I must have fallen asleep but......

Please tell me how Richie got out of the Sanitarium and nobody's looking for him??? The first 30 min of Monday's show was not shown sooo I either missed something or fell ASLEEP. How come Babe or RYAN wasnt like " uhhh Richie arent u supposed to be locked away in the NUT HOUSE??" |

But if so, maybe that's why he's so into his second chance of life right now and so happy to be alive. He never mentions her, I actually forgot about her. |
