If Ritchie is a psycho, that should mean that he is operating under a mentally unbalanced mind meaning he can not be held responsible for his actions because mental illness has a way of controlling someone, and Since JR is not a psycho like you have just stated that means he operates under a stable mind and if a stable person can do some of the things that he has done, that makes him just as dangerous if not more so because atleast he is aware of what he does. And IMO One is no better than the other. Nobody could have said it better. I have seen looks on JR's face that were colder than satan's heart. Let's see what he comes up with after finding out that Adam set him up. Of course anything he does to Adam is pretty much well deserved. |

And IMO One is no better than the other. Yes, but Richie is a sociopath. No conscience, no empathy, no remorse. That goes deeper than your garden variety mental illness - it basically means you have no soul, for lack of a better word. The difference between Richie and JR is that JR DOES have a soul, he does have a consience, he does feel remorse and he CAN sympathize with others. |

And IMO One is no better than the other. Psychos are aware of what they do as well. Serial killers are called psychos, and they most certainly are aware of what they are doing. Heck, the film Psycho was about a serial killer. Though he was crazy as hell, on some level he knew what he was doing was wrong. J.R. is far from being as dangerous as Richie is...unless J.R. is being dangerous to Richie himself. When J.R. tried to kill Babe, he'd had a mental breakdown and was drunk, and he thought he was saving his son. It's no excuse, but he thought he was saving his son from going through the same pain of losing a mother. (J.R. thought that Babe dying early, while Little Adam is little, would lessen the blow than if he were older and had more memories of Babe. He figured that Babe would either hurt Little Adam like Dixie hurt him or she would betray or leave Little Adam in some other way, whether by death or otherwise). When Richie tried to kill Zach and Greenlee, it was out of pure malice; he was all about hate (for Zach). His mind wasn't even all warped. Yes, I definitely say that Richie is the psycho out of those two. |
