this modern "girl's club," listening to the rants and raves of fellow partners Kendall, Mia, and Greenlee, who on more then one occasion, has attempted to fire her.
Simone became involved with Tad Martin because of their similar, comedic, personalities. However, the pillar she would lean on would be Carlos Reyes. She felt an undeniable attraction to him, especially after his car accident. He was left on bed rest. She tended to the wounded artist, even staying with him on Thanksgiving rather than go to the Martin Home. Carlos mysteriously arrested in the hospital, and Simone witnessed him as he caught his last breath. She was left with the task of revealing what happened to him to Greenlee, Carlos' ex-girlfriend, and Juan Pablo Renato Ruiz de Vasquez, Carlos' brother.
Tension grew as Tad pursued Krystal Carey in search of information on her daughter, Babe Chandler. Simone grew jealous and worried she was loosing Tad. Two was company, but three was a crowd when Liza decided to claim Tad as her own as well. Simone geared up to fight for her man, but Krystal Carey won Tad's heart and his affair with Simone ended.
She threw herself into her work, launching FUSION's new Enchantment signature fragrance. Again, she was playing peacemaker at the office between Kendall and Greenlee. Greenlee needed to know who was poisoning her. The women suspected Jonathan Lavery, and Simone volunteered herself to play investigator. Jonathan was doped up on truth serum. Simone used her feminine wiles to lull him into a false sense of comfort. Just as she was about to get to the bottom of the poisoning, Ryan Lavery put an end to their plot.
Simone's luck in love turned around when Ethan Ramsey dumped Kendall. Ethan was intrigued by Simone's simple taste. Simone was intrigued by the dashing millionaire. But, Greenlee warned her not to date men on the rebound. Greenlee's martial problems lead both women to team up again for another cooky caper. They planned to steal Ryan's sperm donation from years ago so that Greenlee could conceive his child and save their marriage. Kendall got involved with the plot too; but, all three women where caught in the act of stealing.
With Ryan's death, Simone and Kendall only grew closer to Greenlee. Simone used the time to reevaluate her life, and embraced her budding romance with Ethan. As things got serious, Ethan opened up more and more. As a Christmas gift, he gave Simone his shares of FUSION making her a full partner. Then, on New Years he proposed to her.
Simone realized that Ethan was still obsessed in his quest to bring down his father, Zach Slater. She tried to make him realize that he had so much more going for him. At the Mardi Gras ball, Ethan was visibly excited when his and Ryan's caper to implicate Zach for the blackout at the fertility clinic turned out to be successful. While Zach and Ethan were arguing, and explosion went off. Simone ran towards Ethan, and soon all three were buried under the rubble. Ethan had sustained the most injuries of the three. Waiting for rescue crews, it became obvious Ethan was not going to make it. Ethan died leaving Simone devastated.
