I thought that Jessie died many years ago and I believe that when he entered his son's hospital room, he was a ghost. I cannot believe that AMC dug him up from the dead to step back into his character again. HE IS DEAD, HE DIED. |

Yes! He is really alive. He is supposed to have some good reason for staying away 20 years but no one knows what it is yet. These people never really DIE! |

Well, if it was that his wife and child's life were at stake ... I'd be able to accept it. But, if it was that he just left like Dixie did, then NO! |

Thats the part I could never understand. How everyone has forgiven Luke for what he did, but they want to hang E.J. out to dry on Days. Rape is rape, never to be condoned. |

If my memory serves me, I believe his organs were donated. In any event, I'm very very happy they are back. I hope they are here to stay, and it isnt a tease, like they usually do. They were a super couple and I truly hope that AMC has enough respect for this couple as to not mess up their storylines, and have them cheat on each other, or anything stupid like that. I dont have the faith in these writers as I once had. |

The rape is one reason I won't totally accept Luke and Laura as a supercouple. It's a bad example. There's a few of us on here that felt the same way. I believe back in the day that Jesse and Angie were a great example of a supercouple. I was very upset that they had him have an affair.

There must have been a lot of blank pages in the manuscript cause if you noticed Greenlee read the whole thing and called the publisher while sitting at her desk in a matter of minutes.  Must be a speed writer and a speed reader
